In special education, the operation of curriculum for students subject to special education is a role given to special teachers and integrated class teachers, and there are prior studies that many teachers experience difficulties in operating the curriculum. In this study, it was intended to find out the direction of special education courses and appropriate support measures for the operation of special education courses by exploring the experiences of special teachers and integrated class teachers, difficulties and suggestions in operating the curriculum. Participants in this study were special and integrated teachers with more than 15 years of experience, and all interviews were conducted in one-on-one in-depth interviews. After all the interviews have been prepared in full-length versions, the analysis has resulted in six major subjects and twelve subtopics; each teacher has different curriculum operations, difficulties in applying the curriculum, insufficient support systems, professional qualifications, and daily concerns of teachers in integrated classes. In the discussion, the direction of operation of special education courses for students and appropriate support measures for the operation of curriculum were discussed, and the limitations of research were presented and proposed.

Advanced concrete technology, which is the main construction technology of skyscraper, is dealt with in this paper. Advanced concrete technologies are classified into several types such as super high strength concrete(SHSC), low heat concrete(LHC), fire resistant concrete(FRC) and blast resistant concrete(BRC). The necessity, principal and application examples of advanced concrete technology are described respectively. In the last part of the paper, the introduction of HYUNDAI E&C's technology of Advanced concrete and future research trend are described.

본 논문은 특수일 전력 수요 예측을 위해 온도 효과를 고려한 데이터 추출법을 이용하여 특수일 전력 수용 예측 오차율을 감소시키는 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 기법의 타당성을 확인하기 위해 논문에서는 통계학에서 사용되는 결정계수를 이용한다. 결정계수를 이용하여 온도효과의 고려 여부가 오차율에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 제안된 기법은 1996년 특수일 오차율을 기존 논문의 결과와 비교 분석하여 기존 방식 대비 특수일 전력 수요예측 관련 우수성을 보였으며, 최근 데이터인 2006년 특수일 전력 수요 예측을 통하여 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 특수일 전력 수요 예측을 위한 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 논문에서 제안하는 전력 수요 예측 알고리즘은 데이터 마이닝을 이용한 데이터 전처리 부분과 전처리된 데이터를 사용하여 특수일 수요를 예측하는 다항 회귀분석 부분으로 나누어진다. 데이터 전처리에서는 전력 수요 예측을 위한 과거 데이터 중에 과거 특수일 수요의 패턴을 잘 보여주는 데이터를 찾기 위해 온도와 수요의 관계를 이용한다. 데이터 마이닝의 기준으로 결정계수를 사용하였으며, 알고리즘은 k-nearest neighbor 절차를 사용하였다. 또한 제안된 기법은 2006년 특수일 전력 수요 예측을 통하여 기존 논문의 결과와 비교 분석하여 기존 방식 대비 특수일 전력 수요예측 관련 우수성을 검증하였다.

지적 능력은 정상인데 해당 연령층에서 기대하는 학습 결과를 나타내지 못하여 교육성취도가 정규학년 수준에 크게 미달되거나 학습 속도가 부진한 특수학습장애 아동들은 일반 아동들과 같은 수업을 받는다. 이런 현실은 학부모나 교사들의 특별한 배려가 없다면 당연히 장애 아동들의 학습에 대한 흥미를 떨어뜨릴 수 있다. 우리 나라에서 특수교육을 받는 장애 아동 중 가장 많은 수를 차지하는 특수학습장애 아동들을 위한 특별한 프로그램의 개발이 절실하다. 이에 본 논문은 동기 이론들 기반으로 특수학습장애 아동들의 흥미를 길러 줄 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이의 개발로 특수학습장애 아동들의 주의 집중 능력과 성취동기를 길러주고, 흥미를 키워주므로 학습에 대한 의욕을 가질 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 ActiveMovie와 같은 stream data 기반의 library에서 실시간으로 사용될 수 있는 영상 특수효과 filter들을 소개하고, 알고리즘 개발 및 구현방법에 대해 기술한다. ActiveMovie는 기본적으로 mpeg decoder 및 Video for Windows(.avi file) decoder를 제공하여 프로그래밍을 수월하게 한다. 또한 각 module에 filter라는 개념을 도입하고 filter graph라는 구조를 이용하여 filter의 추가, 삭제를 용이하게 한다. 본 논문에서는, 디지털 영상 특수효과 중에서 Mosaic, Wind, Ghosting 등의 point processing filter들을 실시간으로 처리하기 위한 고속의 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 픽셀의 포인터를 특정 위치로 이동시키지 않고 단순히 주소값을 하나씩 증가시키는 연산을 이용하여 실시간 특수효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 또한 이와 같은 특수효과 알고리즘들을 ActiveMovie환경에서 구현함으로써 제안된 기법에 의하여 실시간 동영상 특수효과 처리가 가능함을 입증한다.

This study shows that the policy directions to invigorate smart education for special education based on the view of special education teachers through AHP methodology. The result shows that development of smart contents, supporting for teaching and learning, smart education networking, establishment of legal foundation and supporting for infrastructure are relatively important policy ordered by weights. The analysis indicates that the contents development policy should be strategic direction for smart education in special education.
