제4회 2005년 한국국제축산박람회가 오는 8월 31일부터 9월 2일까지 KOTRA 대전무역전시관(KOTREX), 엑스포과학공원에서 '깨끗한 환경과 안전한 축산물'이라는 주제로 열린다. 본 박람회 주최는 대한양돈협회, 대한양계협회, 한국낙농육우협회, 전국한우협회, 한국축산환경시설기계협회가 되고, 대한양돈협회, 2005한국국제축산박람회추진위원회, KOTREX가 공동 주관한다. 행사 후원은 농림부, 농협중앙회, 한국사료협회, 대전광역시, 충청남도가 맡았다. 이번 박람회는 출품하는 전시업체와 참관객인 축산농가를 위한 박람회로 꾸미기 위해 우선 장소를 대전 무역전시관(KOTREX)으로 옮겨 축산농가들이 쉽게 찾아올 수 있도록 했으며, 전시부스 내에서 실제적인 상담과 거래가 활성화 될 수 있도록 시식행사 등 부대행사는 옥외에서 치러질 수 있도록 하였다. 2005 한국국제축산박람회는 체험박람회, 참여박람회, 비즈니스박람회라는 목표하에 전시면적 15,250제곱미터에 15개국 178여개업체가 600부스 규모로 열리게 된다. 출품대상품목은 축산기자재 및 시설, 배합사료, 동물약품, 생명공학 제품, 축산물 위생 및 가공시설, 축산물 및 가공식품, 가축분뇨 자원화 처리시설, 종축, 리모델링 관련 설비 및 기술, 컨설팅 관련 정보 및 기술 등이 있다. 부대행사로는 축산물 시식회, 축산관련 학술 세미나, 우수전시업체 선발 및 시상, 전국대학생 포스터 경진대회 및 시상, 종축 전시와 경매, 재래닭 및 특수가금 전시, 애완견 및 명견전시, 돼지달리기 및 사진찍기 등이 개최된다. 박람회 참관객은 외국인 바이어 1,000명을 포함하여 10만명에 이를 것으로 추정하고 있다. 학술행사는 박람회 기간 동안 엑스포과학기념관과 대전전시관 세미나실에서 양계세미나, 축산기자재세미나, 축산기술세미나, 양돈포럼, 낙농세미나, 한우세미나, 양돈세미나가 열리게 된다.

케이블 및 버스바는 전원을 공급하는 부대 장치로 산업 전반에 걸쳐 널리 사용되고 있다. 대부분의 경우 일정 주기로 점검 및 교체 등의 유지 보수를 진행하나 ITER IVC 버스바 및 지중케이블 등의 특수한 경우에서는 접근성 및 작업성의 이유로 유지 보수를 진행 할 수 없다. 이러한 경우, 절연물 내부에 전기 트리가 발생했을 때에는 대책이 없다. 전기 트리는 부분적인 고전계에 의한 진성파괴, 전하의 주입 또는 추출에 의한 파괴 및 전기-기계적 응력(맥스웰 응력)에 의한 파괴, 미소 부분 방전에 의한 파괴의 가장 큰 고장요인이 되는 현상이며, 다양한 사고 사례가 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소해석법을 이용하여 전기 트리를 가지는 사각 버스바에 대한 전계해석을 진행하였고, 전기 트리를 방지 할 수 있는 사각 버스바의 절연 설계에 대한 방안을 제시한다. 이 설계 방안은 향후 전기 트리를 고려한 사각 버스바의 절연 설계 기초 데이터로 활용 될 것이다.

In the aerospace field, besides special purpose airplanes, contracts for supply of various types of products such as prototypes, unmanned aerial vehicles and space launch vehicles are increasing. In the case of the contractor, it was planned to spend a large amount of money to supply the production, but if the purchase specification that presents the quality and performance standard of the product is poor or lacks the capacity to judge the performance, consuming enormous amounts of time and money. Even if the undertaker does not have the ability to supply the products with the required performance and quality to achieve the purpose of the contract, he/she must pay the cost of burial due to the incompleteness of the work and the compensation for the cancellation of the contract. In this case, the defendant ordered the plaintiff to supply the aircraft by the Happy Box method, which is capable of ILS Offset flight as specified in the Purchase Specification, but the plaintiff attempted to supply the aircraft by the RNAV method. Although the ILS ground signal can be inspected by the RNAV method, the aircraft manufactured in the manner claimed by the plaintiff does not have the ILS Offset flight function required by the purchase specification, so the defendant can not achieve the purpose required by the purchase specification. It was a question of whether a defendant's cancellation of contract was legitimate. The aircraft, which is the object of this contract, is a subordinate substitute, so the case contract is of undertaking. Therefore, in order to complete the work in this contract, the major structural parts of the aircraft must be manufactured as agreed and have the performance generally required in the social sense. However, the aircraft delivered by the plaintiff has serious defects because the defendant can not achieve the purpose required by the purchase specification due to the lack of the ILS Offset flight function required by the purchase specification. This deficiency is impossible for the plaintiff to repair, so the defendant 's cancellation of the contract is legitimate.

Recently, major advanced countries are fostering megacities through policy for reasons such as solving population problems, political and economic issues, and strengthening national competitiveness. The trend of change is accelerating. In Korea, following Seoul and Gyeonggi, mega city policies are being promoted in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Daegu and Gyeongbuk, Gwangju and Jeonnam, and Daejeon, Sejong, South Chungcheong and North Chungcheong areas. Due to this urbanization phenomenon, military experts predict that the future battlefield environment will be space or a large city (mega city). From this perspective, Korea will not be able to effectively respond to the threats facing megacities if it does not prepare in advance. Therefore, underground facility operation capabilities optimized for the huge scale of the mega city and the characteristics of the underground operational environment are required. Against this background, the characteristics of the underground operational environment of mega cities and cases of preparation for underground facility operations in advanced military countries such as the United States and Israel were analyzed. Based on this, the capabilities required for underground facility operations suitable for the underground operational environment within Korean megacities are developed from an idea perspective to military organization and combat system, securing special equipment and materials to ensure combatant survival, developing small unit combat techniques, and establishing a training system. As for the anti-terrorism bills, which were submitted to the National Assembly, the mobilization of anti-terrorism commando, which was designated or established by the National Defense Minister, is mobilized the military troops without being based on marital law in light of the constitutional law, thereby possibly violating the constitution, first of all, with regards to mobilization of anti-terrorism commando, which was formed with military troops. The anti-terrorism commando is the military force, which was trained professionally for the anti-terrorism activity. Thus, the violation of human rights may be greatly reduced rather than what general soldiers are putted in the public-order activity such as anti-terrorism. However, it is thought to be desirable to make it possible for the input of special forces, which were trained professionally in relation to anti-terrorism activity, through constitutionally revising the constitutional law. As for the provision of 'support for military troops' in the anti-terrorism bill, what is a case that the nation's important facilities and multi-use facilities are difficult to be protected from terror with the anti-terrorism commando and police force needs to be constitutionally regarded as resulting in reaching the level enough to correspond to 'a state of national emergency equivalent to wartime incident.' Thus, enacting the future anti-terrorism law, it is thought to be unnecessary for having the provision of 'support for military troops' with receiving criticism obstinately for possibly violating the constitution.

After participating in the Second Boer War in 1899, the Australian Army participated in world wars such as World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. To overcome the decline in the social recognition of soldiers and the continuous shortage of troops caused by the protracted war, the status and role of female personnel were expanded. The use of female manpower, which started as medical support during the Second Boer War, expanded to combat support missions such as communications, maintenance, driving, secret document management, and radar surveillance during World War II. After the Vietnam War, the Chiefs of Staff of the Australian Army, Navy and Air Force established a committee to expand women's participation in the military, improved service conditions for female personnel and supplemented regulations so that they were treated as soldiers, not women, and reached a turning point in expanding the role of female personnel in the Australian military. As a result, all combat positions, including special forces, were opened to women in 2014, and a plan was established to increase the proportion of women in each service by 2030. South Korea suggest that the United States government should delay the date to hand over wartime operational control (OPCON). It is fixed on December 1, 2015. Typically the president's position as head of the executive authority is coming from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Now we should know the commander-in-chief of the nation's forces and the meaning of OPCON. The relationship between sovereignty and the commander-in-chief of the nation's forces is a little different. This is one of the efforts to enlarge the efficiency of Armed Forces. Of course, operational control is little control of the sovereign personnel, logistics, administration, discipline, organizing, training, etc. It does not control all matters. The current ROK Combined Forces Command itself is made with reference to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization(NATO). If we insist our own sovereignty is infringed because of OPCON, that claim is coated in irreparable damage to the national interest.

Objective : This study was performed to determine the smoking status and its associated factors in military life among young Korean men to provide data for smoking prevention in military areas as a part of the health promotion program for soldiers. Methods : 1,033 infantrymen serving in 17 military units, which are located in suburbs of K city, were enrolled in this study. A questionnaire on the soldiers smoking status and other various characteristics was obtained from October 2nd to 12th, 2000. Logistic regression analysis was performed on the various variables in order to determine the factors related to smoking. Results : 1) 830(80.3%) out of 1033 subjects had smoked cigarettes and 759 persons(73.4%) were regular smokers. 2) Among the 734 soldiers who started smoking before their military service, 714 soldiers(97.2%) continued to smoke after, while 45 soldiers(15.0%) among the 299 non-smokers started smoking after joining the army. 3) Through the logistic regression analysis. the education level. specialty in the army. smoking amongst the friends they met before military service, smoking amongst soldiers in the army. dating girl friends, drinking, satisfaction with their army lives and the presence of convenient smoking places at the barracks were significant factors related to the prevalence of smoking in soldiers. Conclusion : The factors related with incidence of smoking in the army are the complicated interactions among the individuals personal background, general characteristics of the soldier and the special environment in the barracks. Therefore, to improve national soldiers' health, an active non-smoking campaign and education should be pushed to discourage smoking in the barracks.

The Army tried to settle the mission command in army command system in 1999 but still not be settled. One of the reason is the absence of practical plans of mission command. The purpose of this study is to find out the moderating effects of personal thinking type to the impact on organizational effectiveness about the impact on organizational effectiveness on sub factors the transformational leadership The main results of this study are as follows. <H1> The charisma and the personal considerations of sub factors of transformational leadership effected positively(+) on the job satisfaction, the charisma effected positively(+) on the organizational commitment. But There was no statistically significant influence on the personal considerations and the effort advocacy <H2> In the result of the moderating effects, in accordance the of a person's each cognitive processing traits is high and low, on the transformational leadership turned out to be a gap in the influence show the difference in organizational effectiveness.on the organizational effectiveness. This results suggest the following. The first. The military group regard highly commandand and discipline. so, the charisma of a superior is that a big impact on organizational effectiveness. The second, For the mission command is to become established in the army, It suggest that need to explore of sub factors of the mission command and need to consider of personal traits with the mission command.

It is known that Psychopathy is excessively selfish, using as a tool to achieve the purpose to others, irresponsible, easy liars in common. They were recognized that it is people of harmful to society, impulsive, attacking others body, ignorant others safety, enjoying or callousing others suffers. But, another aggressive behaviors are described as pro-social aggressive acts as the cops bring under control by firearms to hostage committing a crime in social norms. The proper aggression is related with national security and safety of the people that is pro-social aggression for nation and human society. Security service with the legal grounds and the convinced commitment needs self-giving works, self-sacrificial security-activity is in the center of security service. These days, psychologists reveal the people of psychopathy are CEO, politician, broadcaster, surgeon, special forces, police officer. And they distinguish themselves and contribute to a community in various fields. Therefor, this research wanted to find out the relationship between fearlessness, coldheartedness in the PPI-R(applying to the university student for checking psychopathy, except anti-social traits) and pro-social aggression, self-sacrificial security-activity.
