Analysis of Error Types occurring on Elementary School Student's Programming Learning (초등학생들이 프로그래밍 학습 시 발생하는 오류유형 분석)

  • Higher grade elementary school students who have superior cognitive abilities need education of basic principles of computer or programming rather than computer in education. In this study, all the errors occurring while elementary school students wrote and executed programs were collected. in the method of predicting and dealing with possible-to-occur problems on programming education of the higher grades (4th, 5th and 6th grades) during their optional special activities or during talent aptitude activities after school, classified by type and analyzed. If the errors analyzed are put to practical use, optimal programming curriculums could be written and such curriculums could be a great contribution to induction of learning effect and interest on teaching learning. It was found by analyzing the errors collected for this study that the most of elementary school students during programming felt difficulties in simple errors by poor use of software and in simple coding by poor use of reserved words in English. In the next, students occurred errors by difficulties in understanding grammar. It was exposed that these error types were the opposite phenomena to those analyzed by commercial software developing companies, however, it is predicted that if teaching learning is setting improved, the same phenomena could be found desirably.

  • UNCITRAL에서 제정한 "UNCITRAL 전자상거래 모델법"과 우리나라의 "전자상거래 기본법(안)"을 참조하여 전자적 의사표시에 의한 계약성립상의 법적인 문제들을 검토하였다. 청약의 경우나 승낙의 경우 모두 전자적 의사표시 방식에 의하여 상대방에게 특정 정보를 보내는 송신(발신)시점과 이러한 정보를 상대방이 취득하는 수신(도달)시점과의 구분을 어떻게 정의할 것인가 하는 문제가 대두된다. 이와 관련하여 본고에서는 컴퓨터에 의한 계약성립상의 송신시점과 도달시점에 관하여 정리하였다. 작성자와 수신자간에 다른 별도의 약정이 없는 한, 전자적 의사표시의 송신시점은 송신된 전자적 의사표시가 작성자 또는 작성자를 대리하여 데이터 메시지를 발신한 대리인의 지배를 벗어나 어떤 정보시스템에 들어간 때가 된다. 여기에서 어떤 정보시스템이란 첫째로 당사자간의 컴퓨터가 컴퓨터망을 통해 직접 연결된 경우에는 상대방의 컴퓨터가 될 것이고, 둘째로 당사자들의 컴퓨터가 특정 전자사서함에 연결되어 그곳을 통해 전달하고 수령하는 경우에는 그 전자사서함이 될 것이다. 한편 전자적 의사표시가 인간에 의한 자연적 의사표시와 동일시될 수 있는가 하는 문체와 관련하여 본고에서는 이를 통일하게 약정함으로써 전자적 의사표시는 기존의 법률사실의 범주에 포함되는 것으로 파악하였다. 그리하여 우리나라 민법에서 자연적 의사표시와 관련된 내용들을 규정하고 있는 조항들을 토대로 연구하였다. 다만 컴퓨터의 기능을 인간의 구체적으로 완성된 의사를 단순히 표시하거나 전달하는 수준 이상으로 컴퓨터 이용자의 의사영역에 개입하는 것으로 파악함으로써, 컴퓨터를 이용한 전자적 의사표시의 전달과정에서 발생될 수 있는 특별한 문제들을 함께 검토하였다. 즉 그 대표적인 예로써 표의자의 착오에 의한 의사표시 중에서 입력된 자료에 하자가 있는 경우라든지, 정보처리장치의 이용에 하자가 있는 경우라든지, 정보처리장치나 프로그램 자체에 하자가 있는 경우라든지, 네트워크에 하자가 있는 경우 등과 같은 컴퓨터라는 수단을 이용한 의사전달과정에서 발생될 수 있는 법적인 문제들을 검토하였다.

A Study of the Development Plan of an Academic Library through the User Satisfaction Analysis of Undergraduate Students (대학생들의 도서관 이용만족도 분석을 통한 대학도서관 발전방안에 관한 연구)

  • The user satisfaction of environmental facilities, collection, library services including webpage, etc. by using KSDC program provided by Korea Social Science Data Center has been analysed in this study. Also, the undergraduate students using P-academic library on December 2017 were sampled and analysed in this study. ANOVA etc. were used for testing wether gender, academic level and major of students affect the satisfaction, and Pearson correlation coefficient was used for testing the relation among the variables in the attached questionnaire. The major conclusions of this study are: (1) The policy development for the library use of male undergraduate students is needed. (2) The special counterplan to improve the user accessibility is needed. (3) Also, environmental facilities is absolutely needed when planning to improve user satisfaction. Besides, the development plan prepared after analysing the user opinions in essay form was suggested in this paper, too.

  • A theme park plays an important role as a preferred facility for attracting international and domestic tourists. Many local autonomies try to establish theme parks within their own territory. Busan Metropolitan City also places emphasis on hosting an outstanding theme park, and to be identified as the tourism destination toward the world city in 21st century. The purpose of this paper is to suggest tourism policy and management strategy based on the literature review and survey analysis to international tourists. First, it is needed to supply low land price to reduce construction cost and to invite investors. Second, the theme park has to have an attractive theme and new events for repeaters Third, infra structures related to the theme parks are necessarily provided for high accessability. Finally, more priority is placed on public relation for citizen and service education of the industry.

  • The demand for faster execution time and lower energy consumption has compelled architects of embedded processors to customize it to the needs of their target applications. These processors consequently provide a rich set of specialized instructions in order to enable programmers to access these features. Such an instruction is typically a $multi$-$output$ $instruction$ (MOI), which outputs multiple results parallely in order to exploit inherent underlying hardware parallelism. Earlier study has exhibited that MOIs help to enhance performance in aspect of instruction counts and code size. However the earlier algorithm does not consider the register pressure. So, some selected MOIs introduce register spill/reload code that increases the code size and instruction count. To attack this problem, we introduce a novel iterated instruction selection algorithm based on the register pressure of each selected MOIs. The experimental results show the suggested algorithm achieves 3% code-size reduction and 2.7% speed-up on average.

Structural Design and Analysis upon Active Rotor Blade with Trailing-edge Flap (뒷전 플랩을 장착한 지능형 로터 블레이드의 구조 설계 및 해석)

  • Vibratory loads imposed by the rotating blade upon the fuselage has been one of major obstacles in rotorcrafts. A new concept of rotor blade is currently developed to adopt an Active Trailing-edge Flap (ATF) to alleviate such obstacles. The flap is mounted at 65~85% spanwise location from the rotor hub. The nominal rotational speed of the blade is as high as 1,528 RPM, to match the required tip Mach number. Structural integrity is one of the important design aspects to be maintained and monitored in this special type of rotor. This is due to that many detailed components, which drive the flap, are inserted inside the rotating blade. To conduct its structural design and analysis, CAMRAD-II and the one-dimensional beam analysis are used. At the same time, three-dimensional finite element analysis are also used, such as MSC. PATRAN/NASTRAN, in order to analyze the details of the present active blade. As a result, comparable characteristics for the present rotor are predicted by both approaches.

  • The object-oriented (OO) distributed real-time (RT) programming movement started in 1990´s and is growing rapidly at this turn of the century. Distributed real-time simulation is a field in its infancy but it is bounded to receive steadily growing recognition for its importance and wide applicability. The scheme is called the distributed time-triggered simulation scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. A new generation object oriented (OO) RT programming scheme is called the time-triggered message triggered object(TMO) programming scheme and it is used to make specific illustrations of the issues. The TMO structuring scheme is a general-style components structuring scheme and supports design of all types of component including hard real time objects and non real time objects within one general structure.

  • 댐 및 제방 등의 수공구조물 붕괴에 의한 극한홍수 전파를 해석하기 위한 2차원 홍수 해석기법에는 현재까지 다양한 기법들이 개발되어 왔고 다양한 모형들이 상용화 또는 범용화 되고 있다. 그 중 흐름의 전파양상을 정확하게 반영할 수 있는 상류이송기법인 Godunov형태의 유한체적기법은 충격파와 같은 불연속적인 해를 가지는 문제를 정확히 해석할 수 있고, 비구조적 격자 사용의 용이성 등의 장점 때문에 2차원 홍수파 전파 해석에 있어서 최근 십수년간 가장 활발하게 연구되어왔다. 하지만 이러한 기법은 양해법을 근간으로 하는 해석 기법으로써, 계산거리의 간격이나 계산시간의 간격, 격자망의 구성 등 엄격한 제한이 필요하다. 특히 방대한 계산시간을 요구하는 기법의 약점은 홍수예 경보 등을 위한 실시간 모형의 구동에 있어서 큰 제약이 되어 왔다. CPU의 성능이 지속적으로 발전하면서 이러한 문제는 점차 극복되어 왔으나, 발열 등의 문제와 이를 극복하기 위한 멀티코어의 등장으로 인해 단일 코어의 성능개발은 매우 더딘 것이 사실이다. 현재까지 연구되고 개발되어 온 모형들은 특별한 처리 없이는 단일 코어만을 사용하여 계산할 수 밖에 없기 때문에 멀티코어의 장점을 전혀 이용할 수 없다. 이러한 점을 극복하기 위해 프로그램을 병렬화하여 단일 문제에 대해 멀티코어를 사용할 수 있다면 계산시간 단축에 큰 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것이다. 현재까지 IT분야에서 다양한 병렬프로그래밍 기법들이 개발되고 소개되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 병렬프로그래밍 기법중 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 MPI(Message Passing Interface)기법을 적용함으로써 기 개발된 고정확도 유한체적모형을 병렬화 하여 계산시간을 단축하고자 하였다. 개발된 모형을 장애물이 존재하는 실험하도의 댐 붕괴 문제와 2002년 태풍 루사 시 큰 피해를 입은 강릉시 일원의 섬석천 유역에 위치한 장현저수지와 동막저수지의 붕괴사례에 대해 적용하였다. 모형을 코어 개수별로 다양하게 모의함으로써 기존모형과의 결과에 대한 일치성을 확인하였고, 기존 모형 대비 계산시간 단축의 효과를 입증할 수 있었다. 개발된 본 모형을 실시간 홍수범람해석을 위한 시스템으로 구축할 수 있다면, 실시간 홍수예 경보에 있어 주요지점에서의 수위해석 뿐만이 아닌 제내지 범람 예보 분야까지 확대 적용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

KOMPSAT Imagery Application Status (다목적실용위성 영상자료 활용 현황)

  • The ultimate goal of satellite development is to use information obtained from satellites. Therefore, national-levelsatellite development program should include not only hardware development, but also infrastructure establishment and application technology development for information utilization. Until now, Korea has developed various satellites and has been very useful in weather and maritime surveillance as well as various disasters. In particular, KOMPSAT (Korea Multi-purpose Satellite) images have been used extensively in agriculture, forestry and marine fields based on high spatial resolution, and has been widely used in research related to precision mapping and change detection. This special issue aims to introduce a variety of recent studies conducted using KOMPSAT optical and SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) images and to disseminate related satellite image application technologies to the public sector.

The Development of Infant Smart Incubator for Home use (가정용 영유아 스마트 인큐베이터 개발)

  • New-born babies who require special attention medically are admitted often to incubator. Incubators are well equipped to fulfill take care of infants, but they have to hospital and so expensive. This paper proposes a smart incubator that can solve the problem of convenience and cost aspect of these incubators. Developed incubator enables near-field monitoring using Arduino Uno as the main control device and Bluetooth communication. The environment in the incubator measures temperature and humidity using a DHT22 sensor and the sound using a P5510 microphone. If the temperature and humidity data set by the user are lower or higher than the reference value, it is designed to operate the heating pad using the controller or turn on the fan to allow air circulation. The measured values in the incubator are displayed in real time on the user's smartphone monitoring screen and are programmed using app inventor. Developed incubators can help take care of infants at low cost in the home.
