In this paper, we examine the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-related content on the success of online crowdfunding proposals. Along with the increasing significance of ESG standards in business, investment proposals incorporating ESG concepts are now commonplace. Due to the ESG trend, conventional wisdom holds that the majority of proposals with ESG concepts will have a higher rate of success. We investigate by analyzing over 9000 online business presentations found in a Kickstarter dataset to determine which characteristics of these proposals led to increased investment. We first utilized lexicon-based measurement and Feature Engineering to determine the relationship between environment and society scores and financial indicators. Next, Logistic Regression is utilized to determine the effect of including environmental and social terms in a project's description on its ability to obtain funding. Contrary to popular belief, our research found that microentrepreneurs were less likely to succeed with proposals that focused on ESG issues. Our research will generate new opportunities for research in the disciplines of information science and crowdfunding by shedding new light on the environment of online micro-entrepreneurship.

As the national competitive power indicator, the infrastructures have been constructed with government's SOC budgets. However, even SOC budget is decreased, Public-Private Partnership Project (PPP project) has been introduced to solve demands on extending infrastructures, and among PPP projects, road projects take high portions. This study analyzes the operation & management item of financial model which is connected to the O&M cost and project proposal of previously proposed road project and analyzes the Korea Expressway Co.,'s project cost items and O&M tasks to reflect the characteristics of road projects. Based on results, this study suggests necessity of the O&M cost breakdown structure and the cost calculation standard on each cost item. Also, for the existing task execution tools, O&M cost calculation tool and finance analysis task tool will be integrated, and the system is suggested web-based system. Thus, it is expected that it contributes to the securing overall business values on PPP project and expending profit-base infrastructures.

OTS(Operator Training Simulator) 소프트웨어는 원자력발전소, 화력발전소 또는 화학공장 등과 같은 플랜트의 동적 특성을 실제의 플랜트와 같게 컴퓨터 환경을 이용하여 모의하는 기능을 수행한다. OTS 소프트웨어는 개발 규모가 방대하고 개발에 소요되는 시간과 비용부담이 큰 특징을 갖는다. 또한 플랜트 공정제어와 감시에 대한 전문지식이 요구된다. 따라서 OTS 소프트웨어 개발은 정부투자기관이나 연구기관의 자체인력을 활용하여 개발되어 왔다. 그러나, 최근에는 아웃소싱이 보편화됨에 따라 OTS 소프트웨어 개발 또한 외주개발 형태를 띄게 되었다. OTS 소프트웨어 외주개발은 소프트웨어 개발회사들에게 동등한 기회를 부여하기 위하여 일반적으로 2 단계 공개경쟁 형태로 프로젝트가 수행된다. 즉, 기술규격경쟁과 가격경쟁의 결과에 따라 외주개발 회사가 선정된다. 국내 소프트웨어 개발회사들의 경우에 OTS 소프트웨어 개발경험이 적으므로 OTS 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트 수주를 위한 첫 번째 장벽은 발주자의 제안요청서에 합당하는 기술 제안서를 작성하여 OTS 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있는 기술적 사업적 능력이 충분함을 입증하는 일이다 본 연구에서는 OTS의 유형과 특징, 프로젝트의 기술제안서 평가요소를 고찰하고 OTS 소프트웨어 개발에 참여하려 고 개발회사가 제안서를 작성 제출할 경우에 기술규격 경쟁에서 우위를 점할 수 있는 기술제안서 작성방안을 토의한다.

This research examined use rate and profitability of equipment in hospital scale with about 500 beds to present data including to review before introducing PACS with the checklist included in preparation and proposal based on expected profit suggested by operation department and cost and use rate of the expensive medical equipment were analyzed. It was proved that profit was generated in the research subject hospital if PACS is introduced. Three to five year of lease is proper for the purchase method of medical equipment. Profit after two year of use will surpass investment cost and generate clear profit. Based on the profit generated from operation of radiology department, the purchase amount to introduce PACS at the hospital will be retrieved after about 1.9 years for the investment. The number of reshoot test at radiology department will be decreased and film, development, and fixer will not be necessary to buy so the operation cost will be reduced. Moreover, other than actual profit increased, the hospital can improve its reputation and employees can reduce their works and get better working environment with less stress. Their job satisfaction will be increased so they can improve service quality and it is good for marketing strategy of the hospital. As a result of this research, it was proved that the small and general hospital should have expected profit with introduction of PACS and analyze its contribution to treatment service and profit after the purchase. Then, the hospital should make a proposal for introduction of the medical equipment and establish effective operation plan.

남북 쌍방의 정치 협상이나 현황에 의미를 두지 말고 제 3 세계 주관사를 초청하여 서울 신의주 간 고속도로 민자 사업을 계획, 시공 및 관리하자는 주장은 이상에 불과할 수 있다. 남북 간 정경 분리 원칙을 내세우지만 간단한 미풍에도 흔들리고 있는 것이 개성공단의 현실이다. 필자는 거창한 통일 관련 학자는 아니지만 도로를 사랑하는 사람으로 도로인에 남북 화합의 지휘자가 되라고 권한다. 통상 사업 초기, 기획의 미비로 드는 추가 비용을 예방비용, 평가비용, 실패비용으로 구성할 수 있는데 대기업들은 예방비용에 미리 투자함으로써 품질은 높이고 비용은 줄이는 전략을 구사하고 있다. 대북 인프라 사업은 예방비용에 투자하는 것과 같다. 북한에 투자하는 SOC 사업은 비용은 파악하기 쉬운 반면, 그것이 가지고 올 이익은 장기적이고, 위험도가 크며, 또한 편익을 정량화하는 것이 어려운 특성이 있어 반대 여론이 높은 것이 사실이다. 그러나 조건 없는 남북 경협을 주장하는 것이 아닌 이상 남북 양 정부 이익을 창출할 수 있는 제 3자 방식의 민자를 통한 도로 사업은 현재 논의되고 있는 어떠한 SOC 사업보다 타당성이 있다. 도로 건설 불가론이란 거대 여론앞에 풍전등화의 두려움에 떨고 있는 건설인들에게 북한 도로 시장이라는 커다란 선물 보따리를 정부가 앞장 서 풀어주길 기대한다.

The government introduced private infrastructure projects in order to reduce its financial burden by introducing private sectors efficiency and creativity and by utilizing their funds. Through revision, the act on the private investment of the infrastructure, many changes were made in the private investment system. The evaluation task to assess the project proposer's capability and to select a promoter is regarded as the most important process for fairness and transparency of the project. In this study, the improvement of project plan evaluation task of current private infrastructure projects is proposed based on the standard guideline for evaluation procedure of private infrastructure projects provided by Korea Development Institute. In addition, software program for evaluation procedure is made to improve the efficiency and enableconvenient evaluation task.

전략적 자산배분에서 가장 중요한 것은 목표를 결정하는 것이다. 여기서 목표는 자산운용에서 발생하는 향후 포트폴리오의 예상되는 분포와 이에 영향을 받는 조직의 기대효용을 극대화하는 것으로 정의하는 것이 과학적이고 학술적인 방식이다. 실무는 대체로 이러한 방식과 다르다. 예를 들어 기금운용평가의 가이드라인에서는 목표 수익률에 초점을 두고 있다. 특히 기금운용평가에서는 ALM 기반의 목표 수익률 산출을 제안한다. 하지만, 비현실적인 목표 수익률의 산출과 그 의미의 모호성으로 많은 기금들은 이를 적용하지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 ALM 기반의 목표수익률 설정 및 자산배분의 문제점을 확인하고, ALM 기반 자산배분에 대한 두 가지 대안을 제시한다. 첫 번째, 기금 자산운용의 목표 설정에 대해서는 Doran(1981)의 SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-limited) 기준에 따른 목표수립을 제안한다. 두 번째, 목표 수익률 산출에서는 목표기반투자 (Goal based Investing, GBI) 에 따른 목표 수익률 산출 방법을 제시한다.

Although climate change is a global scale question, some concerns have been raised that principles of investment arbitration may not adequately address the domestic implementation of climate change measures. A recent ICSID investment arbitration of Vattenfall v. Germany with regard to the investor's alleged damages from the phase-out of nuclear plants is a salient climate change case. The 2005 Kyoto Protocol was made to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and it provides a number of flexible mechanisms such as Joint Implementation (JI) and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). Implementation of the Kyoto Protocol allows dispute settlement through investor-state arbitration. Any initiation of stricter emission standards can violate the prohibition on expropriations in investment agreements, regardless of the measures created to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The effect-based expropriation doctrine can charge changes to existing emission standards as interference with the use of property that goes against the legitimate expectation of a foreign investor. In regulatory chill, threat of investor claims against the host state may preclude the strengthening of climate change measures. Stabilization clauses also have a freezing effect on the hosting state's regulation and a new law applicable to the investment. In the fair and equitable standard, basic expectations of investors when entering into earlier carbon-intensive operations can be affected by a regulation seeking to change into a low-carbon approach. As seen in the Methanex tribunal, a non-discriminatory and public purpose of environmental protection measures should be considered as non-expropriation in the arbitral tribunal unless its decision would intentionally impede a foreign investor's investment.

The business cycle during a recession leads to negative effects on raising funds and operations management of company. In particular, the company with many inventories in the recession causes liquidity problem. Which leads to frustration in the competitive strategy management. In this case the company experiencing cash or liquidity problems attempts to reduce its investment in inventory. However, reducing inventory investment makes problems to increase inventory operating costs. This paper presents sensitivity of total cost compared to the size for reducing inventory investment. This will guarantee the relevance of the reducing inventory investment. Optimal Inventory levels also may be required to be less than the optimal levels without reduction on inventory investments.

Recently, many researchers are interested in the analysis of the magnetic fields considering the vector relation between the magnetic flux density and the magnetic field intensity. In this paper, Finite Element Method with two dimensional tensor permeability is adopted to calculate the magnetic field quantities in the system having the rotational magnetic field. In addition, the method of analyzing the magnetic field considering the harmonic components is introduced. The validity of the proposed method is proved compared with the experimental results.
