A Layout Comparison Study for Improving Semiconductor Fab System (반도체 공정시스템 개선을 위한 레이아웃 비교 연구)

  • The importance of improving semiconductor fab layout has been increased with the necessity of a large-scale capital investment and the increase of manufacturing complexity of the system. For the present, most semiconductor fab takes the form of a bay type layout where the same types of machines has been laid at the same bay. The bay type layout has many disadvantages in respect of material flow control even though it has merits of flexibility. To overcome the drawbacks of the bay type layout, a new room type semiconductor layout which integrates bays without a center spine and maintains the flexibilities of the bay type has been presented and compared with existing layouts. The results of test show that the room type layout is superior to the existing layouts from standpoints of transportation number and time, foot-print, number of stocker being passed and material flow time.

  • Over time, the beauty industry has entered a mature industry and cannot survive unless it changes. In reality, the AR market for virtual experimental marketing is growing in the beauty industry, and global companies like FACEBOOK in the US are investing heavily in AR. Therefore, this study utilizes augmented reality technique to find out how the experience of using AR application affects female consumers' satisfaction and how they feel. This study will focus on how the relationship with purchase intention is mediated. In addition, we will help to suggest the development direction of augmented reality with makeup by analyzing the overall factors at the time when new technology, augmented reality marketing is becoming active.

  • Industrial secrets that companies own recently protected by various act related industrial security such as Trade Secret Act, Act on Prevention of Divulgence and Protection of Industrial Technology, etc. However, despite such protection infringement and leakage accidents of industrial secrets is increasing every year. According to a survey conducted by KAITS(Korean Association for Industrial Technology Security) annual average of estimated damage by industrial secrets leakage is estimated to be "50 trillion won." This is equivalent to the amount of annual revenue of small businesses more than 4,700 units. Following this, industrial secrets leakage causes serious damages to competitiveness of nation and companies and economic. However investment and effort to the industrial secrets leakage crime is lack of level compared to the scale of damage. Actually, most companies except some major companies are lack of response action about industrial secrets leakage because of shortage of separate organization, workforce, budget for industrial secrets leakage security. This paper aims to understand the overall flow of the industrial secrets leakage crime through various taxonomy such as cause of occurrence and leakage pathway and grasp the condition of damage from industrial secrets leakage through analyzation of internal and external industrial secrets leakage crime. This is expected to be the basis for related research.

User Review Selection Method using Kano Model in Application Market (어플리케이션 마켓에서 카노 모델을 이용한 사용자 리뷰 선별 방법)

  • Among the customer-oriented data used to comprehend the customer, the user review data has received much attention as it provides insights into customer opinion in a detailed and large-scale manner; many customers have come to rely upon and trust the user reviews. Many application developers are cognizant of the importance of user reviews, so they monitor and respond to these reviews. However, due to the absence of a systematic method, developers have been investing their time and money without clear correlation to the customer satisfaction. Therefore, this paper suggests a systematic method to select user reviews from the application market using the Kano Model that deals with customer satisfaction and service quality, thereby maximizing the customer satisfaction under the given time period and budget. This method is constructed in the following phases: the user review collection and requirement elicitation phase in which the developers collect user reviews from the application market and elicit requirements, the Kano Model application and selection phase in which the Kano Model is applied to the elicited requirements and selection occurs based on the quality type, and the stakeholder review and redefinition phase in which relevant personnel gather to review and redefine requirements from an internal perspective.

  • Domestic trucking transportation market does not have only the poor business environment but also the serious defects on the transportation trading structure. It makes weaken the competitiveness of trucking industry and hinders the development of trucking industry. The problems of trucking industry such as the recession of the Korean economy and decrease of the trucking charge cause the truck drivers suffer. Korean government and national assembly try to change the law of truck transportation business. The suggested law includes the obligation of trucking information networking system and it can make the transportation business structures more efficiently. This article deals with the strategies for the establishment of trucking transportation networking system and examines the cost-benefit analysis assuming the four demand senario. The results suggest the establishment of the information system not based on the individual trucking industry but on the joint industry at the level of the local area. This article also suggests that the information system has a positive financial feasibility.

  • Even after successful technology development, there are many cases where commercialization fails due to difficulties in financing in the early stages of commercialization. The purpose of this study is to give practical implications to technology-based founders. At the beginning of commercialization, 7 companies that succeeded in procuring different types of external funds were selected to conduct case analysis. The results are as follow. First, it was confirmed that the excellence of technology is the most important. Second, it was confirmed that they were majors in the relevant technology field or have worked in related fields, and concluded that greater synergy effect can be created by adding the founder's business will and active attitude. Third, even if the company's internal capabilities were insufficient, it was possible to succeed in financing by identifying and utilizing external financial information. Fourth, it is necessary to utilize a linked financial system that receives both loans and investments. Fifth, systematic IR (Investor Relation) should be continued.

  • Smart factory of Manufacturing sector is rapidly spreading, globally. In case of domestic, it is on going based on KOSF. It is neither lack of invest nor security of information due to it has been spread from manufacturing sector. Hence, that's very difficult to efficiency prevent from new type of intimidation and security accident happened sometimes from this situation. According to research information security condition with recognized new menace, there is a most efficient way is provide education of information security without any extra budget to safely spread smart factory. Thus, this study of research has developed security awareness training curriculum from international standard, requirement of the industry, and curriculum of educational institution based on NCS (National Competency Standard). It is be very helpful to spread smart factory safely due to expert group has been test of validity.

  • SNS connect off-line and on-line so that it forms a relationship by sharing users' life and interests. Especially, marketing through SNS is not only economical also it spreads in the fast pace. Thus, many enterprise recognize SNS as a part of platform of ads and they are constantly investing on SNS ads. Also, with the spread of smartphones, the rate of adolescents who use SNS has soared and the rate of exposure to SNS ads also has increased. However, SNS ads have great impact on adolescents'decision-making, because their values of decision-making has not been well developed so that they are easy to influenced by external factors. Therefore, this study aims to understand the effect of SNS ads on adolescents'decision-making.

Policy Directions and Promotional Tasks for Vitalization of Social Economy Organizations (사회적경제조직의 활성화를 위한 정책 방향과 추진 과제)

  • Although social economy organizations have achieved quantitative growth in various types and fields, they have been mainly promoted by the government, and there is still room for qualitative improvement, such as institutional reorganization, support systems and support methods, compared to advanced countries. In this study, the problems of social economy organizations, the current status and actual analysis of social economy organizations, the policy delivery system, obstacles to the development of social economy organizations, and problems of activation, etc. were reviewed through previous studies. Through this, policy directions and tasks for revitalization of future social economy organizations were presented. As a result, the policy direction for revitalization of social economy organizations requires private and local government initiatives, expansion of fields, customized support for the creation of a growth ecosystem, and various linkage cooperation. Organizational capacity development and education, reinforcement of various linkage cooperation systems, creation of an investment ecosystem, and joint market development are necessary.

  • As transaction and investment using technology are vitalized, the need for objective standards for the technology is increasing. Current technology value evaluation system is limited lacking reliability and objectivity. Besides the traditional evaluation methodology which are market approach, income approach and cost approach other diverse evaluation methodology such as real option method and royalty calculation method are being studied; however currently there are no dominant evaluation methodology in the market. Same value evaluation system cannot be applied between similar technologies because value of technology is relatively decided based on the target. Approaching through collective intelligence and crowd sourcing, in meaning of majority participant's decision can make objective and better result than handful of experts, suggest alternative to problems of such matter above. By grafting the four types of crowd sourcing model which are Wisdom, Voting, Funding and Creation, this paper will discuss the ways to enhance the objectivity of technology evaluation through direct evaluation utilizing expert group and the public's indirect evaluation.
