This paper introduces an integrated Modeling & Simulation framework for the efficient development of the rescue robot which rescues a wounded patients or soldiers and disposes a dangerous objects or explosive materials in the battlefields and disastrous environments. An integrated M&S(Modeling & Simulation) framework would have enabled us to perform the dynamic simulation program GAZEBO based Software-in-the-Loop Simulation(SILS) which is to replacing the robot platform hardware with a simulation software. An integrated M&S framework would help us to perform designing robot and performance validation of robot control results more efficiently. Furthermore, Tele-operation performance in the unstructured environments could be improved. We review a case study of applying an integrated M&S framework tool in validating performance of mobility stabilization control, one of the most important control strategy in the rescue robot.

The SBA Integrated Information system is constructed and operated for scientific and systematic management of Defense information utilizing whole process of weapon system acquisition from requirement institution to operation maintenance. In order to utilize m&s resources actively and effectively in the life cycle of weapon system acquisition, efficient management plans of the SBA integrated Information system is required. As a result of identifying usage on SBA Information system and performance of operation performance measurement, it was defined that establishment of the SBA Integrated Information system process and provision of detailed system are mandatory for activating m&s resource and supporting process of acquisitions. In this study, Defense m&s information system is analyzed and improvement plans of SBA Integrated Information system is provided for efficient operation of SBA integrated Information system.

6-DOF flight simulation program is most generally used M&S tool in domestic missile development procedure. The 6-DOF M&S method, however, cannot validate the performance of a imaging seeker-adopted missile in various conditions. A M&S tool for the analysis of the integrated-flight simulation is required since the tracking performance of the imaging seeker is highly dependent on the missile maneuvering, which introduces the displacement and rotation of the target in the seeker imagery. Through the development of the $3^{rd}$ generation anti-tank missile, Raybolt, the integrated-flight M&S tool was developed and applied to the missile configuration design. It integrates synthetic image generation S/W, imaging tracker, and flight simulation program and computes the main system performance criteria, hit probability by Monte-Carlo Simulation. In this paper, the issues in the $3^{rd}$ generation anti-tank missile configuration and the integrated-flight M&S method and results are described.

In this paper, we propose the M-QDMR algorithm for improvement QoS in the wire/wireless integrated environment. Through simulations and comparing to another multicast algorithm, we reach a conclusion is that M-QDMR can simply and dynamically adjusts the construction of multicast tree with little delay and the most reducible bandwidth resources.

M&A is an important strategic decision made to ensure the competitiveness of companies and cases of M&A have been increasing in recent years. But the success of an M&A is not assured. In order to succeed, there should first be a well managed strategic leadership by the CEO and an integration strategy. Companies need also to overcome the resistance to change among members. A successful example of an M&A is that of LG Chem and Hyundai Petrochemical. By using this M&A as a case study, the influence of the CEO's Strategic Leadership, and the Integration Strategy on Resistance, Acceptance and Performance were assessed. For this study, research was conducted on CEO Strategic Leadership and Integration Strategy before members of LG Chem (DAESAN PLANT) were interviewed on the M&A's implementation by LG Chem's HR staff, management and members. The results show that CEO strategic leadership and the integration strategy are major change drivers and that they are important to the early stabilization of M&A companies. Finally, suggestions are made as to how such success may be replicated for other companies undergoing M&A in the future.

국방 획득절차를 과학화하기 위해 소요제기에서 연구개발, 시험평가, 운영유지에 이르는 무기체계 획득 전 순기에 걸쳐 M&S 도구를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는 SBA 통합협업환경 구축이 필요하다. 그 동안 국내 무기체계 개발 기술은 비약적인 발전을 거듭해 왔다. 하지만 무기체계 획득을 위한 통합지원체계 및 통합협업환경에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 SBA 통합협업환경 아키텍처를 설계하기 위해 SBA및 M&S의 개념과 SBA 통합협업환경 구성기술들을 알아보고 구성기술들을 조합하여 SBA 통합협업환경 아키텍처를 설계한다.

This study is a case study of KEB HanaBank's information system integration, which has achieved outstanding results based on successful M & A. As of the end of 2018, KEB HanaBank is one of the domestic commercial banks that showed 896 domestic and overseas branches, 12,881 employees, total assets of 326 trillion won, and net income of 1.9 trillion won. The purpose of this study is to provide implications through KEB Hana Bank's unique case and strategy for information system integration since M & A. To accomplish this, KEB HanaBank's information system integration related resource status, strategy, and performance are searched using various sources, and existing researches on resource dependency theory and entrepreneurial bricolage are reviewed. In the post merger integration process, organizations need to understand the status of their resources in terms of resource constraint theory in order to succeed in the information system integration. In resource constraints, for successful computational integration, a strategy based on entrepreneurial bricolage will be needed.

An integrated simulation engine provides tools, services, and standards to support various activities in the entire M&S from modeling and simulation to analysis of the simulation results. Many countries have developed integrated simulation engines to efficiently assist complex M&S activities. However, we do not have domestic simulation engines especially designed for defense M&S, therefore, developing M&S softwares still remains as a hard task with high cost and tine. OpenSIM(Open Simulation engine for Interoperable Models) is an integrated simulation engine and provides tools, services and standard interfaces for weapons analysis. OpenSIM's services are comprised of classes, member functions and data attributes which are commonly used in modeling, simulating and analyzing weapons systems. In this paper, we introduce OpenSIM's services in C++ APIs and illustrate them through an ASM example(Air to Surface Missile).

The main purpose of this paper is to find the phase-in of BIM adoption by focusing on the level of integration. BlM should be aimed at integration and collaboration of all parties furnishing design and construction services to increase the productivity. Therefore, the degree and depth of integration for project collaboration is very important to BlM design process. One of the key advantages of full integration is that is to facilitates the development of detailed information much earlier in the entire design process to improve collaboration among stakeholders. Such integrated use is the ultimate method, but even so, it's not the precondition of BlM. One of the key advantages of relatively low integration as a transition phase is to adopt the BlM earlier than full integration. Such transitional and non-integrated BIM can also reduce the possibility of trial and error in BlM adoption. Therefore, this paper focused on non-integrated use of BlM as a substitute of full IPD by analyzing obstacles in BIM adoption.
