본 논문은 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 소비자 인식의 변화에 따라 최근 대두되고 있는 웰니스 서비스에 관한 연구이다. 현재 많은 소비자들이 여러 가지의 홈 헬스케어 개인건강기기를 통해 자신의 건강을 관리하고 있지만 제조사 별 고유의 소프트웨어와 통신 프로토콜을 내장되어있어 개인건강기기마다 각기 다른 방식의 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 이처럼 현재 제공되고 있는 헬스케어 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 제공하기 위해서는 다양한 개인건강기기와 서비스 제공 시스템간의 표준화된 인터페이스를 지원하기 위해서는 통합 게이트웨이 솔루션이 필요하다. 특히, 각 시스템 구성요소 간에 IEEE11073 PHD(Pelsonal Health Devices), HL7(Health Level Seven) 등의 표준을 통하여 건강정보 데이터 센싱, 취합 및 전송, 분석 및 피드백이 표준적인 방법으로 운용되어야한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 TV 환경에서 ISO/IEEE11073 표준을 준용하여 다양한 통신 인터페이스를 통한 개인건강기기의 연결성을 지원하는 통합 게이트웨이 솔루션 및 헬스케어, 건강관리와 관련된 서비스를 위한 건강정보 모니터링 앱을 설계하였다.

Recently, there is increasing the development requirement of middleware and interface for GPS(Global Positioning System), RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification), sensor networks. GPS supports a useful location based service. RFID supports products logistic and distribution services through the identification. A sensor network collects a context information, such as humidity, temperature and atmospheric pressure. This paper implements and verifies a integrated service middleware for supporting efficiently process of sensing data collected from RFID, GPS and sensor network. This middleware have the temporary store function, the redundancy exclusion function, certification function, the classification function and the database storage function. Additionary, this middleware connects with low-level adaptor using socket interface and supports the high-level application services using database connection. Therefore, user can develop easily various many ubiquitous application system using proposed middleware instead of each RFID middleware, GPS middleware and, middleware based on sensor network.

Embedded system is tightly coupled with heterogeneous layers such as application, as kernel, device driver, HAL and hardware. Embedded system is customized for the specific purpose and hardware. In addition, the product cycle is so fast that software and hardware, which are developed by several vendors, are integrated together under unstable status. Therefore, there are lots of possibilities of faults in all layers. Because embedded software developers test their codes integrated with faulty layers, they cannot confirm 'whether testing of every aspects was completed, their code was failed, or integrated software/hardware has some problems'. In this paper, we propose an embedded software interface test method and a test tool called Justitia for detecting faults and tracing causes in the interface among heterogeneous layers. The proposed technique is an automated method which improves debugging upto professional testing using an emulator for helping developer.

본 논문에서는 한국어를 사용하는 사람들에게 올바른 국어 지식을 보급하여 올바른 국어 생활을 영위하도록 하고, 국어 정보화에 기여하고자 '어문 규정 검색 통합 시스템'을 설계하고 구현한다. '어문 규정 검색 통합 시스템'은 '한글 맞춤법 검색 시스템', '표준어 규정 검색 시스템', 외래어 표기법 검색 시스템'으로 구성되어 있다. '어문 규정 검색 통합 시스템'은 실생활에서 사용되고 있는 단어들이 맞춤법이나 표준어 규정, 외래어 표기법에 맞는지를 확인할 수 있도록 하며, 틀린 경우에 올바른 단어와 그에 해당하는 어문 규정을 알 수 있도록 하였다. '어문 규정 검색 통합 시스템'은 세부 검색 시스템들을 하나의 인터페이스에서 접근할 수 있도록 통합하였으며 '규정', 검색', '전체 검색', '게임', '통계'의 세부 메뉴로 구성되어 있다. 한국 어문 규정은 폴더 형식으로 장과 절을 체계적으로 검색할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 검색에서는 하나의 단어 입력으로 동시에 여러 세부 시스템에서 검색 결과를 찾도록 하였다.

한 도메인 내의 통합검색시스템에서 메타데이터를 이용하여 분산되어있는 데이터를 공유하고 표준화하여 정보를 통합검색 할 수 있다. 하지만 메타데이터를 특정 도메인에 맞게 설계하여 메타데이터 레포지스토리로 구축되어진 조직 간에 데이터요소 의미, 구조, 형식상의 이질적인 문제들이 발생하여 통합 검색하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 눈문에서는 XMDR(eXtended Metadata Registry)을 이용한 멀티데이터베이스 통합 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 레거시 데이터 시스템들 간의 협업에 필요한 데이터를 공유 및 교환하는데 실시간으로 변화하는 데이터를 일관성 있게 유지할 수 있으며 통합 검색시 단일 인터페이스를 제공하여 각 시스템의 독립성을 유지하면서 데이터의 투명성과 가용성을 향상 시킬 수 있다.

Traditional broadcasting environment is merged with various interactive broadcasting services, and the users use these services through Set-Top-Boxes. But they have limited user interfaces, which are not suitable for TV environments by adopting internet formats. Therefore, this paper suggests a User Navigating Interface which helps the audiences to select and watch their favorite channels more effectively. Firstly, this paper analyzes EPG interface - the most basic service in interactive broadcasting. Secondly, it suggests a user interface and service structure suitable in the network-integrated TV environment.

본 논문에서는 현재 ETRI에서 개발 중인 유/무선 전화망을 통한 다국어간 대화체 음성번역서비스 시스템에 대해서 소개한다. 전화망을 통한 자동음성번역서비스 시스템은 여행대화영역을 서비스 대상영역으로 하고 있고 자동음성번역서비스를 필요로 하는 사용자들은 동일한 장소에서 대면하고 있으며 서로 다른 언어를 사용하기 때문에 서로 의사 소통에 어려움을 겪고 있다고 가정한다. 따라서 여기서 말하는 자동음성번역 시스템의 특징은 인간과 기계간의 인터페이스를 그 대상으로 하는 것이 아니라 인간과 인간사이의 인터페이스를 그 대상으로 하고 있다는 정이다. 인간과 인간사이의 인터페이스 상황에서는 인간의 이해력이 시스템 오류를 정정할 수 있는 여지를 지니고 있다. 따라서 시스템이 사용자의 말하는 의도 혹은 개념만 잘 전달할 수 있다면 서로 다른 언어를 사용하는 사용자들 사이에서도 이러한 시스템을 통한 의사소통이 가능하다. 자동음성번역서비스 시스템은 크게 음성인식모듈 문장해석 및 번역 모듈, 음성합성모듈, 시스템통합 모듈 그리고 전화망 인터페이스 모듈로 나뉜다. 여기서는 자동음성번역 서비스 시스템의 각 모듈들의 주요 특징과 상호 인터페이스 방법에 대해서 소개한다.

최근 웹 확산에 따른 일반인들의 인터넷 이용이 급증하였고 이에 따른 정보 기술도 빠르게 변화하고 있다. GIS 분야에서도 시대의 흐름에 맞춰 지리정보 데이타를 웹상에서 제공하는 웹 GIS 분야가 등장하게 되었다. 그러나, 상호 이질적인 지리정보 데이타를 웹 기반 분산 환경에서 서비스하기 위해 표준 인터페이스와 각각의 웹 서비스 모델을 정의한 통합 시스템이 요구되고 있다. OGC(OpenGIS Consortium)에서는 기존 OpenGIS(Open Geodata Interoperabillty Specification)의 상호운용성을 웹 환경에서 지원하고, 또한 상호이질석인 지리정보의 접근을 위해 새로운 웹 맵 서버인터페이스 구현 명세(Web Map Server Interface Implementation Specification)를 제안하였다. 웹 맵 서버 인터페이스 구현 명세는 웹상에서 공간 질의를 처리하기 위안 URL 컴포넌트를 정의하고 있으며, URL 형식의 클라이언트 질의를 수행한 결과를 웹 브라우저에서 이미지 포맷으로 지리정보를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 OGC가 최근 제안한 XML(eXtendible Markup Language)기반의 표준 공간 데이터 포맷인 GML(Geography Markup Language)과 웹 맵 서버 인터페이스를 이용해 분산된 지리정보 데이터를 웹 브라우서를 통하여 서비스할 수 있는 웹 맵 서버를 설계 및 구현하였다. 따라서 클라이언트는 본 논문에서 개발한 웹 맵 서버를 통하여 별도의 응용 프로그램을 개발하지 않고도 다양한 GIS 시버들의 종류와 위치에 관계없이 표준 인터페이스를 통해 이를 GIS 서버들로부터 공간 데이터를 접근할 수 있다.

Large portal sites such as Google, NAVER provide Various services based on the map. Thus, interest and demand of users who want to obtain the region-related information has been increased. And services that combine the regional information with the map are provided currently at the large portal sites. However, the existing services of large portal sites do not provide enough detailed information and are inconvenient because acquisition process of related information is repeated. Therefore, the system that enables users to obtain detailed information related on the specific region synthetically and easily is needed. In this paper, we propose a system model using map interface and knowledge-processing in order to build the system that is useful for acquiring regional information. The model consists of 3-Layers: 'Regional Information Web-Documents Layer', 'Unique Regional Information Layer', and "Map-Interface Layer'. The Integrated Region~Related Information Searching System based on the model is implemented through the following 4-steps: (1) extracting the keywords that represent specific region (2) collecting the related web pages (3) extracting a set of related keywords and computing an association between the keywords (4) implementing a user interface. We verified validity on the model we proposed. knowledge-processing algorithm using affinity matrix, and UI that help users conveniently search by applying the system to region of the Goyang City. This system integrates regional information existing merely individual 'information' and provides users the 'knowledge' that is newly produced and organized. Users can obtain various detailed regional information and easily get related information through this system.

There is a lack of user centered design methods that support effective collaboration between designers and end-users for designing hardware and software integrated digital products. This paper presents the application of Collaborative Design and a new collaborative design prototyping tool for interactive digital product design projects. The tool consists of STCtools(State Transition Chart tools) software, hardware modeling materials, and physical interface toolkits for integrating software and hardware. STCtools allow users to create and edit States, to compose Events describing transitions between States, and to run intermediate or final results of STC. Using the hardware modeling materials and the physical interface toolkit, designers and end-users can collaborately examine the hardware and software integrated concepts in an early stage of the design process. Three collaborative design workshops of designing a portable digital guide for a theme park were accomplished to examine the feasibility of the tool. The results suggested that the tool supported iterative concept development and interactions between designers and end users. Although several user interface problems of STCtools were identified, the participants gave positive feedback on the role of the tool in collaborative concept generation and deployment. It is expected that the results of this study contribute not only to the collaboration between designers and end users, but also to the collaboration between designers, and between designers and other professionals.
