일반적으로 B2C가 불특정 다수에 대한 서비스라면 B2B는 특정 소수에 대한 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 특성으로 B2C와 B2B에서 고객의 구매의도는 다르게 평가되어야 한다. 또한 B2B는 협상이라는 단계가 있고, 이것은 B2C와 B2B의 구매의도 평가기준에 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 B2B에서 구매의도 파악을 위한 웹 로그 분석 모형을 제시한다. 제시된 모형을 통해 구매의도 파악을 위한 웹 로그 분석 데이터를 추출하고, 추출된 데이터를 기업의 레거시 시스템 데이터와 통합하는 과정을 보여준다. 또한 분석 데이터를 추출하기 위한 웹마이닝 과정과 추출된 분석 데이터가 데이터베이스에 저장되는 과정을 보여준다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of nursing emotional labor, role conflict, and reciprocity on turnover intention in comprehensive nursing care wards nurses. 209 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care wards across 13 hospitals in G and M city participated in this study. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. As a result, the research model explained 52.9%(F=14.458, p<.001) of intention to turnover. The most significant factor affecting turnover intention was emotional labor(β=.311), followed by reciprocity and role conflict. Therefore, it is necessary to devices and guidelines to protect nurses who encounter various situations in the process of emotional labor, and to implement a human resource management system that can maintain friendly and equal relationships.

A meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. This study will find meaningful independent variables for criterion variables that affect influencing on purchase intention in social network service, on the basis of the results of a meta-analysis. We reviewed a total of 29 studies related on purchase intention in social network service published in Korean journals between 2000 and 2015, where a cause and effect relationship is established between variables that are specified in the conceptual model of this study. Thus, we present the theoretical and practical implications of these results and discuss the differences between these results through a comparative analysis with previous studies.

본 연구에서는 대전, 세종 지역 등에서 근무하는 어린이집 보육교사 298명을 대상으로 그들의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이 과정에서 어린이집은 가정, 민간, 공공형 어린이집으로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석결과, 조사대상자의 건강상태, 조직건강에서의 원장 리더십 영역, 사회적 지지가 이직의도에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났지만, 각 유형별로 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 크게 다른 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 공공형 어린이집의 보육교사들은 이직의도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 공공형 어린이집 보육교사의 경우에는 직무스트레스에서의 행정적 업무 영역이 이직의도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 반영하여 보육정책을 수립하고 유보통합을 진행할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for effective human resource management by clarifying the relationship among ward operation support system of ward nurse, nursing performance, job satisfaction, burnout and turnover intention. The subjects of this study were 137 nurses working at comprehensive nursing care service wards of less than 500 beds in B and C city. Data were collected using structured questionnaires, and analysis was conducted using SPSS/WIN 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. As a result of the path analysis, variables directly affecting the turnover intention of nurses working at the comprehensive nursing care service wards are ward operation support system and burnout, and indirect influences are nursing performance and job satisfaction. Burnout has the most direct effect on turnover intention, which is directly influenced by job satisfaction and nursing performance. Ward operation support system was confirmed to have a direct effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to reduce the turnover intention of nurses working at the comprehensive nursing care service wards, strengthening ward operation support system in order to improve job satisfaction and measures to reduce the burnout and burden of nursing performance are needed.

본 연구는 창업분야의 공공부문 정보시스템인 BI-Net의 활용성을 제고하기 위한 요인들을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 정보시스템의 성과를 측정하기 위한 정보시스템 성공모델과 기술수용과 사용에 관한 통합이론을 기반으로 BI-Net의 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인들과의 관계를 실증분석을 통하여 파악하였다. 실증분석 결과 정보품질 및 시스템품질과 성과기대가 사용자 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보품질 및 시스템품질과 성과기대 및 노력기대가 BI-Net의 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 운영평가수준과 사용자 성별이 사용의도와 영향요인과의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사용자 만족을 위해서 BI-Net의 품질수준을 높이는 것이 중요하며, BI-Net의 사용의도를 높이기 위해서는 사용자 만족과 함께 시스템에 대한 기대수준을 높여야 함을 제시하였다. 또한 창업보육센터의 상황과 사용자에 적합하게 시스템을 설계하는 것도 BI-Net의 사용의도를 높이는 방법임을 제시하였다.

This study was carried out to analyze and compare job satisfaction, job stress, burnout, and turnover intention of comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses and general ward nurses. The participants were 181 nurses from six hospitals providing comprehensive nursing care service in G metropolitan city. The data were collected using structured questionnaires in May 16-June 30, 2017. The data were analyzed with SPSS program, which was used for t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation. As a result, there were no significant differences in the variables between comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses and general ward nurses. However, comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses had higher job satisfaction, lower job stress, lower burnout, and lower turnover intention than general ward nurses. There was a significant relationship between job stress (r=.39, p=<.001), burnout (r=.43, p=<.001), job satisfaction (r=-.66, p=<.001), and turnover intention. Comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses were more positive about their nursing work than general ward nurses. The findings of this study can be used as basic data for effective nursing resource management in a comprehensive nursing care service ward.

In this paper is a descriptive survey research to compare correlations among the job stress, job satisfaction, emotional labor, and turnover intention of nurses between the comprehensive nursing care service and general wards. The subjects include total 185 nurses that consisted of 93 nurses at the comprehensive nursing care service ward and 92 at the General Ward. Results of this study are as follows; The study analyzed correlations among the job stress, job satisfaction, emotional labor, and turnover intention of nurses at the comprehensive nursing care service and general wards and found that both the groups showed significant positive correlations between job stress and emotional labor, between job stress and turnover intention, and between emotional labor and turnover intention, which indicates that higher job stress led to higher emotional labor and that higher job stress and emotional labor led to higher turnover intention. These findings raise a need to increase the manpower standard, offer proper rewards, and improve the work environment and treatment for nurses, who play the pivotal roles at the hospital organization, to solve their increased job stress and emotional labor issues and ultimately ensure the successful expansion of the comprehensive nursing care service system. There should be multifaceted efforts to reduce the turnover of skilled nurses that are capable of providing quality nursing service.

Recently, the convergence of knowledge based society and information telecommunication technologies has a rapid impact on politics, economics and various fields. Meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. Meta-analysis, can see the direction and size of the relationship between variables using the concept of the effect size. The factor determining behavioral intention of consumer in e-commerce can say that critically dependent variable. In a predictive factor determining behavioral intention is typical that perceived value and perceived risk. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between perceived value, perceived risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 33 research papers that established causal relationships in between perceived value, risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce published in Korea academic journals during 2000 and 2016. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the effect size in the path from the perceived value to the behavioral intention with the effect size (r = .526), listed an explanatory power of 28%. In addition, it showed that the effect size in the path from perceived risk to the behavioral intention with the effect size (r = -.220), listed a negative explanatory power of 5%. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.

Recently, the convergence of knowledge-based society and information telecommunication technologies has a rapid impact on politics, economics and various fields. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between perceived value, risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 25 research papers that established causal relationships in between perceived value, risk and behavioral intention on e-commerce published in Korean academic journals during 2000 and 2014. The result of the meta-analysis might be summarized that the effect size in the path from the perceived value to the behavioral intention with the effect size 0.508. Also, it showed that the effect size in the path from perceived value to the behavioral intention with the effect size -0.251. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.
