It has taken a growing interest about environmental problems such as global warming and water pollution. Because of intensified environmental problems, it would be going on the research about environmental preservation and harmful factor reduction. Also, it makes ISO to show the quantitative data about LCA analysis. The research of LCA method in the domestic construction industry has advanced stealing from a national point of view. In this study, it would be possible to confirm the feasibility of a plan by LCA analysis. Moreover, the result of life cycle cost which deliberate the influence cost of environment in the steps of material production, construction, maintenance, and disposal has made to be 74,819,560,776 won in a plan and 78,979.469,602won in alternative. That is, it would analysis for a plan to reduce 4,159,908,826 won for alternative.

전통적인 HRA(Human Reliability Analysis)방법은 특정 애플리케이션 또는 산업을 염두에 두고 있으며. 또한 이러한 방법은 종종 복잡하며, 시간이 많이 걸리고 적용하는 데 비용이 많이 들며 직접 비교하기에는 적합하지 않다. 제안된 HFHM(Human Factors Hazard Model: 인적 요인 위험 모델)은 기검증되고 시간 테스트를 거친 FTA(Fault Tree Analysis:결함 트리 분석)및 ETA(Event Tree Analysis:이벤트 트리 분석)의 확률 분석 도구 및 새로 개발된 HEP(Human Error Probability:인적 오류 확률)예측 도구와 통합되고, 인간과 관련된 PSF(Performance Shaping Factors:성능 형성 요인)를 중심으로 새로운 접근 방식으로 개발되었다. 인간-시스템은 상호작용으로 인한 재난사고 가능성을 모델링하는 위험분석 접근법 HFHM은 다음과 같은 상용 소프트웨어 도구 내에서 예시되고 자동화된다. HFHM에서 생성된 데이터는 SE 분석가 및 설계에 대한 표준화된 가이드로 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 인적 위험을 예측하는 이 새로운 접근 방식을 통해, 전체 시스템에 대한 포괄적인 재난안전 분석을 가능하게 한다.

Project plan and control is a highly skilled task which is vital for business success, and Project control systems are important for successful project execution. To support construction process management effectively, an integrated cost and schedule control function is required to collect quality data in a timely manner and to provide quality historical data for future planning of new projects. In Korea construction industry, the development and implementation cases of a project control system which to efficiently support construction project planning and controlling processes, have been increased to ensure a project success and the profitability of a construction company. To contribute to improving practical effectiveness of a project control system, the paper reviewed and analyzed the current trends and functional features of current project control systems. And it also described the pending issues and their solutions faced on previous project control systems.

미래 데이터 트래픽은 유선에서 무선으로 트래픽의 비중이 증가하고 있으며 데이터 트래픽의 규모도 급격히 증가될 것으로 예측되고 있다. 데이터 트래픽을 효과적으로 수용하기 위하여 단일한 전송 기술을 이용하는 방식 보다는 다양한 유무선 전송 기술을 기반으로 효과적으로 다양한 유무선 자원을 제어하고 상황에 따라 최적의 전송 기술을 적용함으로써 제한된 유무선 자원을 효율적으로 이용하는 기술이 필요하다. 미래 통신 네트워크는 다양한 액세스 망을 통합 관리함으로써 망구축 비용 및 운영비용을 절감하고 효과적으로 망 자원을 이용하며 새로운 요구사항을 가지는 신규 서비스에 적절히 대응하기 위하여 유연하고 지능화된 유무선 융합 네트워크 구조로 발전되어야 한다. 본 문서에서는 유무선 융합 네트워크 기술을 중심으로 지금까지 진행된 융합 기술에 대해 간단히 살펴보고 유럽을 중심으로 현재 연구되고 있는 유무선 융합 기술에 대하여 설명한다. 그리고, 2020년의 1,000배 트래픽을 수용하기 위한 5G 모바일 코어망의 요구사항에 대하여 살펴 본다.

인터넷의 발전과 더불어 날고 치열해 지는 경쟁 속에서 관광산업 웹사이트들의 생존 전략은 Reichheld(1993)의 연구결과처럼 고객 충성도의 유지를 통한 경쟁적 우위를 점하는 것이다. 인터넷을 이용함으로써 소비자는 교체비용의 감소, 탐색비용의 절감이 가능해짐(Bakos, 1997; Strader 등, 1997)에 따라 웹사이트에 대한 충성도 역시 현격히 낮아지게 된다. 왜냐하면 오프라인에서는 이동이 불편하고 힘들지만 인터넷상의 거래에서는 마우스 클릭만으로 간단하게 이뤄지기 때문이다. 국내 인터넷업체가 많은 고객을 끌어 모으는 반면 수익성 문제가 사라지지 않는 원인 중 하나는 이처럼 낮아진 고객 충성도에서 찾을 수 있다 (안준모 등, 2001). 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 지속적으로 거래할 가능성이 높은 고객확보는(Reichheld, 1993) 곧 기업의 성공과 연관되며, 이는 기업이 충성도를 중시해야 할 이유일 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 웹사이트의 환경특성에 따른 사용자의 만족, 신뢰, 몰입 등의 매개변수를 고려하여 최종적으로 사용자의 충성도를 분석하고자 한다. 쇼핑몰에서 충성도(loyalty)의 문제가 매우 중요한 것으로 파악되고 있다. 하지만, 기존 연구들에서는 관계몰입을 중심으로 한 연구는 별로 눈에 띄지 않고 있다. 따라서 관계몰입을 중심으로 한 종합적 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 연구모형의 제시와 검증은 매우 필요한 연구과제라 할 수가 있을 것이다.

POS(Point of Sales) 시스템이란 매출을 발생시키는 유통업체 금전출납계에 설치되어 매장에서 발생하는 판매시점의 모든 정보를 실시간으로 수집, 가공, 처리, 저장하여 각 부문별 정보를 분석, 평가, 종합 할 수 있는 상품의 판매 결과를 기록하는 시스템이다. 다양한 업종에서 POS SYSTEM(주문 관리 시스템)의 도입으로 보다 효율적인 업무를 처리하고 있지만 기존의 획일적인 POS 시스템들은 고가의 전용장비를 이용하고 물리적인 제약으로 인하여 비용, 규모, 구성면에서 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서 제안한 유비쿼터스 기반의 ZigBee 를 이용한 시스템은 휴대단말기의 무선제어 기술과 연계를 통해 여타 기술 대비 편리성, 재사용성 및 시스템 구축 비용의 절감을 통해 시스템의 효율성을 높일 것 이다. 또한 네트워크 단축 경로 검색 기술과 양방향 통합 리모콘 설계와 같은 유비쿼터스 기반의 ZigBee 기술을 통해 시스템의 부가가치를 높이는 등 산업에 보다 나은 발전을 가져오게 될 것으로 전망된다.

Cost-benefit analysis was conducted to propose the best alternatives for integrated watershed management. Benefits of all alternatives were estimated combining results of choice experiment method with alternative evaluation index (AEI). Choice experiment which is a kind of stated preference techniques was applied to six regions since the Anyangcheon watershed was divided into six according to spatial characteristics and conditions (potential hazard and location). Alternative of NB > 0 must be considerable since they are economically and technically feasible.

교통혼잡의 묘사를 보다 구체적으로 하기 위한 Mesoscopic시뮬레이션 모형으로서 INTEGRATION을 소개한다. 모형의 기본구조가 설명되고, 특히 응용사례로서 경부고속도로 축을 중심으로 한 주거지역의 급속한 팽창으로 야기된 고속도로상의 교통대안을 평가하려는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 교통대안은 혼잡을 완화시키는데 타당하고 기술적으로도 실현가능한 대안이 제시된다. 이러한 대안들은 거시 및 미시 모의실험모형을 통해 면밀히 분석 평가되며 또한 대안을 도출하고 평가하는 과정의 제시로서 교통량조사에 근거한 OD 도출, Subarea 네트워크 분석 및 통합된 네트워크 모의실험과 같은 새로운 기법들이 아울러 제시된다. 대안의 대부분은 네트워크 개선에 관련한 것이다. 반포 IC 진출입로 공사(Al), 위빙 제거를 기초로 한 서초 IC TSM(A2), 서초-양재 구간의 고속 저속 분리(A3), 헌릉 IC(A4)의 신설, 판교 JC 개선(A5), 백현 IC(A6)신설. 가장 자본 집약적인 대안은 A4, A6순이다. A1, A5, A6은 구간은 짧으나, 자본 집약적이며 어느 정도의 공사 기간이 소요된다. 가장 비용이 적게 소요되는 대안은 A2, A3이다. A2는 시행이 용이하나, A3의 경우 공사기간 중 교통분산 대책이 필요하다. A1, A6은 속도증가와 통행시간 절감의 측면에서 가장 비용대비 효율적인 것으로 분석되었다. 시뮬레이션의 한계 및 개선방안이 함께 검토되었다.

Since the early 2000s, the United States has applied TLCSM to reduce life cycle costs while maintaining the weapons system's combat readiness. With the application of TLCSM, the ILS concept centered on the acquisition stage shifted to IPS, a concept that manages life cycle costs throughout the entire life cycle. In addition, LSAR for developing ILS has switched to LPD for developing IPS. In this study, LSAR in Korea and LPD in the United States were compared and analyzed, and policies necessary for the introduction of LPD in Korea were proposed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the cases of social integration in immigrants in the Netherlands and to clarify the implications for Korea. The Netherlands is a country that implements social integration policies targeting foreign immigrants. We are preemptively implementing social integration policies for foreigners ahead of us. In this study, first of all, the literature on social integration for the immigrants in the Netherlands and the consultation on the experts were sought and the implications for the Dutch government 's social integration policy were sought. In addition, policy implications were derived based on the results of Dutch case analysis. First, the social integration program of the Dutch government mandated social integration programs for migrants, and the costs were also monetized, encouraging social integration. Also, when participation in the social integration program is passive, it imposes sanctions on migrants and emphasizes the responsibility of individual migrants. In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the control tower of the government's promotion system, and it has a platform for the unity of social integration programs in local governments. Based on the results of this analysis, the implications for the social integration policy of Korea were suggested.
