This study was a descriptive study performed to identify factors affecting medical satisfaction in multicultural members. The survey participants were 301 multicultural members in A city. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Independent t-tests, One-way ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 14.0 program. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the predictors of satisfaction among the medical staff were satisfaction with age and health insurance, which accounted for 28% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with the medical environment were age and jobs, which accounted for 17% of all variance. Predictors of satisfaction with medical expenses were multicultural form, educational level, and jobs, which accounted for 33% of all variance. These results suggest that we need to develop and implement strategies and programs that can enhance satisfaction with medical use among multicultural members.

This study aims to identify the relationship among self-esteem, major satisfaction, appearance satisfaction, and employment stress of college students and to suggest suggestions for this. The subjects of this study were students in B metropolitan city, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS WIN/22.0 program. The result of the study showed that the difference in employment stress according to general characteristics was significant in grade (f=4.25, P=0.01), religion (t=0.70), department and department (F=7.50, P=.0001), personality (F=6.406, P=0.001), university life satisfaction (f=8.09, P=0.001), and average score (f=5.37, P=0.005). The employment stress of the subjects was negatively correlated with self-esteem(r=-.439, p<.001), major satisfaction(r=-.377, p<.001), and appearance satisfaction(r=-.273, p<.001).Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to develop an integrated program to improve self-esteem, major satisfaction, and appearance satisfaction in order to reduce the employment stress of college students, and repetitive studies are required to explore various factors.

This study examined how the rejection sensitivity model might be applied to the link between rejection sensitivity and dating relationship satisfaction by means of investigating the mediating effect of cognitive emotion regulation strategy and conflict resolution strategy. A total of 668 college students in Seoul (232 males, 436 females, mean age of 21.59 years [SD=2.08]) participated in this study. The results illustrated that the adaptive emotion regulation strategy, among cognitive emotion regulation strategies, and the integration and compromise strategies, among conflict resolution strategies, had the double mediation effect on the association between rejection sensitivity and dating relationship satisfaction. In other words, a direct negative correlation between rejection sensitivity and dating relationship satisfation resulted in high rejection sensitivity, which was expected to generate low satisfaction in dating relationships. However, it was confirmed that the use of these two strategies-the cognitive emotion regulation and the conflict resolution strategy-could bring positive effects in terms of the dating relationship satisfaction; the former helped couples to see situations more broadly and increase positive perceptions, while the latter solve their problems each other. Based on these findings, we discuss their implications for counseling practice and therapeutic interventions

컴퓨터 발전되면서 컴퓨터는 소형화 되어져 왔다. 컴퓨터의 소형화란 사람들이 들고 다니면서 어디서든지 쉽게 사용할 수 휴대성이 만족되어져야 한다. 휴대성을 만족하기 위해서 입력장치의 간편화가 요구되는데 가장 널리 알려진 키보드는 너무 크기 때문에 휴대성 만족하기에는 많은 문제를 안고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 등장한 것이 전자펜이다. 전자펜은 크기도 작고 사용법도 사람들이 많이 사용하는 펜과 비슷하기 때문에 배우기 쉽다는 장점이 있다. 그러므로 전자펜을 사용하기 위해서는 전자펜을 사용했을 때 컴퓨터가 사람이 쓴 문자나 제스쳐를 인식할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 문자인식기술에 대해서 간략히 설명을 한 뒤, 입력한 글자를 편집할 수 있는 제스쳐 인식 기술에 대해서 설명할 것이다.

In this era all successful organizations, whether profit or nonprofit, accept marketing concept as management philosophy and try to maximize consumer satisfaction in order to achieve their own goals. Libraries are no exception. A consumer decision process model is borrowed to explain how library service users act through five stages. Armed with information about library users, library management can be more user-oriented and bring higher user satisfaction. Some measures for effective library management are suggested.

본 논문에서는 네트워크의 발전과 빅 데이터 등의 차세대 기술에 발맞추어 단방향적 정보전달이 아닌, 고객 중심의 고객만족 서비스를 제안하고자 하나의 앱을 제작한다. 뷰티 캐스터 앱은 사용자들의 기본정보, 환경정보, 외부정보를 통합 분석한 '개인별 뷰티지수' 산출 등의 개인 정보 서비스와 함께 개인별 뷰티지수를 활용한 'Auto-counselling' 제공하고, 사용자의 정보로부터 획득한 히스토리를 분석하여 맞춤형 Commerce를 구성한다. 이러한 뷰티 캐스터 앱은 실제 코스메틱 기업에서 활용 가능하여 어플리케이션 상용화 시, 정보를 제공하는 기업과 기능을 제공하는 뷰티 캐스터 모두 이익을 얻을 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 뷰티 캐스터는 빅 데이터를 기반으로한 사용자의 니즈 파악이 빠른 어플리케이션 이므로 사용자들의 구매에 따라 컨텐츠가 변화하기 때문에 고객들이 원하는 정보를 빠르게 습득하여 전달 할 수 있다. 또한, 뷰티 지수의 고도화를 통한 '대한민국 코스메틱 지표화'를 기대하여 그 지표를 통해 고객들의 코스메틱 구매 기준을 마련할 수 있다.

네트웍 컴퓨팅으로의 가속화에 견인차 역할을 하고 있는 인터넷/인트라넷 컴퓨팅 환경의 가장 큰 장점은 클라이언트/서버 컴퓨팅의 혜택을 그대로 살리면서 중앙 집중 처리 방식의 강점, 그리고 멀티미디어의 풍부한 표현력을 가미한 사용 편이성의 제공일 것이다. 그러나 이러한 장점들을 모두 만족시킬 수 있는 제품 및 솔루션은 그리 많지 않은 것이 현실이며, 무엇보다도 그 근간이 되는 데이터베이스 서버와의 긴밀한 통합은 오라클이 가장 포괄적이면서도 독보적으로 솔루션을 제공하고 있다고 자부한다.

현대는 실제와 같은 환경을 재현할 수 있도록 제작된 시뮬레이터를 사용하여 실제 훈련을 대체하고 있다. 그러나 많은 사용자들은 이미 개발된 이종의 시뮬레이터들을 하나로 묶어 연동할 필요성을 느끼게 되었고, 이에 따라 다양한 형태의 상호작용이 수반되는 시뮬레이션에 대한 요구를 만족하는 대규모 분산가상환경(large-scaled distributed virtual environment)을 개발하려는 움직임이 크게 늘게 되었다. 이러한 요구를 바탕으로 등장한 것들 중 하나가 HLA이다. High Level Architecture (HLA)는 미국방성에서 모델과 시뮬레이션에 공통의 구조와 인터페이스를 제공하기 위해 개발된 통합 구조이다. HLA는 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 각각의 시뮬레이터들이 정보를 교환 할 수 있게 해줌으로써 하나의 통합 시뮬레이션 시스템을 구축하게 해준다. HLA는 크게 Object Model Template (OMT)와 Run-Time Infrastructure (RTI)로 구성되어 있으며, 이를 통하여 공통된 구조와 상호 작용 환경을 제공한다. 각각의 시뮬레이터들은 RTI를 통하여 Federation에 참여하고 선별적으로 원하는 정보를 주고받으며 하나의 통합 시뮬레이션을 이루게 된다. 본 논문에서는 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 이기종의 3차원 영상 시뮬레이터들에 HLA 인터페이스를 삽입하고 3차원 영상 시뮬레이션에 적합하게 개발된 공통 구조인 FOM 제공하여 하나의 통합 가상훈련 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 현재 KA-32 헬기 시뮬레이터 영상 프로그램 제작에 적용되어있다.

본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 시시각각으로 변하는 고객의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해 상호 협력을 시도하는 다중 에이전트들이 의사결정을 수행할 경우 발생할 수 있는 충돌의 해결을 지원하는 지능적인 온톨로지 관리 모듈(intelligent-Ontology Management Module, i-OMM)과 다중에이전트 관리 모듈(Multi-agent Coordination Module, MACM)을 포함하는 u-DSS 포털을 제안한다. 개별 에이전트들은 온톨로지와 문제해결을 위한 프로시저 등을 이용해 자신의 문제를 해결하는 것을 기본으로 한다. 그러나 다른 에이전트들과 협력을 통해 문제를 해결해야 할 경우에는 먼저 개별 에이전트들이 보유한 각 온톨로지의 통합 및 데이터간의 충돌 해결이 요구된다. i-OMM은 개별 에이전트들이 보유하고 있는 이질적인 온톨로지를 통합하여, 문제해결을 위한 하나의 통합된 새로운 동적 온톨로지 뷰(integrated ontology view, IOV)의 생성을 지원한다. 온톨로지 통합과제에서 생성된 IOV는 사례로 저장되고 유사한 문제 해결에 재사용된다. MACM은 고객 에이전트들의 요구사항 변화에 따라 관련 개별 에이전트들 간의 데이터 충돌을 해결하여 에이전트들의 의사결정과정을 지원한다. 따라서 i-OMM과 MACM을 이용한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 분산된 에이전트들의 협력적 문제 해결을 지원하는 시스템을 유비쿼터스 의사결정지원 시스템 포탈(ubiquitous decision support system, u-DSS Portal)이라고 지칭한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 알고리즘의 활용 대상은 고객, 판매자, 제조업체, 및 배송업체의 배송차량들의 에이전트들로 구성된 u-fulfillment 시스템으로 한다.
