The increased demand on the transport of both passengers and goods through rail systems implies higher traffic intensity and congestion on the railways, resulting in greater likelihood of accidents and also degraded passenger services. To cope with the issues, development of an integrated communication network for rails has attracted great deal of attention lately. GSM-R is such an example developed in Europe, which seems to have restrictions in providing various communication services due to network speed limit. For the reason, an LTE-based approach is under study in Korea. After the network development, operation management of the network is necessary. Design of operation management systems has been studied little and thus is the objective of this paper. To do so, a conceptual design has been carried out based on model-based approach. Specifically, a context model has first been created using the use case diagram. Then, SysML models of operational scenarios were developed for the management system. The SysML models have alternatively been expressed as EFFBD models to simulate and verify them. Consequently, the result of the conceptual system design for the operation management of the integrated wireless network is expected to be used as a basis for the detailed design later.

최근 들어 수자원관리에 있어서도 다양한 이해당사자의 참여 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 수자원과 함께 생태, 환경, 사회, 경제적인 요소의 고려도 요구되고 있다. 이에 부응하기 위하여 수자원관리자들은 통합수자원관리의 실현을 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합수자원관리에 필요한 지식관리시스템(www.water21.net)을 구축하였다. 수자원 통합지식관리시스템에서는 지식을 구조화/체계화하기 위하여 관리계획의 준비, 모델의 구성, 계획의 수립, 계획의 평가 등 4단계로 구성된 프로세스 온톨로지(Ontology)를 개발하고 적용하였으며, 수자원관련 지식의 효율적인 유통체계를 구축하기 위하여, 물 관련 지식의 허브 역할을 수행할 수 있는 버퍼 개념을 도입하고, 지식제공자들과 '물관련 지식공유협약'의 체결을 추진하고 있다. 통합수자원관리에는 다양한 이해당사자의 참여와 생태, 환경, 사회, 경제적 요소에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 하지만 이를 실현하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 본 연구에서 개발된 수 자원통합 지식관리시스템은 사용자들에게 물관련 정보를 빠르고 체계적으로 제공함으로써 이에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄여줄 것이다. 또한 국가적으로는 물관련 분야의 지식기반을 구축하는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합해, 도시 생활의 편의증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적인 도시 관리에 의한 안전보장, 신산업 창출 등 도시 기능을 전반적으로 혁신할 수 있는 첨단 정보통신 도시를 의미한다. 최근 자치단체별로 활발하게 추진되고 있는 u-City사업의 성공적인 구현을 위해, 도시 관리의 효율적 운영, 편리하고 신속한 서비스 제공, 발생 가능한 정보의 통합, 각종 기관과의 연계 등을 일원화된 통합조직을 통해 수행할 수 있는 도시통합운영모델과 u-City 정보인프라의 핵심적인 역할(정보의 통합적인 수집 관리 제공)을 수행하는 도시통합운영센터 구현에 대한 관심과 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 이에 대한 구축방법, 운영방안 등에 대한 명확한 기준이 없어 실제로 도시통합운영센터를 구현하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 도시통합운영센터의 성공적인 구현을 통해 도시의 효율적인 통합운영을 달성하기 위해서는 도시통합운영센터 구축 운영 방안 수립과 함께 도시통합운영모델의 개발이 수반되어야 하며, 이에 앞서 무엇보다 도시운영에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 바탕으로 도시통합운영센터의 표준 업무 프로세스 정립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 도시통합운영센터의 표준 업무 프로세스를 구축하기 위한 선행연구로서, 도시통합운영센터 구현에 관련된 주요 이해관계자에 대한 분석을 수행하기 위해 도시통합운영센터 u-City 서비스를 선정하고, 운영방식 (센터 통합운영, 지자체 연계를 통한 센터통합운영, 개별운영)에 따라 분류하였다.

최근 네트워크로 연결된 인터넷 정보가전의 등장으로 해킹, 오동작 및 고장과 흥 오토메이션에서의 방범, 화재. 침입 등을 통합 관리하는 서비스 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 정보가전 환경에서의 통합위기관리 서비스 모델을 설계 제안한다. 즉, 정보가전 위기관리 서비스를 분류하고 XML로 위기관리 메시지를 정의한다. 위기상황이 발생된 메시지는 무선단말 PDA나 관련기관에 통보되어 처리된다.

국가물관리기본법에 의거하여 통합물관리 정책에 부합하는 농어촌용수 계획 및 관리를 위해 유역 및 용수구역 단위의 농업용수 공급 및 수요 분석이 요구되고 있다. 현재 농업용수는 개수로 방식 용수공급체계 및 수문 직접조작에 의한 용수배분체계로 공급량 대비 사용량의 비율이 48%에 불과하다. 또한, 농경지 상류와 하류의 공급량 차이가 크게 발생하며, 경지면적 감소가 공급 필요량 감소로 연결되지 않는다. 농업용수의 경우 기존 국가유역수자원 모델 (K-WEAP, MODISM)을 통한 물수지 분석시 순물소모량 개념의 회귀수량 산정으로 공급량과 회귀량의 왜곡이 발생하고 있으며, 이에 따른 공급량 왜곡, 유역내 복잡하고 다양한 농업용수 공급체계를 하나의 가상저수지로 단순화함으로서 유역내 들녘별 농업용수 과부족 분석 불가능, 하천과 저수지 공급 우선순위 현장과 불일치 등 농어촌용수구역의 특성 및 실제 현장을 반영하는데 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 물수지 분석 모델을 개선하기 위한 농업용수 유역 물수지 분석 모델의 방법론을 제시하고 시범지역 적용을 통한 검증 및 적용성을 평가하고자 한다. 경기 안서 농촌용수구역을 대상으로 농어촌공사 및 지자체 관리 저수지, 양수장, 취입보, 관정 등 총 106개 개별 시설물 자료를 구축하였으며, 39개 지구로 세분화하였다. 한국농어촌공사의 계측 공급량 기반 수요량 및 개별 시설물에 대한 물수지 분석 후 지구 단위, 소유역 단위, 표준유역 단위의 상하류 및 시설물을 연계한 유역 물수지 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크와 서버/클라이언트 기술의 도입으로 새로운 모습으로 발전하고 있는 디지털도서관의 분산환경을 통합하기 위한 방안으로 CORBA를 이용하는 모델을 제시한다. 본 모델은 인터넷의 웹 서버와 코바 정보저장소인 서버로 구성된 분산서버를 단일한 클라이언트에서 사용할 수 있도록 자바 애플릿을 클라이언트 환경으로 한다.

Lately computing environment is changing into integrating open system Some corporations and research institutions are still using old codes and not dealing with the rapid canging environment actively. Also several software developers have difficulties with the problems of productivity and translating old codes. This paper proposes Integration Object Management Model to deal with the rapid changing environment effectively and to improe productivity about new software development. The model is divided into three layers the first layer classifies and displays information to users, the second layer controls function, the integrationand management layer, and the last layer manages data, the object management stroage later. So it designs and implenments F77/J++ Generator system(FORTRAN77/Java code generator) for Integrated Object Management Model. The generator helps to translate old codes into new codes in redesigning the business and promoting productivity. In consists of nine-stage strategies using reengineering. This might support agterward protolyping in maximizing the reuse of software, which is advanlage to the integrationof the system and in pro,oting its productivity.

최근 많은 기업들이 조직 내의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 CMMI 레벨 획득을 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 기존의 CMMI 지원 솔루션들은 특정 프로세스 영역별로 분리되어 제한적으로 활용됨으로써 원활한 평가 지원에 한계가 있다. 따라서 소프트웨어 단계별 프로세스 전반에 걸쳐 툴, 자산 그리고 산출물들의 연계적 적용, 관리를 지원하는 통합 저장소 활용이 절대적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 CMMI 관련 툴, 방법론 그리고 다양한 문서 등을 효과적으로 관리 지원을 위한 통합 저장소인 PARMS(Process Assets Repository Management System) 개발 기술에 대해 서술한다. 즉, 통합 저장소 아키텍처와 메타데이터를 설계하고, 통합 모델을 제시한다. 이들 모델을 기반으로 하여 기 개발된 각 도구간의 효과적 네트워킹을 위한 미들웨어 아키텍처 구현은 CBD 개발 기법을 적용한다. 그리고 구현된 프로토타이핑 시스템 실행 예를 제시하고 저장소 평가 모델을 적용하여 평가한다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 기존의 지원 도구로부터 산출되는 이질적인 산출물들을 통합하여 보다 쉽고 간편한 제어 및 관리를 가능케 하며, 통합된 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 자산을 통해 CMMI의 인증 지원에 유용한 도구로 활용가능하다.

Works that improve the process and notify the improved process, the product and the change of tasks to all users are essential in achieving project. Existent project management tools support the definition and the change of project activities, and configuration management tools support version check, workspace management. build management. etc. It costs too much to buy each tool. as well as, it is burdensome to learn usage for various tools. Therefore the web-based integrated tool is proposed to manage the process and artifacts at a time in this paper. The proposed tool defines component based development process model. and achieves recording of process progression, processing the request of change, reporting the progression of each task, product registering and change, version recording, artifact or form search, etc. using ebXML. Furthermore, the stakeholders get the systematic management and standardization by sharing information that are necessary in process achievement and configuration management in distributed environment using the integrated management tool.

현대사회에서 맞벌이부부 가족이 증가하고 있고 맞벌이부부가족으로써 가족체계가 유지되고 발달됨에 따라 맞벌이부부 가족의 스트레스 관리 방식을 밝히기 위해서는 가족간의 정서적, 관계적 상호작용 과정을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 맞벌이부부 가족에 관한 이전의 연구들은 가족의 스트레스와 대처방안에 촛점을 두었고 정서적 상호작용과정에 대해서는 중요시 하지 않았다. 이 연구의 목적은 맞벌이부부 가족의 스트레스 관리에 대한 이해를 돕기위하여 가족의 발달적인 측면에 중점을 두어 두가지 이론―가족자원관리 이론과 Family FIRO모델의 통합을 제시하는데 있다. 가족자원관리 이론과 Family FIRO모델의 통합은 이론이 설명하지 못하는 측면에 대해 상호보완적이 시각을 제시해 준다.
