Preliminary design for satellite image situation board linkage and display system (위성영상 상황판연계·표출시스템 예비설계)

  • 본 연구에서는 위성영상 활용 지능형 재난관측·감시 기술 개발을 목적으로 위성영상과 멀티소스(CCTV, 항공영상, 공공DB 등)와의 연계·융합을 통해 재난상황관리의 정확도 향상과 위성영상 활용성 제고 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 위성영상 수집·배포시스템으로부터 전달되는 위성영상과 멀티소스의 연계 융합을 통한 재난상황정보의 표출을 목적으로 상황판연계 표출시스템 가동 절차와 위성영상 수집을 통한 위험탐지 알고리즘과의 연계를 위해 재난상황업무 기반 시스템 가동절차를 수립하고, 위기관리표준 매뉴얼 상 상황업무절차를 적용해 예비설계를 진행하였다. 상황실 실무자 설문을 통해 작성된 시스템 요구사항과 규격서를 기반으로 상황업무절차를 적용해 먼저업무시스템 설계를 진행하였다. 평시에는 GIS통합상황판에서 관리됨을 전제로 위성영상 수집에 대한국가적 예산 투입 측면을 고려해 중대본 설치가 필요한 대형재난 발생상황을 가정하여 상황판연계·표출시스템의 가동되도록 설계하였다. 또한, 위성영상 분석을 통한 피해위험도와 재난이력통계 등 멀티소스와 중첩한 결과를 실시간으로 표출함에 따라 상황실근무자는 재난확산 여부를 판단하고, NDMS를 통해 재난상황을 전파할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 상황판연계 표출시스템의 원활한 데이터 입/출력을 위해 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스 정의, 유스케이스 ID(요구기능)와 1:1 또는 1:n매칭을 수행하여 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스를 정의하였다. 정의된 클래스는 유스케이스인 요구기능과 매칭을 수행하였고, 시스템 가동절차 중 피해위험도분석, 재난이력통계, 중첩결과표출, NDMS 상황전파에 대한 상황업무절차를 기반으로 산불·홍수·산사태·대설·태풍 총 5종의재난별 시퀀스를 설계하였다. 마지막으로 화면정의서와 UI/UX설계서를 기반으로 Figma를 통해 시스템구동화면을 사전에 모의하였다. 향후, 진행되는 연구에서는 위성영상과 멀티소스를 연계한 화면을 실체화하여 더욱 정확한 재난상황관리가 가능하도록 NDMS 연계 상황판 표출 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

  • Malware files containing concealed malicious scripts have recently been identified within MS Office documents frequently. In response, this paper describes the design and implementation of a system that automatically detects malicious digital files using machine learning techniques. The system is proficient in identifying malicious scripts within MS Office files that exploit the OLE VBA macro functionality, detecting malicious scripts embedded within the CDH/LFH/ECDR internal field values through OOXML structure analysis, and recognizing abnormal CDH/LFH information introduced within the OOXML structure, which is not conventionally referenced. Furthermore, this paper presents a mechanism for utilizing the VirusTotal malicious script detection feature to autonomously determine instances of malicious tampering within MS Office files. This leads to the design and implementation of a machine learning-based integrated software. Experimental results confirm the software's capacity to autonomously assess MS Office file's integrity and provide enhanced detection performance for arbitrary MS Office files when employing the optimal machine learning model.

  • Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is a very common musculoskeletal disorder worldwide. The assessment of knee osteoarthritis, which requires a rapid and accurate initial diagnosis, is determined to be different depending on the currently dispersed classification system, and each classification system has different criteria. Also, because the medical staff directly sees and reads the X-ray pictures, it depends on the subjective opinion of the medical staff, and it takes time to establish an accurate diagnosis and a clear treatment plan. Therefore, in this study, we designed the stenosis length measurement algorithm and Osteophyte detection and length measurement algorithm, which are the criteria for determining the knee osteoarthritis grade, separately using CNN, which is a deep learning technique. In addition, we would like to create a grading system that integrates and complements the existing classification system and show results that match the judgments of actual medical staff. Based on publicly available OAI (Osteoarthritis Initiative) data, a total of 9,786 knee osteoarthritis data were used in this study, eventually achieving an Accuracy of 69.8% and an F1 score of 76.65%.

  • Current security efforts provided in such as firewall or IDS (intrusion detection system) of the network level suffer from many vulnerabilities in internal computing servers. Thus the necessity of secure OS is especially crucial in today's computing environment. This paper identifies secure OS requirements, analyzes tile research trends for secure Linux in terms of security kernel, and provides the descriptions of the multi-level security(MLS) Linux kernel which we have implemented. This security kernel-based Linux meets the minimum requirements for TCSEC Bl class as well providing anti-hacking, real-time audit trailing, restricting of root privileges, and enterprise suity management functions.

  • Recently, it has been sharply increased the interests to detect the network traffic anomalies to help protect the computer network from unknown attacks. In this paper, we propose a new anomaly detection scheme using the simple linear regression analysis for the exported LetFlow data, such as bits per second and flows per second, from a border router at a campus network. In order to verify the proposed scheme, we apply it to a real campus network and compare the results with the Holt-Winters seasonal algorithm. In particular, we integrate it into the RRDtooi for detecting the anomalies in real time.

  • 최근의 정보기술 발달로 지리 정보의 이용 영역이 점점 확대되고 있다. 특히 지리정보 시스템은 토지, 도시 및 지역, 시설물 관리, 교통, 환경, 자원, 기상 및 국방정보를 비롯하여 수송 및 배달, 공익사업 등 다양한 분야에 활용도가 풍부하다[1][4]. 본 논문은 가스 잔류량 원격 탐지용 송.수신 제어부와의 인터페이스 기능을 갖는 연결보드와 이 보드를 통해 들어오는 수용가(고객)의 사용검침정보를 GIS(Geography Information System)과 통합하여 통계자료 분석 및 보고서를 발행하고, 사용에 따른 실시간 저장소 위치정보를 실시간으로 모니터링 및 사용자 관리할 수 있는 원격 관제시스템을 개발했다. 현재 가스 공급자들이 겪고있는 어려움 중의 하나는 노동력에 의한 가스 잔류량을 수시로 검침하고 검침량에 따라 수금을 하고 있다. 본 시스템의 개발로서 원격에서 가스 잔류랑 검침 및 가스탱크 교환시기, 고객관리 및 고지서 발행과 GIS를 이용한 재충전 또는 교환할 가스탱크의 위치 및 시기를 쉽게 파악하고 긴급 상황에 따른 조치를 신속하게 취할 수 있다. 그리고 가스저장소 실 시간관제, 저장소의 현황분석을 통한 가스 공급자의 관리업무에 대한 효율성을 도모한다.

  • Air Defense Command Control and Alert(ADC2A) system is a system that ensures simultaneity and integrity of air defense operations by combining sensors, weapons and Command and Control(C2) systems over a tactical network to protect forces, facilities and strategic points from enemy's air attack. Improving message processing speed is a very important factor for ADC2A, because it uses high frequency bit-processing of the Army standard KVMF message to communicate with internal and external systems. In this paper we proposed improved method of KVMF message processing for ADC2A system.

  • The advancement of technology for image processing and communications makes it possible for current traffic signal controllers and vehicle detection technology to make both emergency vehicle preemption and transit priority strategies as a part of integrated system. Present]y traffic signal control in crosswalk is controlled by fixed signals. The signal control keeps regular signals traffic even with no traffic, when there is traffic, should wait until the signal is given. Waiting time causes the risk of traffic accidents and traffic congestion in accordance with signal violation. To help reduce the risk of accidents and congestion, this paper explains traffic signal control system for the adaptive priority order so that signal may be preferentially given in accordance with the situation of site through the object detect images.

  • This paper presents the new development result of the multi-band, the multi-mode SDR(Software Defined Radar) platform. The SDR hardware platform is implemented by using the reconfigurable multi-band RF transceiver and antenna modules of S, X, and K-bands, and a programmable signal processing module. The SDR software platform is implemented by using the multi-mode waveform generation of CW, Pulse, FMCW, and LFM Chirp as well as the adaptable algorithm library of signal processing and open API software modules. Through the integrated test of the SDR platform, the operational performance was verified in real-time. Also, through the field-application test, the ground target and air-vehicle drone target were successfully detected and their test results were presented.
