하수처리 프로세서 제어를 위한 감시제어 시스템

  • 하수처리 프로세스의 과제로는 우수침수, 수질보존, 자원의 유효이용이 그 주요내용이다. 이에 대응하기 위해 기상, 우량, 하천정보 시스템의 구성, 지식공학응용 우수펌프 운전제어, 하수의 고도처리기술 등의 방법이 행해지고 있다. 하수도는 생활환경의 개선, 침수의 방지, 공공 용수 지역의 수질보존의 측면뿐만 아니라 최근에는 하수도를 자원으로써 이용하는 관점으로부터 시서르이 공간이용, 처리수 및 슬러지의 다목적 활용도 중요한 과제로 되고 있다. 하수도 plant의 전기, 계장 기술을 구성하는 요소 기술은 전기(E), 계장(I), computer(C) 관계하는 기술을 종계로써 하고, 시스템설계로부터 시공까지의 engineering기술을 횡계로 한 통합 시스템 기술이다. 하수도 분야에 있어서의 감시제어 시스템은 종래의 계층화된 수직분산 방식에 덧붙여 계층마다 기능을 나누어 수평분산방식이 진행되고 있고, 최근에는 수직분산, 수평분산의 감시제어 시스템으로 이행하고 있다.

Development of a High Pressure Turbine Bypass System Pressure Control Model for Power Plant Simulator (발전소 시뮬레이터를 위한 고압 터빈 바이패스 압력 제어 모델 개발)

  • It is required that a developed control system should be verified using simulator in terms of functionality and reliability prior to application to a power plant that is a very critical facility in the industry. In this paper, the control model for turbine bypass system was developed for power plant simulator. In order to develop the control model for turbine bypass system, the tool that can be used to implement turbine bypass control logic was developed based on the turbine bypass control system manual. The developed tool was merged into the simulator development environment. The functionality of the developed tool was verified via the simulation based on the each function block specification. The HP turbine bypass pressure control logic was implemented using the developed tool and was integrated with process models and other control models such as boiler control model, turbine control model and boiler feed water pump turbine control model for 500 MW korean standard type fossil power plant. Finally, the validity of the developed control model was shown via simulation result under the integrated simulation environment.

Global Concurrency Control using Message Ordering of Group Communication Messaging System in Multidatabase (그룹통신 메시징 시스템의 메시지 순서를 이용한 멀티 데이터베이스에서 전역 동시성 제어 기법)

  • A multidatabase system (MDBS) is designed to provide universal access to distributed data across multiple autonomous, heterogeneous local database systems (LDBSs). In this paper, we propose a global concurrency control (GCC) algorithm in MDBS. The proposed GCC algorithm adopts the idea of message ordering in group communication messaging system. A necessary condition of GCC algorithm is that global transactions are serialized in the same order at all LDBSs that they execute. n all operations of a transaction are bundled in a single message and the message arrives at LDBSs in the same order using message ordering property, each LDBS can perform subtransactions in the same order. As a result, message ordering allows to determine easily the relative serialization order of global transactions, and then it can support a local autonomy without any information about the serialization order of transactions executing locally.

  • In this paper, we analyse DDS(Data Distribution Service) QoSs(Quality of Services) with experiments, which can control the network transmission quality provided by 'Object Management Group' DDS standard to satisfy the data transmission quality requirements of 'Real-time integrated railway safety monitoring and control system(RIRSMCS)'. 'RIRSMCS' is a system for collecting and analyzing data from various sensors at a railway field to predict and prevent the risk of potential railway accidents. Data transmission quality should be ensured for transmitting the collected data in real-time, accurately and stably for this system. Experimental results show that it is possible to ensure real-time, accurate and stable data transmission for monitoring and control of railway safety using DDS QoS.

  • In this paper it Is to suggest that beyond the Previous communication concept of exchange, transmission mounting. and terminal , the call control system function should be added to the call control exchange server, to make an external telephone call available through the internet by connecting the interior line and the Internet. The function evaluation of call control system is found to become stable when the callers are 10 rather than 20 above, as a result of the more than ten times repeated concurrent calls. Furthermore, the evaluation shows that the program responds Quickly within a second, even when there are more than 100 callers as well as secures a stable system operation and mutual inter-feasibility due to a fast connectivity and a superb function.

A Study on Integrated Control and Safety Management Systems for LNG Membrane Storage Tank (멤브레인식 LNG 저장탱크용 통합제어안전관리시스템에 대한 연구)

  • In this study, the integrated control and safety management system for a super-large LNG membrane storage tank has been presented based on the investigation and analysis of measuring equipments and safety analysis system for a conventional LNG membrane storage tank. The integrated control and safety management system, which may increase a safety and efficiency of a super-large LNG membrane storage tank, added additional pressure gauges and new displacement/force sensors at the steel anchor between an inner tank and a prestressed concrete structure. The displacement and force sensors may provide clues of a membrane panel failure and a LNG leakage from the inner tank. The conventional leak sensor may not provide proper information on the membrane panel fracture even though LNG is leaked until the leak detector, which is placed at the insulation area behind an inner tank, send a warning signal. Thus, the new integrated control and safety management system is to collect and analyze the temperature, pressure, displacement, force and LNG density, which are related to the tank system safety and leakage control from the inner tank. The digital data are also measured from measurement systems such as displacement and force of a membrane panel safety, LNG level and density, cool-down process, leakage, and pressure controls.

  • This paper presents the modeling method of $3\Phi$ phase-controlled rectifier for the DC motor drive in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. This method has no need to extend the system mathematically and thus it's easy to integrate the various systems. The whole model consists of $3\Phi$ phase-controlled rectifier block, DC motor block and speed/current controller block. The simulation results show that the model outputs are almost similar to those of the real system and therefore that the presented method is suitable for the research of the closed-loop controlled power electronic systems.

첨단 자동차 연구개발의 기술 동향

  • 최근 자동차 연구개발에 있어 내연기관을 대체하는 친환경 자동차기술과 더불어 무인자동차, 자율주행기술이 많은 부분에서 시도되고 실현되어가고 있다. 지능형 자동차라는 개념에서 적용되었던 운전자안전보조시스템, 편의지원과 사고경감 시스템 등이 하나로 통합되어 무인자동차 기술로 발전하고 있다. 또 차량에 고가의 센서를 장착하여 주변환경이나 운전자를 모니터링하는 방식에서 IT 융합기술을 이용한 네트워크기술 (V2I, V2V, V2N & V2X)을 접목시키는 방안을 통하여 개개의 차량은 물론 교통체계의 전체적인 변화를 추구하고 있다. 이러한 첨단차량기술은 새로운 교통문화(차량공유시스템, 군집주행)의 개발과 또다른 교통체계의 연구로 확장되어가고 있다.

  • 전자산업의 필수적인 핵심 부품은 트랜지스터이다. 현재 일본과 우리나라를 포함하여 상용화 되어 있는 모든 트랜지스터 검사시스템은 검사 대상 소자 별로 별도의 검사기를 가지고 있다. 개발된 시스템은 하나의 검사시스템으로 3대의 트랜지스터 검사기를 동시에 제어할 수 있어 가격 경쟁력을 가지며, 여러 종류의 트랜지스터를 동시에 시험할 수 있는 융통성도 제공한다. 기존의 시스템에서 불필요하게 중복되는 부분을 통합하여 효율성을 더 높였으며, 3대의 검사기를 동시에 제어하기 위하여 우선순위를 지원하는 토큰 교환 방식을 사용하였다.

Pattern-based Design and Safety Analysis for Networked Supervisory Medical Systems (네트워크 통합형 의료기기를 위한 안전한 상호작용 패턴과 구조적 안전성 검사)

  • There are growing demands for improving the patient safety and the effectiveness of medical services through device connectivity and interoperability. However, integration through networking might greatly increase the complexity of the system if it is not properly designed, jeopardizing patient safety. In this paper, we codify safe medical device interaction patterns, and exploit them for the low complexity design and safety analysis of networked supervisory medical systems. We implement the proposed approach as a plug-in of Architecture Analysis and Description Language (AADL). Our implementation enables the modeling and safety analysis of medical devices and their interactions before actual development.
