  • It is important to control environment information such as temperature in distribution & logistics systems. To manage temperature and environment information in realtime, SCCM(Smart Cold Chain Management) system must manage and integrate tags and various types sensor information. But, it needs standard code system to manage and integrate various types tags and sonsors. In this paper, we propose standard code system to apply the SCCM system.

  • In maned airport, crews may have risks as they manage passenger control system in IPMS in damage situations such as fire in a airport. So the application of unmanned autonomous system can reduce the number of boarding crews and attribute to safe airplane tranportation. PBBC model can be used to obtain control strategy, and airplane and enhance oprators' skill by simulating the airport. The paper suggests an intelligent system of the pbbc control using microprocessor in integrated platform management system which can take measures against passenger situation of a airplane excluding unnecessary warnings with undamaged situations. The system here detected the passenger more accurately and adopted more appriate measures according to airplane status compared with conventional systems.

  • The goal of this paper is to develop a production management system based on XML that exclusively applies to a production line of machine-parts. This paper aims to develop the related management modules and integrate them into the production management system based on XML technology. In terms of the implementation of the client/server database module, it develops the GUI application program that supports the communication between the subsystem that controls machine-parts and the server-side database. By developing the RPC emulator, the system remotely executes server module in the client GUI module. By developing the integration control module that integrates the independently executed modules, it controls the production management system that works as a single organic management system and by developing the POP system, it builds the information system of machine-parts performance records. This information system collects performance data through the serial port of the sensor attached to the machine-parts manufacturing machine, analyzes these data and display them in the GUI fashion, and immediately reflects them in production planning. And also it develops production management system based on XML by using XML technology.

  • Turbo compressors need high speed rotating impeller in structure, high rate gearbox and conventional induction motor. This mechanical system increased moment of inertia and mechanical friction loss. Recently turbo compressor has adopted a super high-speed motor and driver and have made its size smaller and mechanical friction loss at minimum. In this paper, variable super high - speed motor controller, compressor controller and MMI controller are implemented with only one DSP (TMS320VC33) chip for a 150HP, 70,000rpm direct drive turbo compressor. It was required hardware and software integration. The result of integration, Controller hardware became simple and all control software are developed same developing tool. The implements turbo compressor meets the requirements.

Resently the study of turbo compressor applied super high speed motor and drive, removing gearbox made its size small and mechanical friction loss minimum. In this study we tried to develope variable super high speed motor controller, compressor controller and MMI controller under one DSP based systems for 1500Hp, 70,000rpm direct drive Turbo compressor. It have to do unitification of each controller"s hardware and software. The result of study is applied to a 150Hp direct turbo compressor and makes it goods.oods.

  • Telematics is a wireless data communication system that provides various information services for driver's the safety or entertainment, and it makes drivers possible to use those services in the moving space, as if he/she is at home or at office. As telecommunication technology develops and Telematics market grows larger, standard platform for the intelligent telematics is required. This paper describes the structure and module control design of the intelligent telematics that recognizes driver's needs and pushes customized services to the driver at real-time.

  • 이 글에서는 공정시스템공학의 주요 연구분야를 설명의 편리를 위해서 분류하였으나 실제로 그 경제가 확실치 않는 경우도 많다. 예를 들어 설계가 끝난 후 최적 운전을 연구하다 보면 설계를 다시 수정하는 것이 좋은 경우가 생긴다. 이 때에는 설계와 운전을 동시에 고려하여야 한다. 한편 설계, 제어, 운전이 유기적으로 통합되어 종합적인 관리 시스템으로 발전하게 될 것으로 전망되며, 이러한 공정시스템공학의 핵심기술은 환경, 에너지, 전자재료, 생물화공 등 많은 새로운 산업으로의 확대 적용도 기대되고 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 PHEV와 EV의 보급 확대에 따른 충전을 통합적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고 통합 충전 관리 시스템(Main-system)과 포스트(Sub-system) 운용 프로세스에 관해 설명하고자 한다. 충전 시스템 구성 비용 절감 및 사용 효율을 높일 수 있는 통합형 충전 시스템 구성을 위해 각 시스템간 통신 방식, 송수신 정보, 충전 및 제어 그리고 차량과의 인터페이스 기술 등 다양한 기능 정의와 통합 충전 모니터링 시스템의 장치 운용 알고리즘에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

Control of Flutter using ASTROS* with Smart Structures (지능구조물과 ASTROS*를 이용한 플러터 제어)

  • Recent development of a smart structures module and its successful integration with a multidisciplinary design optimization software $ASTROS^*$ and an Aeroservoelasticity module is presented. A modeled F-16 wing using piezoelectric actuators is used as an example to demonstrate the integrated software capability to design a flutter suppression system. For an active control design, neural network based controller is used for this study. A smart structures module is developed by modifying the existing thermal loads module in $ASTROS^*$ in order to include the effects of the induced strain due to piezoelectric actuation. The control surface/piezoelectric equivalence model principle is developed, which ensures the interchangeability between the control surface force input and the piezoelectric force input to the Aeroservoelasticity modules in $ASTROS^*$. The results show that the developed controller can increase the flutter speed.
