Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the active utilization of new health care service utilizing the ICT technology and data science such as telemedicine, smart hospital, AI dignosis has been increasingly found. In this study we examined the business model of Amazon healthcare which leads disruptive innovation in U.S. health care industry with the introduction of hybrid model of telemedicin, in-person care and customer-centric online drug delivery, home-use diagnostic kit, characterized by the integrated model combining medical care, drug delivery and the use of diagnostic kit. We showed using the multiproduct competition model that the synergy effect between the Amazon's original business areas and the healthcare business area causes the active market penetration and the increase in the customer value from utilization of the Amazon care. Using Hotelling's spatial competition model, we also showed that the competition in the health care market can be greater when consumer's choice of health care providers are available in telemedicine platform. In the long, run the issue of competition being weakened due to the exit of less competent healthcare providers may arise, to which the policymakers in the charge of fair competition in health care industry should pay attention.

This study was conducted to identify the effects of a comprehensive health care program for elderly living alone on blood pressure, fasting glucose, body composition, and depression at a senior welfare center in M city. The study employed a one-group, pre-posttest design. The comprehensive health care program lasted for three months, from March to June in 2015, and consisted of open health education, exercise class, health consulting and personal education, nutritional consultation, and a self-support group. The sample elements of this study were individuals over 65-years-old with hypertension or diabetes mellitus, living near a welfare center in M city. A total of 34 participants were initially selected, but five subjects who were attended less than five times were excluded; therefore, a total of 29 individuals were included. The t-test and Pearson's correlation were used to analyze the data. The characteristics of subjects were 19 male(65.52%) and 10 female(34.48%). The most common age was 70 (16 subjects;55.17%). Additionally, 14 subjects were suffering from hypertension and diabetes mellitus (48.27%), which were occupied in the largest number in this study. The average attendance number of health programs was 10.28 times(${\pm}4.17$). In this study of subjects were significantly lower systolic blood pressure(t=3.275, p=0.004), body weight(t=3.878, p=0.001), depression(t=3.308, p=0.004) compared to pre-test. As the elderly population has increased, the number of individuals living alone has also increased. Accordingly, then need for physical and psycho-social health programs targeting the elderly is greater.

By examining the experience of residential child care staffs, this study explored the multifaceted aspects of inclusive care and discussed the direction of successful inclusive education implementation in residential child care facilities. Interviews were conducted with 10 care staffs experienced inclusive education at residential child care facilities, and qualitative case study method was used to analyze transcribing data. Care staffs were reluctant to carry out inclusive education. They felt guilty due to not enough care either for disabled or non-disabled children in the process of adapting to inclusive education. They were calling for immediate communication channels to get the necessary support on time. They also recognized needs for professional education for care staffs regarding care of disabled children, and to dispatch special education teachers. It was found that all participants in the study disagreed on three-shift policy. Lastly, the support measures according to the multifaceted aspects of inclusive care in residential child care facilities were discussed.

As the number of elderly people rapidly increases, needs of patient safety monitoring system also increases in indoor and outdoor medical facilities. With developing technologies related to sensors and information and communication technology, various dementia patient monitoring systems have been proposed. However, previous studies that depend on wearable devices provides limited functionalities. In this paper, we designed an integrated system that includes smart devices to monitor patient's status, user friendly UI/UX, and interaction with hospital information system. Medical teams and carers can receive satus of each patient in real-time and trace the location of dementia patients outdoor as well as indoor by using the proposed system.

There are not that many m-health related services limited to the elderly. Many of the elderly who are at risk of dementia are unfamiliar to smart devices, so it is required to design an user-customized App. Therefore, I design and embody a mobile voice alert integrated app, which enables voice input to increase the accessibility of the elderly, so as to prevent diseases caused by declined cognitive function such as dementia. I conducted interviews and questionnaire after having the students use the app in Lifelong Education Center in H region of Gyeongbuk, and the analysis result has showed the high satisfaction. It is expected that it will be able to play a key role for M-Health service for the elderly since it is possible to prevent dementia through the voice health care alert app. I would like to learn deep learning in the future to predict the life patterns and the possibility of dementia of the elderly.

IoT 연구과제와 관련하여 향후 비즈니스에서 가장 중요한 근거가 되는 IoT 플랫폼을 스마트홈, 자동차 등에서 기업과 제품개발 동향을 살펴 보았다. IoT 플랫폼은 크게 가정을 중심으로 하는 스마트 홈, 이동 공간을 넘어 새로운 생활 공간으로 확장이 가능한 자동차 공간, 제품의 제조, 배송 등이 모두 이루어지는 스마트 팩토리 등으로 나누어질 수 있다. 이중 스마트 홈과 관련해서는 가정 내의 가전기기의 융합과 통합의 중심이 되는 역할을 어떤 기기, 어떤 방식의 인터페이스가 주도권을 잡아 갈지는 관련 기업들에게는 사활을 건 승부처가 된다. 그런 면에서 금번 전시회에서 아마존의 알렉사는 매우 중요한 음성인식 기반의 인터페이스로 부각되었다. 특히 향후 가정의 중심 기기가 무엇이든지 그 기기를 통합하는 인터페이스로 다양한 제휴 제품을 아마존이 아닌 다른 업체들로 하여금 소개할 수 있게 함으로써 향후 매우 중요한 위치를 잡았다고 볼 수 있다. 자율주행차는 아직까지 플랫폼으로 연결할 만큼 주도적인 사물인터넷 인터페이스는 선보이지 않았지만, 역시 알렉사 등이 포드, 현대, 도요다 등을 통해 채택된 것을 볼 수 있었고, 그 밖에 헬쓰케어와 연계한 차별화를 통해 꽤하는 것들도 볼 수 있었다. 다만 자율주행차가 새로운 생활 공간으로 자리잡기까지는 자율주행차의 상용화가 이루어질2020년 이후까지는 기다려야 할 것으로 보인다.

Objective : This study conducted a preliminary study to develop a occupational therapy model focused on improving living functions within the community care system. Methods : From June to July, 2018, the literature on community care was researched, focusing on cases of Japan's Management Tool for Daily Life Performance (MTDLP), Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany and domestic S Elderly Care Centers and I Health Centers. Based on this information, a group of experts developed a occupational therapy model within the community care system. Results : Assessment tools such as occupation-based health promotional table, interest checklist, occupational goals for improving living functions, sheet for evaluation of living functions, survey of daily life time (weekday and weekend), and sheet for transition of living functions were developed to conduct evaluation for occupational therapy. The improving living functions program, analysis of activities based on ICF model, lifestyle redesign program, cognitive exercise therapy, the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT), hospice, and home modification were also organized interventions already in place by occupational therapists. Conclusion : This study showed specific measures and models for the implementation of occupational therapy within community care systems. Occupational therapy is positioned as a specialized area that is essential to the client, and we look forward to the use of this model.

Modern society can be described as ubiquitous computing over the concept of information. Information technology(IT) has been developing in a way that relative technologies are integrated to each other. Especially in ubiquitous environment, medical information industry shows significant interest in the U-healthcare service area. This paper will first look into U-healthcare service environment and component of Integrated Medical Information Systems(IMIS). Secondly, it examines the basic technological factors for integrated medical information systems, which is datawarehouse, network, communication standards and technology related U-healthcare service. Finally it proposes how to implement and operate new integrated medical information system for ubiquitous health care service. The system will do point of care(POC) for customers by real time and diagnose them using their various and personal medical data. The information will be communicated back to the customers, which will improve their satisfaction.

최근 의료데이터의 표준화를 기반으로 다양한 임상연구가 국내외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 개발기술이 임상현장에 적용되지 못하는 이유는 상이한 인프라로 인한 일관성있는 결가를 도출하지 못하는 문제점과 부족한 진단지표와 기준 그리고 충분하지 못한 기술적·임상적 검증이 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위한 새로운 통합 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 임상데이터는 OHDSI의 OMOP-CDM으로 표준화되어야 하며, 이외에 의료영상 정보를 포함한다. 제안한 플랫폼은 표준화된 데이터를 통해 지속적인 자가 학습을 수행하며, 질환별 진단에 필요한 개발 도구와 분석 소프트웨어 도구를 통해 다양한 타겟 질환연구를 지원한다. 제안한 플랫폼은 질환에 대한 비침습적 진단을 위해 의료영상을 기반으로 데이터표준화을 기반으로하며, 이를통해 인공지능 기술을 개발하고 병원 정보시스템과 연계하여 임상현장에 실증을 통해 검증하고자 한다.

The purpose of the study is to realize and develop the healing process that applies the Forest Healing Program to complementary and alternative therapies within the integrated medical health care place call ' Healing Forest'. Various healing programs need to develope and distribute to educate tentatively name ' Forest Healing Instructor' whom will be the key roll player on the program. Hereupon, collected the feedback of the program from 20 of professors, health care professionals and complementary alternative related professionals who are deeply related on the dendrology using Delphi examine. The study suggests the professional, who knows on dendrology, base medicine knowledge and healing power, Forest Healing Instructor Course includes education and assessment method base on education subject, course complete scope, instructor curriculum, education goal and education operation process.
