The aim of the research is that disease database of the glycosuria and heart's blood is designed to manage the condition of the glycosuria and heart's blood patients periodically and continuously. Also we integrate patient database of existing OCS, PACS, EMR, ERP etc. and support optimal service timely that the patients want through intelligent integrated interface environment. For this, we will develop customized medical information convergence system. We construct intelligent database for disease of the glycosuria and heart's blood. And we support data integration environment for connection with existing systems - OCS, EMR, PACS etc. Also, in consideration of QoS, reliability, and expandability of customized medical information convergence system, we will design H/W, S/W, and data compatibility method.

Consumer health information is receiving more attention than ever before. This growing attention can be linked to the Internet and to people seeking more information on health topics. The purpose of this study is to suggest a design of the Knowledge management system for medical information services in a public library. As theoretical backgrounds, it discusses the issues regarding to the medical information services in a public library, knowledge management and knowledge management system. After that, 12 medical information sites are analyzed then the planning and the main menu of a medical information site for a public library are described. Finally, the model of the knowledge management system for a public library with 5 sub-systems are suggested: 1) knowledge creation system, 2) technology support system, 3) training system, 4) community service system, 5) knowledge sharing and network system. This system based on knowledge management will help provide the users high quality of medical information.

본 논문에서는 기존의 유선을 이용한 의료정보시스템을 현재 최고의 관심사로 떠오르고 있는 스마트폰을 이용한 서비스로 대체하기 위한 프로토타입을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 무선 네트워크기반의 전송시스템과 기존의 HIS(Hospital Information System)와 연계하여 병원의 의학영상, 관련 임상정보, ADT(입 퇴원, 전과)를 시스템화하여 효율적으로 통합 관리할 수 있다.

A number of very promising applications such as health monitoring and U-Health of ubiquitous techniques has attracted interest in recent years. Because it can observes the condition of patient from long distance using the equipment which combines with radio communication and medical monitoring system. If it is at emergency situation, it can disposes the condition of the patient. In this paper, we propose the new data format and the transmission communication system of combination medical information with the bluetooth. And we produce the on-board system which transmits the medical information. This system integrated the blood pressure and glucose monitor of personal medical equipment, and the medical information which obtained from on-board system acquires through the gateway with the bluetooth. Medical information is transmitted to the tele-monitor server by the wireline network. We evaluated the proposed system under the laboratory environment and confirmed the excellent performance of transmission of the medical information.

Recently, as the technology has been blended with IT, BT or NT and technology in each field has been developed progressively with the people's needs for a healthy and abundance life. In the medical service field as well, related technologies such as medical equipment, medical information system, or medical business application have come to be diversified and advanced. However, most of these medical technologies are being developed independently without an interaction with other medical institutions or related companies, which causes many problems in the integration or interchangeability of them. This paper is intended to solve the problems generated during a direct information sharing between the functional interfaces of the present healthcare information sharing system. This paper develops a repository between the interfaces, which can save all the healthcare information from the institutions, and convert and publish it in various forms of document. In other words, recently HL7 protocol has been used for sharing the healthcare information in order to save the information in XML format, and develops the H-DISS(Healthcare-Documents Integrated Sharing System), a repository to manage and publish the saved document.

This paper is proposed that implemental model of customer relationship management system for oriental hospital is designed by customer segmentation using personal information and medical record of outpatients in existing integrated medical information system database. Proposed model can be practical model at once, because it can construct by partial modification of existing medical information system without additional information technology and infrastructure. And, if we use the proper variable and method of customer segmentation according to marketing strategy, it can be flexible customer relationship management system not only improvement of customer satisfaction but also various marketing supports.

정보 통신의 발전으로 교육, 문화, 의료, 경제 등 사회 시스템과 가정이 결합하여 주택의 개념이 바뀌고 있다. 따라서 생활의 편의를 위한 가정 내 가전기기 및 각종 기기의 원격 제어 욕구가 증가하여 주택시설의 첨단화가 요구되고 있다. 또한 복잡하고 많은 기기를 쉽고 통합적으로 관리하는 통합관리 시스템이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자가 직접 음성 명령어를 편집할 수 있는 음성인터 페이스를 제안하고 이를 홈오토메이션 시스템에 적용하여 더 높은 사용자편리성을 제공하였다.

In recent years, the developments of medical technology and emergency medical services have been changed to home from the hospital. In this regard, the researches for the prevention or early diagnosis have become actively. In particular, bio-signal monitoring is applied to a variety of u-healthcare application services. The proposed system in this paper is to provide a security technology to protect the medical information measured from the various sensors. Especially, bio-signal information is privacy-sensitive personal information that must be protected. We applied a two-dimensional code technology, QR code, for the protection and management. In the client side, it can analyze the QR code and confirm the results on devices. Finally, with this proposed platform, we show the results of application service to verify the creation and distribution of integrated image file between the bio-signal and medical image information.
