자율운항선박기술의 상용화를 위하여 개발되는 요소 및 통합기술의 성능시험과 실증은 필수적이며, 이를 위한 테스트베드 개발이 병행되어야 한다. 현재 국내에서는 자율운항선박 기술개발사업을 통해서 개발되는 기술의 성능검증을 위하여 울산시 고늘지구 인근에 성능실증센터가 구축되고 있으며, 성능실증센터는 시뮬레이션 기반 테스트베드를 비롯한 육상테스트베드와 시험해역과 시험선을 포함한 해상테스트베드로 구성된다. 해상테스트베드 시험선은 설계 단계에서부터 자율운항기술의 해상 실증 및 성능시험을 고려하여 건조되었으며, 본 논문을 통해 해상테스트베드 시험선의 기능과 구성요소에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the efficiency of integrated management strategy between Busan and Gwangyang ports through considering the integrated management strategy of ports in China and Japan. The reason we selected Busan and Gwangyang ports is that these two ports are a major port which is possible to be an Asia hub port by the policy of Korean government, but these two ports are concerned that they are able to lose their competitiveness by excessive competition. Therefore, we attempted to analyze the integrated management strategy of China and Japan and then we examined the effectiveness of integrated management between Busan and Gwangyang ports. For empirical study, we assumed that the co-management of these two ports will enhance the port performances. And a comparative study has been conducted with 25 Asian ports by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. We also tried to compare the efficiency between before integrated management and after integrated management of these two ports. The result of analysis indicates that the port performance of these two ports has been increased slightly in integrated management system, but the efficiency of these two ports is still lower than other competitors such as Chinese and Japanese ports. It means that there exists inefficiency in management of these two Korean ports because Korean ports are already reached into the economies of scale. Therefore, the strategies for improving of port performances are required to survive against competition.

This study introduces the wind turbine (W/T) noise evaluation procedure required in the international standard (IEC 61400-11) and monitoring system for the evaluation. Noise emission characteristics of a 750kW W/T generator is investigated. Test and evaluation are performed on J48 W/T model which is under operation in Daekwanryung Wind Test Site. With the noise signal, meteorological data and W/T operational data are monitored in real time by the integrated monitoring system using LabVIEW. From the measured noise data, acoustic power level and tonality of the W/T are estimated under the wind speeds required by the international standard.

Block-chain enjoys technical advantages such as "robust security," owing to the structural characteristic that forgery is impossible, decentralization through sharing the ledger between participants, and the hyper-connectivity connecting Internet of Things, robots, and Artificial Intelligence. As a result, public organizations have highly positive attitudes toward the adoption of technology using block-chain, and the design of university information services is no exception. Universities are also considering the application of block-chain technology to foundations that implement various information services within a university. Through case studies of block-chain applications across various industries, this study designs an empirical model of an integrated information service platform that integrates information systems in a university. A basic road map of university information services is constructed based on block-chain technology, from planning to the actual service design stage. Furthermore, an actual empirical model of an integrated information service in a university is designed based on block-chain by applying this framework.

국내외 마케팅에 있어서 경쟁의 심화로 말미암아 새로운 고객의 획득에 따른 비용-효과보다 기존고객과의 관계유지를 위하여 고객의 평생가치를 높이도록 노력하는 것이 오히려 효과적인 경우가 많아졌다. 이러한 관계마케팅의 개념은 최근 마케팅을 포함한 기업경영 전반에 적용되는 고객관계관리(CRM)로 확장되고 있다. 또한 인터넷 기반의 e CRM이 고객행동의 분석도구를 거의 정확하고도 실시간으로 파악할 수 있게 함으로써 통합적 CRM의 아키텍쳐와 솔루션이 개발, 적용되고 있다. 통합 CRM에서의 고객은 B2B이든 B2C이든 간에 개별(개인) 고객을 가리키며, 개별 고객의 니즈와 요구를 적절하게 충족시킬 수 있도록 개인화 시스템을 구축하여 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 통합 CRM의 기본 틀과 시스템을 비롯하여 개인화 설계를 어떻게 할 것인가에 관한 사례 및 실증분석에 앞서 그 배경 지식을 정리하고자 이론적 탐구를 하였다.

본 논문에서는 이론적, 실무적 선행연구들에 대한 검토를 토대로 통합적인 정보격차 요인모형을 제시하고 정보격차 요인모형에서 도출된 변수들과 기존정책들을 중심으로 표적집단심층면접법(Focus Group Interview, FGI)를 이용하여 정보취약계층인 장애인, 노인층, 저소득층을 대상으로 정보활용기회를 확대하기 위한 방안들을 실증적으로 도출하였으며 또한 기존 정책에 대한 만족도 및 효과성을 측정하였다. FGI 조사결과 취약계층별로 차별화된 정책적 요구사항이 도출되었으며, 통합적으로 정보접근, 정보이용, 정보활용을 지원할 수 있는 통합적 지원체계가 가장 절실한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 취약계층별 개별 대상자의 개별적인 정보화수준 및 요구사항을 반영하기 위하여 개별 인적자원에 대한 통합관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 정보접근정책 및 정보이용지원정책, 정보활용지원정책별로 포괄적인 만족도 조사를 실시한 결과 공히 만족도 수준이 보통이하인 것으로 나타나 개별 정책에 대한 지원전략의 수정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 키워드 기반 통합 검색의 한계를 극복하고자, 시맨틱 웹 기술의 기반인 URI가 부여된 인스턴스를 등록하고 관리하는 URI 서버를 이용하여 개체 페이지를 구성하는 방식의 통합 검색 방안을 제안한다. 키워드로 구성된 사용자 질의어와 매칭된 URI 서버 내의 인스턴스를 분석하여 최적 개체를 선정하고 단위 서비스의 동시 작업 방식으로 개체 페이지를 구성한다. 또한, 논문으로부터 자동 추출된 주제 정보를 추론을 통해 인력, 기관, 위치 등으로 전파함으로써 주제 중심의 심층적 정보 제공이 가능하다. 해외에서 실 서비스되고 있는 Citeseer, Google Scholar와의 통합 검색 결과 비교 실험을 통해 본 연구의 효용성을 실증한다.

10여 년간 추진된 U-City의 한계점인 U-City 체감도 부족과 정부3.0에 따른 정보공개, 대용량 도시정보 활용 요구 등의 환경변화를 수용하고자 U-City 통합플랫폼의 고도화를 추진 중에 있다. 통합플랫폼 고도화는 기존 기능의 업그레이드를 통해 U-City 정보의 공유 및 유통, 대용량 도시정보를 수집 가공 분석 활용이 가능하도록 기반을 마련하는 것이다. 고도화된 통합플랫폼은 공공 민간이 체감할 수 있는 U-City 서비스 개발과 연계, 시범운영및 실증을 통해 전국 지자체에 보급 및 확산할 계획이다.

오늘날 기업은 IT 서비스 제공자에게 급변하는 비즈니스에 신속하게 대응하고 안정적 IT 서비스 지원을 통한 비즈니스 서비스의 연속성 증대와 IT 조직의 효율적 운영을 통한 운영 비용 절감을 요구하고 있다. 이에 국내외 ITO(IT Outsourcing) 기업들은 고객에게 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership : 총소유비용) 경감 외에 Time-to-Market 단축과 고품질의 IT 서비스를 제공하기 위한 전략적 지원체계가 필요하게 되었고 SLA를 기반으로 한 SLM 프로세스의 체제 정비에 심혈을 기울이기 시작했다. 그러나 이제까지의 SLM 프로세스는 단순 정보만 제공되어 IT 서비스를 유지, 개선시키기에는 한계가 있다. 그러므로 여러 프로세스들이 통합되고, 측정지표에 대해 실시간으로 자동 집계되어 통계 리포트를 제공하고 통계결과를 자동으로 보고하여 문제 발생시 원인 파악 및 대처가 빠르게 진행될 수 있도록 자동화된 통합 SLM 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 통합되고 자동화된 SLM 프로세스 모델 제시를 통해 프로세스 단계별로 성공요인을 도출하고 다양한 기업에 적용 후, 실증적 기대효과를 제시하여 향후 SLM 시스템을 구축하는 기업에게 실질적인 지침을 마련해주고자 한다.

Researcher tried to argue the possibility of application of visual communication design adapting the marketing environment change on this paper. What is ICD (Integrated Communication Design)? This is a new attempt to treat these common marketing methods, such as, C, I, B, I, TV commercials, newspaper commercials, posters, brochures, DM, package designing, POP, outdoor visual information, web sites etc, as a whole. And no longer treat them as separate pieces as we were doing previously. So I started this research with positive analysis which already has been theoretically discussed based on the documents and researches on the same subject. Through this attempt I tried to examine the possibility of application of ICD. Conclusively, I developed and suggest named the ICD model, by which we could explain the current marketing communication design effort more holistically then ever.
