Various basic information is required to scientifically and rationally utilize and manage national territory. For this, a variety of informatization projects have on developed from public sectors. However, there are a lot of problems including weak linkage between individual information systems and databases and lack of the coordinating function in promoting national territorial informatization projects. This study aims to provide policy alternatives on the integration and linkage of basic information within national territorial planning system. These results will be applied to the planned utilization and environmental friendly management of national territory.

This paper analyzes problems related to total cost changes in private investment projects, and then proposes an improvement measure for the control of cost changes within the framework of the project management, contract, human resource, project communication, cost, and time management. From the viewpoint of contract management, the basis of cost change ought to be cleared up with standardization of related provisions in the concession agreement, and potentiality of change ought to be excluded with prescription of the private investor's leading role from the design phase. Regarding human resource management, this paper proposes a standard work flow granting much sovereign rights to private parts by putting restriction on work scopes of the entrusted authority of government, and transferring the rights of assignment, contract, and control about the responsible supervisor to the concessionaire. With regard to project communication management the notification of changes on drawings and technical documents ought to be automated and the realtime database ought to be established with DMIS (Drawings & Documents Management Information System). From the cost management point of view, this thesis integrates the control of cost-change-approved items and disapproved items to one cost breakdown system, and then harmonizes the actual progress with EVMS in time management.

학회는 학술지식정보자원의 최신정보에 대한 접근 점이지만, 대규모 학회를 제외하고는 정보 수집과 서비스 면에서 재래식 방법을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 더구나, 최근에는 각 학회 자체 업무 중 발생하는 회원관리, 논문투고, 심사와 같은 제반업무와, 발간되는 학술정보에 대한 정보화를 수행하고자 하는 학회의 열의가 급격히 증가하고 있는 추세이나, 학회의 재정상 적극적으로 이행하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 KISTI는 한국과학기술정보연구원은 국가차원의 학회 정보화 사업의 일환으로 학회정보 유통체제 전 과정을 온라인화하고 쉽게 관리할 수 있도록 한 $\boxDr$KISTI-ACOMS(KISTI-Article Contribution Management System: KISTI-학회논문투고관리시스템) $\boxDr$KISTI-ACOMS(KISTI-Article Contribution Management System)$\boxUl$ 을 개발하여 2001년부터 학회에 무상으로 보급하여 왔다. 최근에는 학회의 KISTI-ACOMS를 이용하고자 하는 요청이 더욱 확대되고 있어, KISTI는 많은 학회 특성을 의견수렴하여, KISTI-ACOMS의 표준화를 목표로 보완해 나가고 있다.

상하수도사업은 안정되고 안전한 물의 공급에서부터 처리, 주위환경에 대한 배려, 고도 처리기술에의 대응 등은 물론, 경영의 관점에서 효율화와 코스트 삭감이 요구되는 가운데, 고도정보화를 위한 시책이 진행 중에 있다. 미쓰비시전기는 이전부터 ''상하수도종합정보시스템''으로 OA(Office Automation), EA(Engneering Automation), PA(Process Automation) 의 각 영역 그리고 전체로서의 효율화를 도모하는 시스템의 구축을 지향하여 왔다. 이 시스템의 특징은 다음과 같다. $\cdot$통합화(정보의 일원관리, 네트워크화)$\cdot$고도화(정보자산의 부가가치화)$\cdot$플렉시블 컨스트럭션(기존시스템 활용) $\cdot$토털효율의 향상(자동화, 무인화, 광역, 통합감시)본고에서는 모든 상수도$\cdot$하수도업무를 통괄함과 동시에 보다 종합적인 관점에서 지원하는 것을 베이스로 한 상하수도종합정보시스템에 대하여 소개하는데, 그 중에서도 통합화에 초점을 맞추어 다음과 같은 사항에 대하여 기술한다. Haying the key role of the city functions, the waterworks reaches the limitation of the practical performance caused by the rapid expansion of the city. At this point this study suggests a masterplan that will control the Water Integrated Management System (WIMS) dealing all affairs of the waterworks in order to make efficient solutions to the problems of the present waterworks. According as the analysis of structure, function, and current operations including information volume has been performed by using the structured system analysis method, this study set up the basic trend of WIMS and excution strategies in order.

건설분야 수량산출정보의 연계 및 교환을 위한 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준과 지방국토관리청의 도로관리관점에 따라 구성된 작업분류체계를 바탕으로 도로분야 수량산출정보를 지원도구를 통해 생성한다. 건설사는 지원도구에서 작성한 도로공사 수량산출정보를 건설사업관리시스템에 등록함으로써 공정 공사비 관리에 활용하고 있다. 본 연구는 공정 공사비의 통합관리를 통해 실질적인 사업관리가 가능하도록 10개 도로건설공사 시범사업을 선정하여 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하였다.

This study presents the problems in the records management of special project teams at J University. Methods for the improvement plan were also proposed in this study. To achieve these objectives, five special project teams from J University, which were supported by the Ministry of Education, were selected. To collect relevant information, twelve staff members and experts were then interviewed. The records produced by the projects should be managed as evidence of the project evaluation and transparent budget execution. Proper management can be a good material for research. However, the management of project teams is vulnerable in comparison with the records of other universities. The main reason is that although the project team produces various types of records, it has not been recognized as the Department of Processing. Another reason is that the project teams are temporary institutions and do not possess authority over the entire project process. To solve the aforementioned problems, this study proposes improvement plans in the following aspects: institutional, cognitive, administrational, and systemic. In the institutional and cognitive aspects, policy and regulation were set up. In the administrational aspect, the relation and role of each element were defined. In conclusion, the plans for building the Combined Archives System were suggested. In addition the methods on how to connect with the KORUS-which will be introduced in 2017-and the system currently being used are proposed.

Korean government is promoting "K-Smart City" to overseas market which is an integrated solution of construction industry with ICT(Information and Communciations Technologies) industry. Due to nature of Smart City, construction quality and the development quality of the facilities need to be established to improve the overall quality. However, guidelines and regulations to initiate quality control for Smart City are behind the actual demand. This deficiency is bringing quality control for construction and ICT to be controlled separately causing lack of synergy and resulting in overall quality degradation. This research is designed to improve the construction quality of Smart City during its establishment stage by integrating ICT system with on-site construction (Integrated control center and on-site equipment). The adoption of this research to a real Smart City case had resulted in 22% reduction of construction inspection failure (Audit), and also allowed Construction Company to pre-align quality control of all purchased items of ICT Infra that resulted in 18% reduction of nonconformity, thus contributing to an overall quality improvement. This research is expected to be used widely among all construction industry of Smart City.

As the national competitive power indicator, the infrastructures have been constructed with government's SOC budgets. However, even SOC budget is decreased, Public-Private Partnership Project (PPP project) has been introduced to solve demands on extending infrastructures, and among PPP projects, road projects take high portions. This study analyzes the operation & management item of financial model which is connected to the O&M cost and project proposal of previously proposed road project and analyzes the Korea Expressway Co.,'s project cost items and O&M tasks to reflect the characteristics of road projects. Based on results, this study suggests necessity of the O&M cost breakdown structure and the cost calculation standard on each cost item. Also, for the existing task execution tools, O&M cost calculation tool and finance analysis task tool will be integrated, and the system is suggested web-based system. Thus, it is expected that it contributes to the securing overall business values on PPP project and expending profit-base infrastructures.

It was few to the integrated information classification system In domestic construction. Furthermore, it became considerable obstacles to hamper the increase of national competitiveness as well the hoarding of information and overlapped investment. The standardization of information classification is also necessary prior to the Computer-Integrated Construction, CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support/Electronic Commerce) in construction, EVMS(Earned Value Management System) and the various projects which manipulate construction information. Therefore, this report suggests the development direction and application proposal of Integrated Construction Information Classification.
