본 논문에서는 인터넷과 데이터 통신의 급격한 증가에 의해 다양화하는 패킷망과 기존의 공중전화망, 가입자망 등을 단일망으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 소프트스위치 시스템을 표준 컴퓨팅 플랫폼으로 개발하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 소형 소프트스위치는 기본적인 라우팅, 서비스제어, 호 제어, 미디어 제어가 가능하도록 설계하였으며 사용자가 원하는 기능을 스스로 선택할 수 있는 프로그래머블 콜 프로세싱이 가능하도록 구현하였다.

ICT infrastructure is electronic control systems or communication network related to national security, public administration, defense, policing, finance. Water resources sector has been building a system of control that can be performed electronically, communications, management, energy, and other work-related. Water resources sector has been a paradigm shift in water management and the control system is integrated into a single network. The control system security vulnerabilities are exposed - other control networks, business networks, linking with outside agencies, etc. Cyber terrorist society can cause a huge mess economically, The importance of security for control systems is becoming. 현재 우리나라 상수도 시스템의 경우 대부분 각 가정집에 설치된 계량기의 측정값을 검침원이 육안으로 확인, 수기 기입 방법으로 수도 검침이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 방법은 사생활 침해 및 범죄로 이어질 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 상수도의 검침데이터를 무선주파수 및 코드분할다중접속방식을 사용하여 송수신 가능한 네트워크 망을 구축, 수신된 데이터 값을 활용하여 각 상수도 수용가의 사용량을 자동으로 검침하여 청구 내역서까지 작성해 주는 상수도 자동검침시스템을 소개한다. 상수도 자동검침시스템은 검침을 디지털화하고 이를 무선송신 가능한 검침기와 검침기의 검침데이터 값을 송수신 할 수 있는 중계기 및 집중기, 그리고 CDMA 망을 통한 검침데이터를 수신할 수 있는 애플리케이션 서버 등을 구축하여 지역 내 원격 검침 네트워크 망을 구축하는 것을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구의 시스템은 화재, 가스, 전기 등의 검침데이터를 통합으로 수집하여 데이터를 관리하는 통합 시스템으로 확대가 용이하며 이러한 상수도 자동검침시스템은 누수 및 독거노인 등의 생활보호대상자의 안전을 확인하는 기초 정보로도 활용할 수 있다.

As the wireless network is popular and expanded, it is necessary to development the IDS(Intrusion Detection System)/Filtering System from the malicious wireless traffic. We propose the W-Sensor SW which detects the malicious wireless traffic and the W-TMS system which filters the malicious traffic by W-Sensor log in this paper. It is efficient to detect the malicious traffic and adaptive to change the security rules rapidly by the proposed W-Sensor SW. The designed W-Sensor by installing on a notebook supports the mobility of IDS in compare with the existed AP based Sensor.

광대역 통합망(BcN, Broadband convergence Network)은 유무선 통합, 통신과 방송 융합, 음성 및 데이터의 통합을 통하여 사용자가 원하는 품질과 보안의 정도에 따라 차별화된 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스 제공 및 관리가 가능한 네트워크이다. 본 고는 광대역 통합망의 개념 및 특징을 간략히 설명하고 SK Telecom 주관 UbiNet 컨소시엄의 1단계 (04년${\sim}$05년) 시범 사업을 통해 개발된 BcN 서비스의 내용, 인프라 구조 및 시스템 요구사항 등을 제시한다. 그리고 향후 전개될 2단계 BcN 서비스 및 SKT의 BcN 추진 방향을 제시한다.

컴퓨터망 보안을 위해서는 취약점의 빠른 발견과 그에 따르는 신속한 조치가 요구된다. 이를 위해 컴퓨터망 여러 곳에서 사용자가 원하는 보안 정보를 수집, 분석하고 수집된 보안 정보들을 효과적으로 보여주는 통합적인 보안 관리를 제공하는 모니터링 방식이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 보안 관리를 위한 동적 모니터링 형식 모델을 제시한다. 동적 모니터링은 상태 전이에 의한 시스템 상태, 사용자와의 상호작용, 시각 및 모니터링 객체의 동적 활성화를 이용하여 컴퓨터망 통합 보안 관리를 제공한다. 계속적으로 변하는 보안 정보, 컴퓨터망 관리자의 관심점과 모니터링 레벨의 변화를 즉각적으로 반영함으로써 관리자에게 컴퓨터망 관리의 정확성, 효율성 그리고 편의성을 제공한다. 모니터링 시스템을 형식적으로 모델링하여 여러 모니터링 응용프로그램의 개발이 가능한 모니터링 플랫폼으로 발전시킬 수 있다. Abstract It is highly required to quickly detect the vulnerability of a computer network system and an appropriate action toward it should be followed as soon as possible for its security. It leads us to the need of a monitoring schema that can provide an integrated security management with carefully selected and analysed data through the computer network for its users. This paper presents a formal model of dynamic monitoring for security management. It provides the comprehensive security management using continuously changing security information, user interactions and dynamic activation of visual and monitoring objects. It enables system security officers to manage computer systems accurately, efficiently and conveniently by reflecting the state transition and the transformation of concerns and a monitoring level of system security officers immediately. This model can be used as the basis of a monitoring platform.

최근 광대역 통합망의 급속한 발전을 통해 각종 센서 정보의 실시간 수집 및 관리가 가능함에 따라 안정적이고 효율적인 기술에 대한 수요가 높아지고 있다. 한편 하 폐수 처리시설을 포함한 Smart Water Grid에서도 광대역 통합망 기반의 신기술을 융합한 실용화 및 기술개발의 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 기존 광대역망 관련 기술에서는 개별적이고 단일화된 네트워크망을 구성하고 있을 뿐 통합화 및 최적화에 대한 고려는 되지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 하 폐수 처리시설에서 효과적인 광대역 통합망 구성을 위한 Wifi 및 Zigbee 스위칭 기반의 모뎀기술을 제안하였으며, 핵심기술을 토대로 판교 하 폐수 처리시설에 관련 테스트 베드를 구축하고 데이터 송수신 기능을 확인함으로써 제안한 시스템의 유용성을 입증하였다.

The SCM is on the effective treatment solution that has process schedule, material supplying, inventory management for perfect product these days. The SCM is innovative process activity to attain effective whole. It depends on the structure of approach because supplying network is consist of organization, budgeting, responsibility and authority. The major objective of the thesis was to propose the integration model and structure method technique of the SCM. Thus, to implement strategy model, firstly, it is determined repairs and non-effectiveness of supplying network. secondly, to set up future vision and goal, it is considered success factor of supplying net. thirdly, no gaps introduce between present and future of supplying net fourthly as above-mentioned consequence, Alternative is to set up integration and implementing model according to enterprise administration strategy .

There are several types of distributed subscribers network using Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL), Very high-bit rate Digital Subscriber Line (VDSL), and Data Over Cable Service Interface Specifications (DOCSIS), The efficient and concentrated network management of those several distributed subscribers networks and resources require the general information model of network, which has abstract and conceptional managed objects independent of type of network and its equipment to manage the integrated subscriber network, This paper presents the general Internet subscribers network modeling framework using RM-ODP (Reference Model Open Distributed Processing) to manage that network In the form of integrated hierarchy, This paper adopts the object-oriented development methodology with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and designs and implements the HFC network of DOCSIS as an example of the subscriber network.
