지금까지의 전자정부 구축은 국민의 편의성과 정부업무의 효율성에 맞추어져 왔으며, 이는 경제적 사회적 흐름에 따른 IT서비스가 국민과 정부가 실제로 원하는 것을 찾아 지원하고 선도하여 줄 수 있도록 하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 엄밀히 말하면 우리의 전자정부 과제는 남한에 국한된 것이다. 헌법에 의하면 남한과 북한은 하나의 국가인데도 불구하고, 남북한 간의 한계성을 의식적으로든 무의식적으로든 인식하여, 남한으로 테두리를 정하고 u-Korea를 실행하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 통일부가 운영하고 있는 남북교류협력시스템(http://inter-korea.unikorea.go.kr)를 바탕으로 남북교류협력을 위한 실질적인 프로세스 개선과 정보화 전략을 새롭게 수립하기 위하여 현황과 방향성에 대해 연구하여, 향후 남북통일을 위한 초석이 될 수 있는 IT서비스로서, 또한 남북간의 특이사항을 반영한 시스템으로 기타 전자정부 과제들의 통일 이후의 모습이라는 거시적인 미래과제를 풀 수 있는 한 도구로 본 연구가 활용되고자 한다.

The relationships between the textural properties of cooked rice and hot water-solubles of rice or rice flour were studied. The amounts of solubles or soluble amylose among japonica varieties were similar, but those among Tongil type varieties were different. At the same heating conditions, japonica varieties showed higher contents of solubles as well as soluble amylose than Tongil varieties. The solubles and soluble amylose from rice or rice flour showed a negative correlation with hardness but a positive correlation with adhesivess of rice cooked with optimum water.

Objective: The purpose of the study was to explore early childhood teachers' content knowledge and knowledge level on unification education through an analysis of a concept map (Novak & Gowin, 1984). Methods: The subjects, including 65 early childhood teachers in a metropolitan area, were asked to draw concept maps illustrating their understanding of unification education for young children. The collected concept maps were analyzed using the methods utilized by Novak and Gowin (1984) as well as You and Kim (2018). Results: In terms of early childhood teachers' content knowledge, 282 superordinate concepts and 1,766 subordinate concepts were shown. The 282 superordinate concepts were categorized into 7 representative superordinate concepts: understanding of North Korean, understanding of separation/unification, identification as Korean citizen, unification policy, relationship between South Korea & North Korea, educational activities, connection with home and society. In terms of early childhood teachers' knowledge level, the numbers of subordinate concepts and hierarchical level were shown to be varied according to the 7 representative superordinate concepts. Conclusion/Implications: Discussions were included to support and enhance early childhood teachers' content knowledge on unification education for young children through the development of comprehensive programs and teacher education.

많은 나라들이 원자력발전플랜트의 스크램발생빈도를 줄이기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있지만 중요한 국제간의 비교검토는 통일성있는 자료의 부족으로 지장을 받아 왔다. 따라서 경제협력개발기구(OECD) 원자력국 주관하에 통일된 기준에 따라 데이터를 현재 수집중이며 이러한 자료들을 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 이것을 보면 스크램발생율을 보고하는데 있어 국가간에 많은 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다.

선박에 승선하는 모든 선원들은 STCW 협약에서 요구하는 바와 같이 STCW 코드 A-I/6조에 따라 해당 훈련 및 평가에 대해 관리, 감독 및 감시되어야 하며, 선원들은 STCW 협약 요구 교육을 이수한 후 이에 대한 증서를 발급받아 해당 선박에 승선하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 법정교육에 대한 교육 이수증서양식이 국제적으로 통일되어 있지 않아 항만국통제(PSC) 검사시 검사관들이 해당 교육 이수 및 교육내용에 대한 식별이 어려우며, 또한 이수증서 양식이 국가별로 제 각각이라 신뢰성이 검증되지 않은 증서도 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하고, STCW 협약의 올바른 이행을 위해 STCW 협약에서 요구하고 있는 법정교육에 대한 이수증서 양식통일에 대하여 논한다.

항로표지 음파표지로 사용되는 무신호기 주요 장비를 안정적인 성능이 담보되고 범용적으로 판매되는 제품을 선정함으로써 무신호기 고장발생 시 신속한 대처가 가능하도록 하고, 안개발생 방향을 고려하여 선택적으로 무신호기를 운영 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 그리고 무신호기 음달거리를 공칭(명목적) 음달거리와 통상 음달거리에 대한 정확한 기준 없이 사용(표기)하는 등 통일성이 결여되어 공칭(명목적) 음달거리로 통일 할 필요성이 있다.

This study suggests the conceptual basis to integrate local tourism support policy and local unification educational contents development strategy through theoretical analysis about 'Social Tourism' and 'cross-compliance'. Also the purpose of this study is to reinterpret existing tourism resources in order to apply it to the case of Busan. In this study, I investigated the data that have been studied in Pusanology and the history of Korean division. And I conducted interviews with 10 residents who have lived in Busan since the Korean War.

The present study was conducted to determine the number of genes controlling resistance of variety Tongil to three prevalent blast strains and any relationships among the genes in the inheritance of resistance of the variety to blast. Tongil was crossed with five local varieties and the progenies were tested with blast isolates E-7 and 100-14 by injection inoculation method. Results indicated that a tingle dominant gene conditioned resistance of variety Tongil and resistance to the isolate E-7 was controlled by a gene different from that controlling resistance to the isolate 100-14. In previous study it was identified that the gene controlling resistance to the isolate E-7 was different from the gene for resistance to isolate T-1. Therefore based on the foregoing results it may be inferred that the variety Tongil has at least three or more resistant genes to blast.

The study aims to examine the achievements and shortcomings of adult political education that had been conducted in former Eastern Germany following German unification. More specifically, the study focuses on drawing some policy suggestions and implications for carrying out adult political education for North Koreans in a unified Korea. In fact, former East Germans after German unification needed to receive political education to adjust to a new social system and get related various informations that they had never experienced before. In this context, former East Germans were provided with political education on democratic political system, capitalism, and various laws and regulations that they need to know to get used to a new social system. However, the results of the study indicate that adult political educational system in the former Eastern Germany shows some shortcomings regarding former East Germans' indifference about political education, educational contents which was not cut out for East Germans, and absence of proper methodological approaches. Furthermore, the study points out that North Koreans' educational background and their experiences in North Korea should be considered when selecting subjects and contents of political education for North Koreans in a unified Korea.

민선5기 경기도정은 경기북부 개발로 초점이 모아지고 있으며 그 중심에는 경기도 제2청이 자리 잡고 있다. 도민의 편의를 위한 '365일 24시간 도민안방' 운영을 비롯해 주한미군 반환공여구역 개발, 우수대학유치, 산업단지 조성, SOC 확충 등의 정책을 통해 경기도가 통일시대 한반도 중심이며 미래 통일한국을 이끌어 갈 주체로서의 중요 축으로 발전할 계획을 실천해 나가고 있는 경기도 2청사를 한국건설안전기술협회 한경보 회장이 방문해 방기성 행정2부지사로부터 경기 북부 발전 전략 등에 대한 대담을 나누었다.
