In wireless sensor networks, the limited battery resources of sensor nodes have a direct impact on network lifetime. To reduce unnecessary power consumption, it is often the case that only a minimum number of sensor nodes operate in active mode while the others are kept in sleep mode. In such a case, however, the network service can be easily unreliable if any active node is unable to perform its sensing or communication function because of an unexpected failure. Thus, for achieving reliable sensing, it is important to maintain the sensing level even when some sensor nodes fail. In this paper, we propose a new fault-tolerance scheme, called FCP(Fault-tolerant Coverage Preserving), that gives an efficient way to handle the degradation of the sensing level caused by sensor node failures. In the proposed FCP scheme, a set of backup nodes are pre-designated for each active node to be used to replace the active node in case of its failure. Experimental results show that the FCP scheme provides enhanced performance with reduced overhead in terms of sensing coverage preserving, the number of backup nodes and the amount of control messages. On the average, the percentage of coverage preserving is improved by 87.2% while the additional number of backup nodes and the additional amount of control messages are reduced by 57.6% and 99.5%, respectively, compared with previous fault-tolerance schemes.
This study examines the assessment systems of LEED v4.1, an eco-friendly building evaluation system in the United States, and SITE v2, an assessment system for sustainable outdoor spaces, and then compares and examines them from the perspective ofrelevant laws and institutional guidelines and standards in Korea. The conclusion is as follows. First, the US eco-friendly certification system basically not only establishes an independent evaluation system according to the field of expertise, but also provides a sustainable city and community through response to the climate crisis and the comfort of the external space environment. It can be evaluated that securing the quality of life of healthy and happy city dwellers is the top priority. Second, Korea's Green Building Certification System (G-LEED) was basically based on the American LEED system, but it was judged that there was a fundamental difference. It was judged that there is a limitation in not being able to achieve an integrated approach through the participation of various expert groups and stakeholders, but also in the accumulation of more scientific and reliable data and information through the application of cutting-edge information and communication equipment. Third, in the case of external space in Korea, a sustainable assessment system has not been established, and not only is it dispersed in various legal and institutional guidelines, but also its effectiveness is judged to be very low. Therefore, it is judged that it is urgent to introduce and secure the applicability of SITES v2, a sustainable outdoor space assessment system in the United States. It was judged that the effectiveness should be secured through the upward adjustment of the minimum Ecological Area Ratio.

This paper describes the development of unmanned vehicle remote control system which is configured with steering and accelerating/braking hardware to improve the sense of reality and safety of control. Generally, in these case of the remote control system, a joystick-type device is used for steering and accelerating/braking control of unmanned vehicle in most cases. Other systems have been developing using simple steering wheel, but there is no function of that feedback the feeling of driving situation to users and it mostly doesn't include the accelerating/braking control hardware. The technology of feedback means that a reproducing the feeling of current driving situation through steering and accelerating/braking hardware when driving a vehicle in person. In addition to studying feedback technologies that reduce unfamiliarity in remote control of unmanned vehicles, it is necessary to develop the remote control system with hardware that can improve sense of reality. Therefore, in this study, the reliable remote control system is developed and required system specification is defined for applying force-feedback haptic control technology developed through previous research. The system consists of a steering-wheel module similar to a normal vehicle and an accelerating/braking pedal module with actuators to operate by feedback commands. In addition, the software environment configured by CAN communication to send feedback commands to each modules. To verify the reliability of the remote control system, the force-feedback haptic control algorithms developed through previous research were applied, to assess the behavior of the algorithms in each situation.
Recently, Disk array is widely used as a long term storage device in PACS, but reliability is not enough in relation to annual failure rate of disk. Between October 2016 and February 2017, we scanned the serial port of the hard disk while reading or storing medical images on a PACS reader. The data rate was calculated from the data stored in HDD 99ea that were used in the PCAS image storage device and in HDD 101ea that were used in the Personal Computer. When a CT image was read from a PACS reader, Reading was 87.8% and Writing was 12.2% in units of several tens of megabytes or less. When the CT image was stored in the PACS reader, Reading was 11.4% and Writing was 88.6% in units of several tens of megabytes or less. While reading the excel file on the personal computer, Reading was 75% and Writing was 25% in less than 3 MB, and In the process of storing the excel file on the personal computer, Reading was carried out by 38% and Writing was carreid out 62% in the units of 3 MB or less. The transfer rate of the hard disk used in the PACS image storage device was 10 GB/h, and the transfer rate per hour of the hard disk of the personal computer was 5 GB / h. Annual failure rate of hard disk of image storage system is 0.97 ~ 1.13%, Annual failure rate of Hard Disk of personal computer is 0.97 ~ 1.13%. the higher transfer rate is, the higher annual failure rate is. These results will be used as a basis for predicting the life expectancy of the hard disk and the annual failure rate.

The rapid development of IT, many conventional passive jobs have been automated. This automation increases the leisure time of many people and various services are being developed for them. In addition, with the advent of smart devices that are compact and portable, it is possible to use various internet services without any time and place discretion. Various studies based on virtualization are under way to efficiently store and process large data generated by many devices and services. Desktop Storage Virtualization (DSV), which integrates and provides users with on-premise-based distributed desktop resources during these studies, uses virtualization to consolidate unused resources within distributed, legacy desktops. This DSV is very important for providing high reliability to users. In addition, research on hierarchical structure and resource integration for efficient data distribution storage processing in a distributed desktop-based resource integration environment is underway. However, there is a lack of research on efficient operation in case of server failure in on-premise resource integration environment. In this paper, we propose Non-disruptive Server Management (NSM) which can actively cope with the failure of desktop server in distributed desktop storage environment based on on-premise. NSM is easy to add and remove desktops in a desktop-based integrated environment. In addition, an alternative server is actively performed in response to a failure occurrence.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of information system quality on business performance (net benefit) in the Korean public informatization business and to verify whether the user has mediating role in the relationship between information system quality and net benefit. In order to prepare empirical tests, factor analyses was conducted and the validity and reliability of the variables were confirmed to be acceptable. The research hypotheses were tested by regression analyses. The mediating effects as well as the main effects were analyzed by SPSS statistical program. The results show that the higher the quality of the information system becomes, the higher the usability by the users of the system increases. Also, it was found that the users had more positive effect on the net benefit of the public informatization project. In addition, it was confirmed that there was a partial mediating effect by the users on the relationship between information system quality and the benefits. The results of the research suggests that we establish a management system to improve the business performance efficiently according to the priorities of detailed success factors from the viewpoint of the public information business, and the users who use the information system quality and system.
The significance of PNT information in the fourth industrial revolution is viewed differently in relation to the past. Autonomous vehicles, autonomous vessels, smart grids, and national infrastructure require sustainable and reliable services in addition to their high precision service. Satellite navigation system, which is the most representative system for providing PNT information, receive signals from satellites outside the earth so signal reception power is low and signal structures for civilian use are open to the public. Therefore, it is vulnerable to intentional and unintentional interference or hacking. Satellite navigation systems, which can easily acquire high performance of PNT information at low cost, require alternatives due to its vulnerability to the hacking. This paper proposed R-Mode (Ranging Mode) technology that utilizes currently operated navigation and communication infrastructure in terms of Signals of OPportunity (SoOP). For this, the Nationwide Differential Global Navigation Satellite System (NDGNSS), which currently gives a service of Medium Frequency (MF) navigation signal broadcasting, was used to validate the feasibility of a backup infrastructure in domestic maritime areas through simulation analysis.
The smart city is developing an energy system efficiently through a common management of the city resource for the growth and a low carbon social. However, the smart city doesn't counter a verification effectively about a anomaly pattern detection when existing security technology (authentication, integrity, confidentiality) is used by fixed security key and key deodorization according to generated big data. This paper is proposed the "security nonce generation based on security nonce generation" for anomaly pattern detection of the adversary and a safety of the key is high through the key generation of the KDC (Key Distribution Center; KDC) for improvement. The proposed scheme distributes the generated security nonce and authentication keys to each facilities system by the KDC. This proposed scheme can be enhanced to the security by doing the external pattern detection and changed new security key through distributed security nonce with keys. Therefore, this paper can do improving the security and a responsibility of the smart city platform management data through the anomaly pattern detection and the safety of the keys.

As the blind signature(10) does not reveal any information about the message or its signature it has been used for preventing the information leakage and for providing the anonymity in secure electronic payment systems. Unfortunately this perfect anonymity could be misused by criminals as blind signatures prevent linking the withdrawal of money nd the payment made 표 the same customer. Therefore we should provide publicly verifiable mechanism if it is required for the judge to trace the blackmailed messages. In this paper we propose a modified blind signature scheme which additionally provides the role of message recovery after analyzing the existing meta-ELGamal scheme(12) suggested by Horster. And we suggest a new fair blind multi-signature scheme based on the oblivious transfer protocol with which a judge can publicly verify its fairness and correctness if needed. Proposed scheme can also applicable to the diverse electronic payment applications.

The Internet including mobile networks is developing to overcoming the limitation of physical distance and providing or acquiring information from remote locations. However, the systems that use video as primary information require higher bandwidth for recognizing the situation in remote places more accurately through high-quality video as well as lower latency for faster interaction between devices and users. The emergence of the 5th generation mobile network provides features such as high bandwidth and precise location recognition that were not experienced in previous-generation technologies. In addition, the Mobile Edge Computing that minimizes network latency in the mobile network requires a change in the traditional system architecture that was composed of the existing smart device and high availability server system. However, even with 5G and MEC, since there is a limit to overcome the mobile network state fluctuations only by enhancing the network infrastructure, this study proposes a high-definition video streaming system in ultra-low latency based on the SRT protocol that provides Forward Error Correction and Fast Retransmission. The proposed system shows how to deploy software components that are developed in consideration of the nature of 5G and MEC to achieve sub-1 second latency for 4K real-time video streaming. In the last of this paper, we analyze the most significant factor in the entire video transmission process to achieve the lowest possible latency.
