The purpose of this study was to investigate parents' perception and satisfaction of school food materials and supplier performance in Mokpo. To achieve these research objectives, a questionnaire was distributed to parents at 66 schools, and a total of 589 were used in the final analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, satisfaction of school foodservice, showed the following scores: overall was 3.75, quality of food materials was 3.84, reliability of food suppliers was 3.80, education was 3.53, and information was 3.50. Second, 38.5% of parents participated in receiving school materials. Exactly 80.6% of parents showed intentions to participate. The most difficult thing for receiving materials was comparing quality of food materials (46.3%). Third, the most important factor cited for school food supplier was quality (62.3%) and sanitation and safety (24.1%). Forth, most parents were positive about the possibility of replacing foods used at school with environment friendly products. Local foods were cited for use in school foodservice (92.2%). The reasons were good quality (39.9%) and contribution to the local community (28.5%). In conclusion, parent's perception of school foodservice should increase to improve food material quality of school foodservice. Institutions for certifying are needed to offer high quality food materials at school foodservice and improved communication and education tool between the school and parents.

Necessity and importance of ethical education for information and communication have been increased, as the age of people who are using internet is lowering progressively. Even though various of text developments and the teacher training to ethical education for information and communication have been done, most teachers and parents of students have been not quite enough satisfied by the ethical education for information and communication in school, society and home. This paper also aims to develop and apply the system of ethical education to each student by presenting suitable ways according to the diagnose to not only students but also teachers and parents of students. After this system applies to students, students could have felt ethical awareness for information and communication and got the information to solve some problems themselves. Futhermore, teachers and parents of students could have felt students' level of awareness and obtained various teaching materials and ways, that is, it has become an opportunity for an efficient ethical education of information and communication.

The method of distributing some questionnaires to the total 4 schools in the area of Gwang-ju city and then collect them later has been used in this study. By using the coefficient of Cronbach's alpha for the collected data, the trust rate of the method of questionnaires have been verified. In conclusion it's been analized that there are disparities in 'computer education course, professor lesson, possibility of computer use, teaching obstacles, self development of teachers, choice and organization of the computer education contents' according to the general situation of the teachers who charge computer education sand there are also disparities in 'goal of computer education, computer curriculum related learning activity, computer curriculum related learning satisfaction, practical use of computer facility, interested contents of students, other lessons besides regular education course' according to the general situation of the students who receive computer education in commercial high school.

Recently, the quality of the incident of school violence is getting worse and the frequency of its occurrence is gradually increasing. One of the biggest reasons that violence in schools does not reduce is because the attitude that they mean to hide damage from the violence, thus the improvement of such conditions enables school violence to decrease in the short-term effect. This study designed an intelligent reporting platform to prevent additional violence and victim's suicide, by related agencies and parents reporting the circumstance of school violence real-time, as both victims and attackers register real-time troubles anonymously, at any time, anywhere, then are provided 1:1 counseling and customized services, and all contents of the counseling are accumulated in the intelligent reporting platform.

This study was to explore factors determining school-based student health screening participation. Participants were six health coordinators in West Virginia, the United States. They have responsibilities in the student health screening and conducted a phone interview. The results are as follows. First, opt-in of health screening came from the interest in students' health, peer pressure, and free screening. Second, opt-out of health screening came from the indifference to a school newsletter, anxiety about an information disclosure, and the fear of drawing blood. Third, the advantage of health screening was provided for free. Fourth, the primary decision-maker was parents, but sometimes was children. Fifth, non-family members also influenced on the participation in the health screening. Therefore, a school newsletter, parents and teachers education, and free screening may be required to improve the participation rate.

For the power grid-connection of distributed generation, the output voltage of the distributed generation must be synchronized with the grid voltage before the grid-connection. In this paper, a vector control based synchronization algorithm was developed for grid linkage of three-phase inverters. A three-phase voltage inverter was designed and fabricated to verify the effectiveness of the developed algorithm. The main controller of the three-phase inverter was developed based on DSP, and the electrical level of the system was set to an electrical level that can be tested in the laboratory. Throughout the experiments, it was confirmed that the proposed algorithm could be used as a synchronization algorithm for grid-connection by showing that the output voltage of the three-phase inverter is synchronized with the grid voltage.

This paper describes the design and implementation of a rehabilitation medical device based on a EMG measurement. Rehabilitation systems are controlled using BLDC motors and motor drives. The BLDC motor drive controls the operation and the speed controls the drive through the external servo motor. In addition, potentiometer coupled to the outside of the motor transmits information about the position of the load being rotated by the motor. The rehabilitation algorithm is controlled by limiting the maximum angle of 0 to 120 by utilizing the motor according to the user setting stage during the rehabilitation exercise. The walking algorithm compensates motor control for the low leg of the signal using the difference value of the signal obtained with the surface denser attached to both inner muscles. The motor and surface denser are utilized for the walk motion to control the maximum angle of 0 to 80.
