A Study on the Elementary Computer Education Invigorating Policy based on Analysis of the Computer Textbooks (초등학교 컴퓨터 교과서의 분석을 통한 컴퓨터 교육의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The "Information and Communication Technology Education Guidelines" were revised in December, 2005. However, the revised guidelines are not propagated in the elementary school. One of the reasons is that the textbook is not faithful to the revised guidelines. We analyzed the elementary computer textbooks published on and after June 2006. In the result, the contents of many textbooks are not based on the "Information and Communication Technology Education Revised Guidelines". Especially, "Understanding of the Information Processing" and "Comprehensive Activities" areas are not faithful to the revised guidelines. Therefore, the systematization of the textbook screening system, participation of the computer education expert, development of the detailed curriculums, and training of the elementary teachers are essentials for invigorating of the elementary computer education.

  • There are many activities that open source software can using at several areas from the government. It enforces the open source software demonstration activities with different meaning link It is an evaluation field whether or not using the open source software in information projects. But the public information and the education against the open source software are insufficient to the middle and high school students who are be latent open source software users. In this paper, I present an examination and analysis of the open source software understanding of the middle and high computer subject teachers in Korea. This research results could be applied with the place fundamental data which searches a program which revitalizes the open source software education from the middle and high school.

  • ICT 기술발전으로 웨어러블 디바이스(wearable device)와 증강현실(augmented reality: AR) 및 가상현실(virtual reality: VR)등은 차세대 게임 산업에 새로운 재미와 가치를 부여할 기술로 주목받고 있다. 특히 가상현실 기술은 몰입(immersion)이라는 경험적 속성을 가지고 있어, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로 창출된 3차원 가상공간으로 사용자의 오감 경험을 확장하고 공유함으로서 공간적, 물리적 제약에 의해 현실 세계에서는 직접 경험하지 못하는 상황을 간접 체험할 수 있도록 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가상증강현실을 이용하여 유저와 상호작용하고, 사용자에게 현실적인 공포감을 줄 수 있도록 하는 오감 체험 공포 시뮬레이션을 개발하였다. 이 체험 시뮬레이션 게임은 Eon Studio 개발툴과 JavaScript를 이용하여 구현되었으며, Eon I-CUBE안에서 1인칭 주인공 시점으로 게임을 진행하도록 하였다.

Propeller Display Using POV Phenomenon (POV 현상을 이용한 프로펠러 디스플레이)

  • In this study, we have researched for a high-efficiency display with low power, less complicated configuration, and more attractive features than using conventional displays (CRT, LCD, LED, etc.) by manufacturing a propeller display using the POV(Persistence of Vision) phenomenon. After setting the reference point using the Hall sensor, the channel recognition signal and voice recognition signal are transmitted to the display using Bluetooth through the mobile phone application created based on the App program, and the display performs different operations according to the commanded Bluetooth signal. Finally, it was confirmed that the desired information is expressed on the display screen at a motor speed of 1,030 rpm.

Development of CanSat Instruction Materials using Raspberry Pi for Space Education in University and Its Application (대학생의 우주 교육을 위한 라즈베리 파이 기반 캔위성 수업자료 개발과 적용)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop Raspberry Pi-based CanSat instruction materials for liberal arts classes to be used in university space education. The educational satellite simulation program is developed by applying the ADDIE program consisting of analysis, design, development, execution, and evaluation of 15 lessons per semester. The usefulness of the instruction materials is evaluated by a validity test of a total of 6 experts. The proposed materials are applied to 100 college students from various majors. To analyze the impact on creative problem-solving ability, a questionnaire is conducted before and after class, and as a result, it is confirmed that there is a significant improvement in all areas after class. The class satisfaction survey is conducted for a total of 10 questions, and the average score is 4.41 out of 5, which is high. In conclusion, the proposed instruction materials make it possible to achieve successful space education using Raspberry Pi and improve creative problem-solving ability in universities.

  • In this study, digital twin technology and block chain technology are used to provide. A learning method was suggested. The medium used in this study is a 6-axis robot released by Denso, and the operating coordinates of the equipment can be converted into data through the data displayed on each axis. In addition, the results of the practice can be stored in the blockchain to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the evaluation. The method proposed in this study is expected to be of great help to practical classes in specialized high schools even in the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • This Study was to conducted in order to suggest future direction for reorganization of Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Women's High School as a vocational high school. The purpose of this Study was to provide suggestions for the Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ women's high school through workforce demand of electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province and SWOT Analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the high school need to work out a educational strategy geared to workforce demand of region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. Second, the following two approaches are recommended for curriculum development to meet region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. (1) School curriculum development that is geared to a enterprise for students' employment. Demand of the enterprise is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and enterprise. Specific knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students according to demand of the enterprise. (2) school curriculum development that is geared to industry for students' employment. Demand of the electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and the electric-electronic-communication industry. Broader knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students for the industry.

  • A student's school records should be utilized not only as data for storage and a guide for entrance into future schools, but also as data for evaluating the student's school life whenever their parents or the student wants to. This study is based on the necessity of the communication between school and home by means of information communicative media, and the duty of faculty to provide the parents with information regarding the student's educational growth. For this purpose, a system was developed and discussed to permit both the students and their parents access to a database of the students' school records which were stored in the School Total Information Management System. This system had been promoted as part of an education information program, so that both students and parents could read it individually at any time.

  • 이 글은 2005년 12월에 개정된 "초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침"이 기존의 운영지침(2000.8)에서 어떤 점이 변화되었는지를 비교하고, 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구 운영지침과의 영역의 명칭 변화에서부터 개정된 교육 운영지침이 추구하고 있는 방향, 그리고 내용의 변화, 또 국가 수준의 교육과정으로써 이 개정된 운영 지침에 내재되어 있는 국가적 요구 등에 대해 살펴보았다. 덧붙여 본 연구에서는 정보 자원의 변화에 따라 학습의 유형이 점차 변화되고 있는 현 시점에서 학습 도구로서 컴퓨터를 사용하는 학습 형태를 제시해 놓은 개정된 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침을 교육과정을 연구하는 연구자나 학자의 입장에서가 아닌 현장에서 직접 아이들을 가르치는 교사의 눈으로 분석하고 연구하여 향후 좀 더 보완되어야 할 점을 제안도 하였다.

  • 본 연구는 NGN QoS보증을 위해 어떤 체계 하에서 품질이 관리 되어야 하는지를 도출하기 위해서 VOIP와 멀티미디어 트래픽을 중심으로 NGN QoS 관리 프레임워크를 연구제시 한다. NGN QoS 프레임워크는 QoS 측정메트릭스, 측정구간과 측정계위, 측정도구와 측정장비, 측정방법 및 측정결과분석에 대한 일련의 프로세스와 방법론을 모델화하여 운용현장의 NGN QoS 보증활동에 적용토록 한다. 통신서비스 품질은 스스로 보장되지 않으며 끊임없이 측정되고 관리될 때에만 목표수준 확보가 가능하다. 특히 차세대통신망으로의 네트워크기술 패러다임 대 전환이 전개되고 있는 이 시기적 중요성을 감안할 때 NGN QoS 관리에 대한 연구는 앞으로 지속적으로 추진되어야할 핵심 소재이다.
