Extended TAM Analysis of a Residential DR Pilot Program (확장된 기술수용모델을 이용한 가정용 에너지 수요반응 프로그램 실증분석)

  • While electricity demand is generally increasing, stably controlling supply is becoming a serious challenge because renewable energies are becoming popular and often their productions are dependent on the weather. The 'demand response' programs can be used to complement the problems of renewable energies, and therefore their role is becoming increasingly important. This study provides an analysis of a demand response pilot that was conducted in Korea. The study first focused on questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, and the data was used to perform a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis. The goal of the pilot was to have the residential users reduce their power consumptions when an energy reduction mission is issued during peak load hours. The experimental subjects consisted of two groups with different characteristics. Subjects in group A obtained smart meters as an optional function of IoT platform service provided by a mobile service company, and received a charge deduction as their compensation. Subjects in group B either voluntarily purchased smart meters as individuals or received them by participating in an energy self-sufficient village program that was run by a local government, and were entitled to a donation as their compensation. With the analysis, group A was found to fit the extended technology acceptance model that includes perceived playfulness in addition to perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. On the contrary, group B failed to fit the model well, but perceived usefulness was found to be relatively more important compared to group A. The results indicate that the residential energy groups' behavior changes are dependent on each group's characteristics, and group-specific DR design should be considered to improve the effectiveness of DR.

  • Animation programs are regarded as bad genre in the aspect of advertisement revenues due to relative low viewing ratios. But programming of animation can be considered positively in the aspect of channel loyalty and preference. This study is based on the assumption that if the scheduling of animation genres could bring out the improvement of channel image of broadcasting stations in the long term, the terrestrial broadcasters could reconsider the increase of animation programs. The research questions of this study are as follows: 1. What is the relationship between the programming ratio of animation genres and the concentration of viewing patterns? 2. How has the increase of animation programming influenced the channel image of broadcasters? 3. Why is it necessary to increase of reinforce the programming of animation genre in the new media platforms? The teenagers aged from 8 to 14 can generally make a decision which program they want to watch. Likewise, the adult viewers aged from 30 to 40 can make a selection which commodity they want to buy. The results of this study indicate that the adult viewers have showed the strong preference for the same broadcasting stations which they have been exposed to in their teenages. This result implies that in the new media environment, animation genre can lead the viewers' loyally and preference for the broadcasting channel for a long period.

  • 무선 인터넷을 이용하는 사용자는 정보의 양의 따른 시간적 통신비용의 증가 문제로 개인화 에이전트가 사용자의 관심에 따라 서비스를 제공하는 기능과 맞춤화된 정보를 제공하는 기능, 지식 기반 방식으로 정보를 예측하는 기능을 가지기를 바라고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 무선 인터넷을 사용하는 사용자를 위한 PDA 개인화 에이전트 시스템을 구축하고자 한다. PDA 개인화 에이전트 시스템 구축을 위해 프로파일 기반의 에이전트 엔진과 사용자 프로파일을 이용한 지식기반 방식을 사용한다. 사용자가 웹페이지에서 행하는 행위들을 모니터링하여 사용자가 관심 가지는 문서를 파악하고 정보 검색을 통해 얻어진 문서를 분석하여 사용자 각각의 관심 문서로 나누어 서비스하게 된다. 모니터링 되어진 문서를 효과적으로 분석하기 위해 unsupervised clustering 기계학습 방식인 Cobweb을 이용한다. unsupervised 기계 학습은 conceptual 방식을 이용하여 검색되어진 정보를 사용자의 관심 분야별로 clustering한다. 클러스터링을 통해 얻어진 결과를 다시 기계학습을 통해 사용자 관심문서에 대한 프로파일을 생성하게 된다. 이렇게 만들어진 프로파일을 룰(Rule)로 만들어 이를 기반으로 사용자에게 서비스하게 된다. 이러한 룰은 사용자의 모니터링 결과로 얻어지기 때문에 주기적으로 업데이트하게 된다. 제안하는 시스템은 인터넷신문이나 웹진 등에서 사용자들에게 뉴스를 전달하기 위한 목적으로 생성하는 뉴스문서를 특정 대상으로 선정하였고 사용자 정보를 이용한 검색을 실시하고 결과로 얻어진 정보를 정보 분류를 통해 PDA나 휴대폰을 통해 사용자에게 제공한다. 상품을 검색하기 위한 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색된 대안들로부터 구매자와 시스템이 웹상에서 서로 상호작용(interactivity) 하여 해를 찾고, 제약조건과 규칙들에 의해 적합한 해를 찾아가는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문은 구성기반 예로서 컴퓨터 부품조립을 사용해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. A Study on Detecting Fake Reviews Using Machine Learning: Focusing on User Behavior Analysis (머신러닝을 활용한 가짜리뷰 탐지 연구: 사용자 행동 분석을 중심으로)

  • The social consciousness on fake reviews has triggered researchers to suggest ways to cope with them by analyzing contents of fake reviews or finding ways to discover them by means of structural characteristics of them. This research tried to collect data from blog posts in Naver and detect habitual patterns users use unconsciously by variables extracted from blogs and blog posts by a machine learning model and wanted to use the technique in predicting fake reviews. Data analysis showed that there was a very high relationship between the number of all the posts registered in the blog of the writer of the related writing and the date when it was registered. And, it was found that, as model to detect advertising reviews, Random Forest is the most suitable. If a review is predicted to be an advertising one by the model suggested in this research, it is very likely that it is fake review, and that it violates the guidelines on investigation into markings and advertising regarding recommendation and guarantee in the Law of Marking and Advertising. The fact that, instead of using analysis of morphemes in contents of writings, this research adopts behavior analysis of the writer, and, based on such an approach, collects characteristic data of blogs and blog posts not by manual works, but by automated system, and discerns whether a certain writing is advertising or not is expected to have positive effects on improving efficiency and effectiveness in detecting fake reviews.

Cost Efficient Virtual Machine Brokering in Cloud Computing (가격 효율적인 클라우드 가상 자원 중개 기법에 대한 연구)

  • In the cloud computing environment, cloud service users purchase and use the virtualized resources from cloud resource providers on a pay as you go manner. Typically, there are two billing plans for computing resource allocation adopted by large cloud resource providers such as Amazon, Gogrid, and Microsoft, on-demand and reserved plans. Reserved Virtual Machine(VM) instance is provided to users based on the lengthy allocation with the cheaper price than the one of on-demand VM instance which is based on shortly allocation. With the proper mixture allocation of reserved and on-demand VM corresponding to users' requests, cloud service providers are able to reduce the resource allocation cost. To do this, prior researches about VM allocation scheme have been focused on the optimization approach with the users' request prediction techniques. However, it is difficult to predict the expected demands exactly because there are various cloud service users and the their request patterns are heavily fluctuated in reality. Moreover, the previous optimization processing techniques might require unacceptable huge time so it is hard to apply them to the current cloud computing system. In this paper, we propose the cloud brokering system with the adaptive VM allocation schemes called A3R(Adaptive 3 Resource allocation schemes) that do not need any optimization processes and kinds of prediction techniques. By using A3R, the VM instances are allocated to users in response to their service demands adaptively. We demonstrate that our proposed schemes are able to reduce the resource use cost significantly while maintaining the acceptable Quality of Service(QoS) of cloud service users through the evaluation results.

  • For the past few years, unlike wireless widespread United States and Japan, expensive cost and platform of the mobile web carrier underground and self-centered made achievement of domestic mobile web market sluggish. Nowadays, more and more people pay attention to the mobile web service because of the increased quality of wireless internet, development of mobile device and variety of the flat-rate payment system. However, another big problem is that mobile web is too hard to use. Also, the poor content of mobile web service is an extremely serious problem. In this paper, we put forward a new method for easy to access mobile web service which is use WINC expansion numbers and users can use these numbers to shit their own website. Along with the benefits of purchase WINC number general users are able to make website and control their website at less time and energy.

  • It is settled in the economic arena that electronic commerce which used the Internet is new recently by explosive increase of the rapid development and Internet use of the information and communication technology. The problem that is legitimate at a point called the business of the form that the electronic transactions to set together if I drift are new of the times is the situation caused a lot. However, the use custom of construction and electronic transactions of the maintenance that is the legislation thief who can do rules of electronic transactions is the fact that it was not able to be still established It may not be just applied to the Internet electronic transactions that an exchange promise between our characters does against unspecified number of the general public person in the property even if I say that the conclusion of the purchase agreement is concluded in Internet electronic transactions by EDI method. That can have the approval of contract in the main legal problem of such an Internet electronic transactions contract. We civil law sorts it by a contract between the talks characters and a contract between the remote area people and all the adopted children are equal and must decide the formation of contract time in a principle of Empfangstheorie because it may be said that the rule of the civil law that it be heated and decides to be able to be available is irrational.

Like this it has many benefits so, it suddenly rising as the new axis of economic activity area, it is a reality. In this change of era, with the establishment of electronic contracts, there are many problems are occurred to the expression of parties which is core of the contract on civil code so, the systematic legal composition is required. Thus, in this study will propose the reasonable improvements about the issue of electronic contract through the consideration.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution brought the quantitative value of data across the industry and entered the era of 'Big Data'. This is due to both the rapid development of information & communication technology and the diversity & complexity of customer purchasing tendencies. An enterprise's core competence in the Big Data Era is to analyze and utilize the data to make strategic decisions for enterprise. However, most of traditional studies on Big Data have focused on technical issues and future potential values. In addition, these studies lacked interest in managing the quality and utilization levels of internal & external customer Big Data held by the entity. To overcome these shortages, this study attempted to derive influential factors by recognizing the quality management information systems and quality management of the internal & external Big Data. First of all, we conducted a survey of 204 executives & employees to determine whether Big Data quality management, Big Data utilization, and level management have a significant impact on corporate work efficiency & corporate management performance. For the study for this purpose, hypotheses were established, and their verifications were carried out. As a result of these studies, we found that the reasons that significantly affect corporate management performance are support from the management class, individual innovation, changes in the management environment, Big Data quality utilization metrics, and Big Data governance system.

Multi-Path Routing Algorithm for Cost-Effective Transactions in Automated Market Makers (자동화 마켓 메이커에서 비용 효율적인 거래를 위한 다중 경로 라우팅 알고리즘)

  • With the rise of a decentralized finance market (so called, DeFi) using blockchain technology, users and capital liquidity of decentralized finance applications are increasing significantly. The Automated Market Maker (AMM) is a protocol that automatically calculates the asset price based on the liquidity of the decentralized trading platform, and is currently most commonly used in the decentralized exchanges (DEX), since it can proceed the transactions by utilizing the liquidity pool of the trading platform even if the buyers and sellers do not exist at the same time. However, Automated Market Maker have some disadvantages since the cost efficiency of each transaction using Automated Market Maker depends on the liquidity size of some liquidity pools used for the transaction, so the smaller the size of the liquidity pool and the larger the transaction size, the smaller the cost efficiency of the trade. To solve this problem, some platforms are adopting Transaction Path Routing Algorithm that bypasses transaction path to other liquidity pools that have relatively large size to improve cost efficiency, but this algorithm can be further improved because it uses only a single transaction path to proceed each transaction. In addition to just bypassing transaction path, in this paper we proposed a Multi-Path Routing Algorithm that uses multiple transaction paths simultaneously by distributing transaction size, and showed that the cost efficiency of transactions can be further improved in the Automated Market Maker-based trading environment.
