최근의 디지털 기술 및 컴퓨터, 통신 기술의 개발과 확산을 통해 다양한 소셜 미디어의 사용에 따른 디지털 사회가 생성되고 디지털 지능이 출현하여 새로운 디지털 문화와 커뮤니티가 생겨나고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 산업체, 교육계 등에서 소셜 미디어의 사용 및 채택 효과에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 또한, 소셜 도구의 사용 기법과 활용 방안이 필요하며, 사용 실태에 대한 조사가 필요하다. 이에 따라, 이 논문에서는 소셜 미디어를 개인 및 회사의 업무에 사용할 수 있는 있는 활용 방안을 마련하기 위하여, 소셜 미디어의 참여와 접근 방안 등에 대한 방법론을 조사하고 제시한다. 소셜 미디어에 접근하고 활용하기 위하여 웹 로그 분석 도구 및 소셜 미디어 콘텐츠 도구 등에 대하여 살펴보고, 웹 사이트 분석과 활용 방안 마련을 위하여 소셜 미디어 메트릭스 활용 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study which was done by questionnaire survey on doctors, paramedics, radio operators, computer technicians, administrators in Emergency Medical Care Information Centers was to analyze demand on EMD education. The significant 101 data were collected in 12 Emergency Medical Care Information Centers from Dec. 17, 2003 to Jan. 31, 2004 and analyzed by using SPSS. The conclusions from this study were summarized as follows. Composition of respondents who work in Emergency Medical Care Information Centers were 40.7% 26-30 years old in age, 56.4% male in sex, 55.6% medical direction in duty, 76.2% paramedics in certificate. 54.5% out of the paramedics had two years present career, 62.3% had one year past career, 31.0% didn't receive EMD education, 39.0% wanted 5-8 hours continuing education. The paramedics received more EMD education on Introduction to Emergency Medical Concepts, Obtaining Information from Callers, Providing Emergency Care Instructions and wanted more continuing education on Providing Emergency Care Instructions, Key Questions & Pre-Arrival Instructions, Obtaining Information from Callers. This study will be helpful to build up an education system for EMDs such as continuing education, curriculum, certification.

In a computing environment connected pan-based computers and a server by Internet, This paper describes a language learning system evaluating the quality of a handwriting string. For the purpose of the system, this paper explains how to retrieve reference data from a database, how to evaluate the quality of a handwriting string using global and local features. The Proposed system can evaluate the qualify of a handwriting string as well as a handwriting character. The qualify can be computed in the case of different language between reference and input. Therefore, we expect that the system is very useful not only for training on handwriting but also learning a language.

From early simple bulky detectors to show the existence of some specific material, sensor has been developed to miniature smart sensors embedded signal capabilities with a help of nano/micro engineering such as innovative nano materials and semiconductor process technologies. Due to recently fast sales of smart phones with simple telephone function plus many sensors, internet accessing capabilities, easy user downloadable "app" softwares, smart sensor industry market has expanded very fast. If driver-less cars, wearable electronic devices and smart robots will be introduced into market in near future, development of many various smart sensors will be needed.

It is general for industrial body to adopt information system using ASP(application service provider) model according to the increase of management expense. the change of information system circumstance and the trend of application development cycle. ASP model is a variation on outsourcing system support and services. ASP maintains servers and software for different customers at a centralized location. 초고속 인터넷 서비스는 사용자수의 증가와 더불어 고객의 다양한 욕구 즉 인터넷 방송, 주문형비디오(VOD)서비스, 원격교육, 고화질 TV 등 대용량의 멀티미디어 서비스에 대한 욕구가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 욕구를 충족하기 위해서는 현재의 초고속 인터넷서비스로서는 속도에 대한 한계에 부딪치게 되어 통신사업자들은 새로운 기술 또는 여러 가지 기술적 대안들을 추구하고 있다. 2002년부터 시작하여 2003년 이후에는 멀티미디어 수요의 증가에 따라 ADSL을 대체하는 기술로 VDSL이 등장하여 매년 꾸준한 신규가입자 수요가 발생하고 있으나, 통신사업자들은 각각의 망 특성, 시장위치, 전략적 필요성 둥에 의해 상용화를 적극 검토,추진하고 있으나 각각 전개하는 방식은 조금씩 다르다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 통신사업자들의 가입자망 진화 전략에 대해 살펴 본 다음 Lot3n-Volterra Competition (LVC) 모델을 이용 ADSL 과 VDSL 두 기술간의 상호 경쟁 및 대체를 통해 어떻게 진화 되어가는지를 살펴보았다. 대표적인 통신사업자인 KT는 막강한 자금력을 바탕으로 시장 확대 및 경쟁사와의 차별화를 위해 VDSL 서비스 조기도입을 서두르고 있고, 하나로는 자금의 열세로 인한 ADSL 투자비를 회수 할때까지 VDSL 서비스를 연기하고 있는 실정이다. ADSL과 VDSL 두 기술의 관계는 Lotka-Volterra Competition (LVC) 모델을 이용한 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 빠른 속도와 비슷한 가격대의 VDSL이 침략자(predator)로 기존 시장 지배자인 ADSL을 사냥감(prey)으로 빠른 속도로 대체해 나가는 것을 알 수 있었다.

최근 국내우주개발 중장기계획에 따라 지구관측위성, 통신위성, 기상위성 등 다양한 위성개발이 추진되고 있으나, 선진국들이 첨단 위성의 기술이전을 기피함에 따라 국내주도의 독자적인 차세대위성의 개발 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 새로운 위성의 설계, 제작, 조립 및 시험, 검증에는 많은 시설 및 장비가 필요하며 오랜 기간과 많은 예산이 소요된다. 이를 해결하기 위해 새로운 위성의 개발 시 선진국에서는 범용위성 개발 테스트베드(Flight System Testbed)를 제작하여 사전에 위성시스템을 모델링 및 검증함으로서 개발기간의 최적화, 개발예산의 최소화, 신기술의 적용 등에 활용하고 있는 추세이다. 국내의 경우, 위성의 지상관제와 운용요원의 교육을 위해 위성시뮬레이터를 제작하여 확용하는 단계이나, 새로운 위성 개발을 위한 위성전자전산시스템 개발검증장비 및 활용기술은 전무한 상태이다. 향후 다양한 위성임무에 대응한 위성의 개발기간 단축 및 비용절감과 첨단 위성전자시스템 및 부품기술의 사전 검증을 위해 위성 전자전산시스템 개발검증장비에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 해외 위성선진국에서의 위성전자전산시스템에 대한 기술에 대해 살펴보고 현재까지 진행된 차세대 위성개발을 위한 위성시스템 개발검증 장비의 설계에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

In this paper, based on SCORM Sequencing Model, we propose the learning content structure which has structure informations of learning object and decision rules how to transfer learning object to learner. It is intended to provide the technical means for learning content objects to be easily shared and reused across multiple learning delivery environment. We develop the generation tool of learning object sequencing, for processing the learning with variable teaching methodologies. The teaming objects also are automatically packaged the PIE(Package Interchange File) to transmit with SCORM RTE(Run-Time Environment) and attached SCO(Sharable Content Object) function for tracking learner information.

In the ubiquitous which is rapidly developing with ultra speed these days, constructing the u-Campus which is using the sensor-network as its base is keep developing. Also, any information related equipments like PC and mobile, computing is possible whenever and wherever you want and due to the development of the wireless network, the service environment is continually developing. In this article, I'd like to suggest the u-Campus which is very suitable to the user's environment which had used application of mobile. In u-Campus, various techniques are adopted and applied along with development of info-communication related technidques. Especially, the new type of campus which is constructed by adopting the ubiquitous computing net-work technique to the campus of university is the u-Campus. In this article, by suggesting u-Yuhan designing methods, more effective and advanced school activities of students to make possible.
