지금까지 굴욕적인 협상이라고 비난하던 사람들까지도 지난 실무협상에서 우리의 주장을 떳떳이 밝히고 한미간의 쌍무협상에서 WTO로 넘어가게 되었을 때는 박수를 친바 있었으나 이번 정부 조치는 너무 쉽게 무너진 것으로 정부 협상 태도에 실망을 금할 수 없다. 특히 국내 사정이 냉장육으로 유통되기 어려운 낙후된 환경에서 국민보건보다는 미국의 통상압력만을 생각해서 타협한 것은 납득하기 어려운 것이다.

With the spread of digital trade, the share of digital trade under the global trade environment is increasing. However, since there is no international digital trade standard, the discussion to establish a new trade rule has important significance. Countries around the world are implementing digital trade policies in consideration of their own interests, but different regulatory policies are causing trade conflicts. In order to provide safeguards against personal information infringement due to the free movement of data across borders, major countries around the world have taken measures to localize data, and the EU has enacted GDPR. And the United States regards the imposition of the digital tax as a trade barrier, and some countries oppose the implementation of the digital tax for fear of negative impact on their countries. However, discussions on the global digital tax, centered on the OECD and the G20 are making progress. As it is highly likely that a digital tax agreement will be drawn up within this year, countermeasures must also be prepared. Therefore, this study presents implications for the future direction of Korea's trade policy by examining recent trends in digital trade norms and analyzing major issues in digital trade.

무역거래의 패턴이 최근 크게 변화하고 있는데, 기존 무역거래방식에서 인터넷무역방식으로 그 비중이 확대되면서 인터넷 무역거래알선사이트에 관한 관심과 활용도가 점차 높아지고 있으며 특히 무역거래알선사이트의 구축 및 운영은 국내외의 무역 유관기관과 지방자치 단체, 대기업 종합무역상사 및 개별기업을 중심으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 실제 우리 나라 무역업체들의 사이트 이용 및 현황과 이용만족도 조사를 위해 설문조사를 한 결과, 현재까지 무역업체들이 가장 선호하는 사이트는 무역 유관기관이 운영하는 사이트들이다. 또한 실제 무역거래알선사이트를 이용한 결과와 관련하여 거래알선사이트 제공서비스에 대한 만족은 대상 업체 중 불과 17.9%의 낮은 수준으로서 이렇듯 낮은 만족도를 보이는데는 다음과 같은 문제점들이 있었다. 즉, 정보 인프라 측면에서의 관련정책의 분산, 보안 인프라의 우려, 오프라인 상의 결제 및 세금문제, 인터넷무역 관련 국제협력문제 등을 들 수 있으며, 무역업체의 측면에서는 전문인력의 부족, 최고경영자의 정보화 인프라에 대한 마인드 부족과 업체내의 웹 기반 환경 구축 미흡 등을 들 수 있다. 이상의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 활성화방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 거래정보 보호기술의 육성 둘째, 무역거래알선사이트의 적극적인 국내외 홍보 셋째, 무역거래알선사이트 관련 분쟁 신용조회 등의 통합관리 넷째, 사이트관련 온라인과 오프라인상의 제반환경 개선 및 국제거래 규약 개선 다섯째, 무역거래알선시스템의 효율성제고를 위한 전문인력 양성 및 교육훈련 강화 등이 절실히 요망되고 있다.

This study examines the effect of external environments such as technological change and competitive intensity on HQ-subsidiary cooperation. It was empirically tested by a Korean sample to verify the validity of the research framework. The empirical result confirms that external environments increase the odds of HQ-subsidiary cooperation. The result also indicates that technology change and HQ-subsidiary cooperation are related. The data support that firms facing a high rate of technology change stress the relationship between headquarters and foreign subsidiaries. The result also confirms that competitive intensity directly influences HQ-subsidiary cooperation.

'우수디자인(GD)상품선정제도'는 1985년부터 산업디자인진흥법 제6조에 의거하여 상품의 경제성, 사용성, 환경친화성, 심미성 등을 종합적으로 심사하여 디자인이 우수한 상품과 서비스에 GD마크를 부여하는 제도로, 산업통상자원부가 주최하고 한국디자인진흥원이 주관하고 있다. GD마크는 우수한 디자인 상품 개발을 장려하여 국가경쟁력을 확보하고 국민 삶의 질을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 선정하고 있다. 또한 창의 디자인강국 구현을 위해 세계적 인증가치를 구축하고, 유니버설디자인, 서비스디자인, 전통시장 산업단지 디자인을 고도화(우수디자인 선정 장려 등)함으로써 사회적 문제해결과 지속가능한 창조경제 실현에 그 의의가 있다. 올해 선정대상품목은 제품, 커뮤니케이션, 포장, 공간환경, 서비스 등의 부문에서 39개 항목으로 출품됐다. 포장 부문은 소비자제품, 식음료, 뷰티/헬스, 의료, 산업/B2B, 기타 포장 등 6개 항목으로 구성됐다. 올해 포장 부문에서는 플러긴스의 STONE JEJU CANDLE이 국무총리상을, 엘지전자(주)의 LG Sound 360 패키지가 산업통상자원부장관상을, 유씨엘(주)의 아꼬제, (주)퍼스트마켓의 코코스타 핸드모이스쳐 팩, (주)웰코스의 후르디아 크림이 조달청장상을, 일동홀딩스(주)의 그녀는 프로다, 삼성전자(주)의 삼성 모바일 액세서리 패키지 시리즈, 피치앤드의 피치앤드는 KIDP원장상을, (주)유니베라의 남양알로에 맥스피는 중소기업청장상 등을 수상했다. 다음에 우수디자인으로 선정된 포장부문 제품들을 살펴보도록 한다.

Environmental management systems offer a set of management tools and principles that can help integrate environmental concerns into daily business practices. Such systems have been in existence since the 1980's. This research identifies the firm's implementation of environmental management that is the most and least popular for managing the environmental management such as 3R's, EM, EMS, environmental awareness. This article investigates the differences of managing to environmental issues of firms between Korea and U.S. The research results suggest that the U.S. firms control of 3R's, EM and EMS better than Korea's, while Korean firms have higher environmental awareness than U.S. firms.

This paper focuses on establishing strategies to ensure entry to the Uzbekistan in the process of developing business opportunities and managing industry. The study provides initiatives to maintain industrial competitiveness as well as policy guidance for entry and management on the Uzbekistan's industry. The most prominent feature of Uzbekistan's industrial development policy during the past decade is that it has undertaken an integrated policy approach to development which brought about sustainable economic development. In this development process, trade policy, manpower development policy, and technology policy were well coordinated and complementary to industrial policy in the Uzbekistan. This paper attempts to analyze Uzbekistan's custom and system in terms of broad industrial policy concept through resource and economic environment of Uzbekistan and to derive some lessons of market evaluation and policy implication for Korean government and industrial line.
