The aim of this study was to suggest ways to improve the operation of the Incident Command System for an effective disaster response in the event of a major disaster. As a result of the study, at the 5% significance level, which affects the perception of the operation, the significant variables that influence the operation of the Incidence Command System were found to be securing the operating budget, cooperation of the related agencies, disaster resource support, and expert training. The relative influence of the variables on the operation of the Incident Command System was found to be in the order of expert training, cooperation of related organizations, disaster resource support, and securing of the operating budget.

In this thesis, a BPF(band-pass filter) at the center frequency of 2.14GHz, and bandwidth of 20MHz is designed and implemented using high Q dielectric resonators with ${\varepsilon}_r=38$. The DR(dielectric resonator) is resonated by $TE_{01{\delta}}$-mode and it has a hole in the center of DR. The BPF consists of 6-poles dielectric resonators and the characteristic of elliptic function is obtained by non-adjacent coupling. It has the average insertion loss of 0.97dB and the return loss over 25dB in its passband. In this thesis, the frequency selectivity is more improved by the coupling characteristics between non-adjacent resonators than that of dielectric resonator filters with a Chebyshev response.

A network of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) will be required to carry the traffics(CVR, VBR, UBR. ABR) generated by a wide range of services ATM services the Quality-of-Service (QoS) management of traffice sources and bandwidth. Besides efficiency and throughput, the security services are achieved in the traffic sent in ATM network. In this paper, the scheduler evaluate and the packets sent in ATM security group. The scheduler transmits the safty packet, drop the unsafty packet and evaluate mark packet as the requirement of the delay. In this paper, we propose the scheduling algorithm of mark packet which evaluates the packet. The suggested model performance of the firewall switch is estimate simulation in terms of the delay by computer.

A new species, Daphne jejudoensis M. Kim, has been named and described from Seonheul, Jejudo Province, Korea. Daphne jejudoensis shares several characteristics (white calyx colors, long calyx tube, evergreen leaves, leathery leaf textures, etc.) with its related species D. kiusiana, but it is distinct from D. kiusiana which has a hairy calyx tube and lobes, short calyx lobes, oblanceolate leaves (with acute apex), and a different distribution (coastal region in Geojedo Is.) by having a glabrous calyx tube and lobes, long calyx lobes, elliptic leaves (with acuminate apex), and by its distribution (inland region in Jejudo Is.).

본 연구는 오리육의 출하 일령에 따른 수율 및 물리적 특성, 지방산 조성의 변화 구명하고자 수행하였다. 지방산에서 Oleic acid(C18:1, n9)는 45일에서 70일령으로 증가함에 따라50.87에서 51.32%로 높아졌다. Docosahexaenoic acid(C22:6, n3, DHA)는 가슴 육에서는 전혀 검출되지 않았으나 다리 육에서 $0.13{\sim}0.28%$로 미량이 검출되었다. 육색에서 적색 도를 나타내는 $a^{\ast}$값은 가슴부위에서 $16.67{\sim}17.92$를 나타냈고 다리는 $15.81{\sim}17.15$로 나타나 가슴 및 다리육의 적색도가 비슷한 경향을 나타냈다. 가열 감량은 가슴 육에서 $26.37{\sim}28.79%$이고 다리 육은 $30.32{\sim}31.32%$로 다리 육에서 가열감량이 $2{\sim}4%$증가한 것으로 나타났다. 전단력에서는 45일령이 2.20, 70일령 2.84로 사육일령이 증가함에 따라 함께 증가하였다. 우리나라 오리고기의 평균치인 2.1kg의 부분 육별 수율은 통 다리가 14.1%, 통 날개 8.7%, 통 가슴 12.5%로 통 다리와 통 가슴의 비율이 거의 유사하게 나타났다.

From the cross Tongil$^2//IR833/IR1317$ glutinouse rice lines wx 126 were bred. Some of these lines were earlier than standard variety and later than glutinous check variety. Some of them yielded as much as standard variety and showed better resostances to blast, stripe deseases and smaller brown plant hopper than standard variety. It was sosscussed that, theough the vreedong procedure, following points were proved, 1)back-cross program in roce breeding was effocoent, 2)semi-dwarf plant type of "Tongil" has high yielding poteneoality and 3) the variety "Tongil" was a good for recurrent parent for back-cross program. back-cross program.

Textural changes of glutinous rice cakes during storage at $4^{\circ}C$ were evaluated by ${\beta}$-amylase digestibility and hardness. Some physical properties of starch including X-ray diffraction, swelling power, water holding capacity and gelatinization temperature were investigated. Changes in hardness were inversely related to the enzyme digestibility. The initial hardness for Tongil glutinous rice cake is much higher than that for Traditional one. Both parameters were changed rapidly during one and two days of storage for Tongil and Traditional glutinous rice cakes, respectively. These results implied that the differences in the strach structure might have significant influences on the texture of rice cakes. Sensory evalution revealed that hardness of the rice cakes was highly significant to the storage time and rice variety.

A miniaturized waveguide bandpass filter is designed by combining a corrugated lowpass structure and a highpass configuration based on the cut-off effect of waveguides. It is smaller than the conventional waveguide bandpass filter composed of half-wavelength resonators and has wider spurious free characteristics. Optimized design data for a seven-order waveguide bandpass filter with the symmetrical structure are given at the center frequency of 10 GHz with 800 MHz bandwidth. Measured bandwidth of the center frequency of 9.97 GHz is 840 MHz and measured insertion loss is 0.97dB, The length of the bandpass filter is 64.38mm. The first spurious response is produced at 26.1 GHz.

In this work, in order to realize a band pass filter with wide-band characteristics for mobile communications, 2 GHz band pass filter was designed using ring resonator with stub. The three stage wide-band BPF was designed and fabricated. For broadband design, the ring circumference was divided by 4 sections with 1/8 wavelength and 2 sections with 1/4 wavelength which have different line impedances. The characteristics of the proposed BPF were highly improved by using three stage ring resonator. The characteristic impedance values of each sections were obtained by Powell's least square algorithm where differentiations are not needed. The measured results showed a good agreement with the theoretical results as well as ADS simulation.

To find the substrate interacting site of the MCAT1, charged amino acid residues in the transmembrane domain were changed to opposite charged amino acids and studied the arginine uptake, gp70 binding, efflux and protein expression using the Xenopus oocyte expression method. Among the five mutants of MCAT1, the D403K showed the most interesting characteristics, which had normal gp70 binding but low arginine uptake function, that means the normal expression on the membrane but decreased transport function. All mutants except K211E showed decreased arginine efflux, and kinetic study showed decreased Vmax. Together, Clu(403) residue of MCAT1 may show the possible substrate interacting site in the transmembrane domain of MCAT1.
