한국식품연구원은 양계분야 최초로 닭고기 등급과 유해물질 잔류 등에 대한 검토를 통해 'KS 인증제'라는 등급제를 시작했다. 그 후로 시장은 각종 인증제도를 도입하였고, 올해는 농장에서도 HACCP 인증제를 시작하게 됐다. HACCP 인증제 원년인 올해, 육계농가 5(종계 포함), 산란계농가 4, 모두 9개 농가가 HACCP 인증을 받았다. 싱글벙글농장(대표 김유권)은 육계농장 중 HACCP 인증을 첫 번째로 받은 솔잎농장과 동시에 심사 신청을 했으나, 이틀에 한 번 행해지는 심사로 인해 조금 늦어져 2호 타이틀을 달게 됐다. 하지만 조금의 아쉬움도 없다고 한다. 1호니, 2호니 하는 것으로 경쟁을 할 생각이 없기 때문이다. 창간호를 맞아 이름처럼 유쾌한 '싱글벙글농장'을 다녀왔다.

최근의 코스웨어를 위한 환경은 멀티미디어 CD타이틀 제작에서 온라인 환경으로 이동해가면서 다중의 사용자가 동시 접속하여 양질의 교육을 받을 수 있는 클라이언트/서버 구조인 인터넷 환경으로 급변하고 있다. 본 코스웨어에서는 보다 현실감 있고 동적인 구현이 되도록 3차원 가상 공간의 세계를 제공하는 스크립트 언어인 VRML 2.0을 이용하여 각기 다른 학습자가 동일한 가상 역사 공간에 동시에 접속하여 학습자의 의도대로 가상 공간을 통한 역사 학습에 참여한 수 있도록 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 한국전자통신연구원 가상현실연구개발센터에서 개발한 MPEC-2 비트스트림 편집 시스템인 솔거(Solger)를 중심으로 기술하였다. 압축 영역인 비트스트림의 편집은 저장공간의 절약, 신속한 편집 및 비트스트림 화질의 열화를 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 컨텐트의 효율적인 이용을 위한 필수 기술인 디지털 컨텐트 비선형 편집 기술에 관련된 편집, 시각특수효과, 전환효과,MPEG-2codec, 음향효과, 영상합성, 타이틀링 등에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

다수의 사용자 요구에 의한 비디오 타이틀을 실시간으로 제공해야 하는 VOD 서비스는 서버/클라이언트 양쪽에서 서로의 상태를 제어하여 비디오 프레임을 송수신하는 메카니즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 VOD 서비스 구현의 일환으로 네트워크의 변화에 따라 동적으로 변하는 클라이언트의 버퍼 상태를 감시하여 서버에 제어신호를 발하고, 이에 따라 MPEG의 역 하이브리드 부호화로 프레임을 드로핑 전송하는 정책을 제시하여 최소한의 프레임 분실 및 파기를 방지하고자 한다.

컴퓨터 통신 서비스나 인터넷의 비약적인 발전으로 복잡해진 지식 체계에 따른 다양해진 정보를 신속 정확하게 이용할 수 있고, 전 세계의 모든 정보와 문화를 쉽게 접할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 모션캡쳐를 이용하여, 교육용 타이틀, 애니메이션 및 게임 등의 제작을 위한 멀티미디어 디지털 라이브러리를 구축하고, 여러 사용자들이 쉽고 빠르게 동영상 및 영화, CF, 게임 등에 응응함으로써, 다양한 디지털 컨텐츠 개발을 목적으로 한다.

This paper examines how Tsushima has used the Arirang festival as a place marketing apparently targeting at Korean tourists, which has been historically achieved at the Arirang festival though public-private activities. Tsushima has tried to advertise Tsushima city to Korean tourists, with methods including the 'Chosen Agency Parade' and the title of the Arirang festival, but due to the Dokdo problem, the people of Tsushima objected to holding the Arirang festival. Therefore, Tsushima city had a meeting to solve it, and it was agreed that they need not stop the festival nor change of the title of the Arirang festival for the regional development, but instead they decided that the title of Arirang festival is to be used as a subtitle from 2007. By deciding this, The residents of Tsushima are sometimes against the opinion of Tsushima government, but they have eagerly participated in everything from the operation of the festival to the performances themselves. In this sense, it is thought that the Arirang festival is utilized as a local identity and also a place marketing, and the process for the regional development strategy is organized by public-private actors together.

In recent days, the Non-Linear Editing is mainly used in the field of broadcasting. In comparison to conventional editing, Non-Linear Editing can immediately access the image of the desired position and facilitate the insertion and deletion of video frame. Furthermore, it directly apply a title and transition effect to video frame. Moreover, it has an advantage of preview and easy modification in title effect, transition and editing prior to export. However, students who learn Non-Linear Editing first time are not easy to learn it. In this paper, we propose a new learning model based on Reciprocal Peer Teaching (RPT), which helps NLE beginners to understand Non-Linear editing more clearly. We divide the students into two groups i.e. control group and experimental group. The control group students do not apply proposed method while experimental group performs evaluation over our model. Furthermore, we carry out the experiments, which include the overall average of the two groups, academic achievement of students with low grades, standard deviation, T-test and satisfaction surveys. The experimental group shows the superiority in performed experiments and higher satisfaction ratings than the control group.

This paper presents encrypted secret code recording system which can insert an unique manufacture ID code after complete disc process. First, we detect a memory block synchronizing signal which is SYNC. by using FPGA, then, design a recording pattern to write Multi Pulse. Finally, a method that any data is recorded in any place in any data area of optical disc by using a FPGA was proposed. Newly proposed method in this paper that any user records user data in protected data areas on digital video optical discs, can be very useful for effective software copy protection, and can be applicable to encrypted record on high density DVD in near future.
