  • 본 논문은 입 출차를 하는 주차타워의 원리를 바탕으로 NFC를 활용하여 신발을 반 출입하고, IoT 센서를 이용하여 신발의 관리를 편리하게 도와주는 자동 신발타워이다. 수동으로 번호를 입력하던 주차타워와는 다르게 제안한 신발타워는 NFC에 있는 고유ID값을 활용하여 인증된 사용자가 신발장의 센서 터치로 본인의 신발을 반 출입하도록 한다. 신발장 관리 시스템은 신발의 임의적인 반출을 가능하게 하며, IoT센서를 탑재하여 신발장 내부에 향균, 건조, 온도 조절 등의 효과를 탑재하여 신발의 관리를 편리하게 도와주는 기능들을 제공한다.

  • The objective of this study is to develope reasonably accurate prediction models to assess hoisting times of tower cranes in the high-rise building construction. The efficient use of the tower crane is critical to achieving the Planned floor cycle time. This research describes the derivation of mathematical models to predict the hoisting times in using a tower crane. 28 factors such as nature of load, characteristics of tower cranes, hoisting movements, operation of cranes, weather conditions and so on is considered to influence hoisting times. In order to develop the predicting hoisting times Correctly, it is divided hoisting upward and downward. Then multiple regression models for predicting supply and return hoisting times have been built up separately.

  • Poor expertise in equipment operation and installation, coupled with unpredictable natural disaster, usually directly leads to disastrous accidents of large lifting equipment such as tower cranes. For example, 52 tower cranes fell down due to the unstable support in Korea at the attack of Typhoon "Maemi" in 2003, which damaged property and caused loss of life. In high-rise construction projects, top-slewing or luffing-jib tower cranes needs checking the stability of lateral-support in addition to the bottom support such as the foundation. In this study, the optimization algorithm for lateral-support of tower cranes is conducted, which is expected to enhance the structural stability of tower cranes and save the cost in conflict with the safety.

  • 산업현장에서 사용되는 타워크레인의 전도 상황을 측정하기 위한 시스템은 현재 풍속계에 의존하고 있는데, 풍속계의 경우 타워크레인의 기울어짐을 정략적으로 측정할 수 없는 센서이기 때문에 정확한 상황 판단이 어렵고, 운전자나 관리자의 판단이 필요한 문제를 갖는다. 그래서 보다 정확한 정도를 측정하기 위해 타워크레인의 지브(jib) 휘어짐과 타워축의 휘어짐을 측정하여 정량적인 위험 상황을 경보 할 수 있는 전도 측정 장치가 필요하기 때문에 타워크레인의 좌/우 및 상/하 기울어짐에 대한 정량적인 측정이 가능한 기울기 센서를 이용한 센서 시스템을 구축하고, 타워크레인의 동작 위험성을 알리기 위한 경보 기법을 구축 했다.

  • 축구 경기장의 조명타워 설치는 경기자, 진행자, 관중, 방송관계자에게 최적의 조도를 제공하는데 중요한 요소가 된다. 그러나 시공현장에서 조명타워 설치시 KS규격과 FIFA기준을 만족하지 못하는 경우가 종종 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 이러한 문제점을 해결하여 최적의 조도분포를 확보하여 국내 축구경기장에 조명타워 설치시 많은 참고가 되었으면 한다.

  • 스마트폰 상에서 현재 연결되어 있는 셀 타워 아이디의 정보는 사용자에게 특화된 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초적인 정보로 활용이 가능하다. 셀 타워 아이디의 정보는 낮은 수준의 정확도의 위치정보를 얻을 수 있게 해주며 이러한 위치 정보의 계속적인 모니터링을 통해서 사용자의 생활 패턴가지도 유추가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 상에서 추가적인 에너지의 소모 없이 셀 타워 아이디를 지속적으로 모니터링 하는 방법을 구현 및 실험 하였다.

  • In this study, based on accident cases of manned and unmanned tower cranes, the types and causes of accidents were analyzed and tower crane accident prevention measures were proposed accordingly. As a result, 'lack of communication' was commonly analyzed as the biggest cause of accidents. Therefore, in this study, we investigated domestic and international systems and laws regarding signalmen responsible for communication between tower crane operators and workers and proposed the following three improvement methods. First, the signalman system must be legally and institutionally reestablished. Second, national agencies and private organizations with expertise should create standardized training manuals and distribute them to signalman educators, and create checklists to manage educators. Third, in the case of a site using a tower crane, the employer must mandatorily deploy a signalman with professional qualifications. Lastly, the results of this study are expected to highlight the differences in accident types and causes of manned and unmanned tower cranes and the need for legal and institutional improvement in the signal system.

  • This study presents an example of conceptual design for hollow circular section multi-column tower system subjected to 10MW level wind load by introducing a method based on member utilization that examine both structural stability and economical efficiency. The basic assumptions for the proto type of a multi-column tower that can replace a single-cylinder tower were suggested and structural models were constructed following the assumptions and analyzed for identifying member forces. Based on the calculated member strengths and acting loads, the member utilization of the proposed multi-column tower structures were calculated for axial force, shear, bending and torsion and evaluaed for suitability as a wind tower. Design parameters such as steel tube dimensions, slenderness ratio, and number of floors for braces was proposed in the acceptable range of member utilization for conceptual design of multi-column wind towers.

  • Recently the demand of constructing high-rised building grows larger. So it becomes more important to make an exact plan of a tower cranes which has an important position in high-rised building construction. Nevertheless businessmen of construction sites only depend on a great store of experience without a clear process of locating tower cranes. The object of this study is to set up the process model for locating tower cranes. The study went off through a study of related documents, an interview with some experts and a visiting of job sites. In result the study suggests a process model which has four steps of considering an establishing, disjointing, a radius of working, easy working. Case study was examined to estimate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed model. As a result, the model is proven to be a method to locate tower cranes quickly and cleary, and to operate properly as a decision-making tool.

An Experimental Study for Efficient Design Parameters of a Wind Power Tower (풍력타워의 효율적인 설계변수에 대한 실험적 연구)

  • Wind power tower (WPT) has been used to augment the performance of vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT). However, the performance of the WPT depends on several design parameters, such as inner and outer radius, or number of guide walls. Therefore, an experimental study was conducted to investigate efficient design parameters on the WPT. A wind tunnel was utilized and its test section dimension was 2m height and 2.2m width. One story model of the WPT was manufactured with seven guide walls and a VAWT was installed within the WPT. Three different sizes of guide walls were applied to test with various design parameters. The power coefficients were measured along the azimuthal direction in a state of equal inlet velocity in order to compare its performance relatively. The experimental results showed that the gap between the inner radius of the WPT and the rotating radius of the VAWT was a major parameter to improve the performance of VAWT within the WPT.
