This is a study to establish the feasibility in terms of the use of the J library, which will be built in Jurye-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan. Accordingly, this study conducted a community analysis and user survey to confirm the necessity of building a library and suggested directions for services that the library should provide in the future. To this end, a community analysis was conducted primarily on Sasang-gu, such as population distribution status, cultural institution status, and Sasang-gu vision. Afterwards, visitors to Sasang Library, Small Library, and Community Center were surveyed on the status of use of existing public libraries and the awareness of J Library to be built in the future. As a result of the survey, the necessity and intention to use J Library were found to be high, and the expectation for prompt provision of sufficient printed materials such as books and magazines was the highest. In the case of the desired space, the demand for 'open space' and 'small meeting space(family room)' was high, In the case of specialized services, there was a high demand for humanities, arts & music, movies, etc., but it was shown that they showed a general interest in various fields.

The purposes of this research were to review the validity and to investigated educational needs of the establishment for invention gifted school. And this study was conducted on the establishment plan through diagnosis necessity and validity of the establishment for invention gifted school. The methodes of this study were review, investigation researches, workshop, expert review for validity and a seminar. The results was as follows: First, the invention gifted school presented distinctive curriculum and instruction methods. The curriculum focus on engineering, technology, invention, problem solving, and STEM. And it presented scenario on the establishment of invention gifted school from the viewpoint of necessity and distinction. Second, the invention gifted school investigated high-level transition from demand of education of students and their parents. Third, the necessity level was higher than the validity and feasibility with expert assessment. But, before the establishment of the invention gifted school institute will review pre-requirements and hinder factors.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 IT의 눈부신 발전과 더불어 언제, 어디서나, 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 인터넷을 사용할 수 있도록 하는 사회적 요구가 구체화 되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 부응하고자 국내에서는 200km 이상의 빠른 속도로 이동 중에 있더라도 초고속인터넷이나 방송 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 위성/무선통신 연동 초고속인터넷 시스템기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같이 개발된 연동시스템을 국내 고속철도(KTX)에 적용하여 서비스를 제공할 때, 관련 시설투자에 대한 경제적 타당성을 검토하고자 한다. 경제성 분석을 위해 현재 유럽에서 이미 제공되고 있는 고속철도 인터넷 서비스를 조사하였고, 국내 고속철의 특성을 감안하여 필요시설과 장비의 항목별 비용분석을 수행하였다. 해외 사례와 비행기 등의 다른 운송수단에서 예상되는 수요 및 요금 수준에 근거하여 고속철도 인터넷서비스 매출을 시나리오별로 산정하였으며, 각각에 대한 순현재가와 수익률을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 하여 위성/무선통신 연동 시스템 기술 개발에 대한 경제적 타당성을 도출할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공 시 마케팅자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

현재 정부는 우리나라 물동량 증가에 따른 수도권 항만의 기능 재정립 및 신항만 입지를 선정하기 위한 조사·연구를 진행중이다. 본 연구에서는 현행 인천항의 항만 시스템과 신규항만 시스템에 대한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 모형을 개발하여 신항만 개발로 인한 선박대기시간의 감소 및 항만 체류 시간의 감소 등을 예측하였다. 이 결과는 신항만 개발의 경제적 타당성 분석에서 사용자 편익으로 활용될 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 모형은 ARENA를 이용하여 개발하였다. 수도권 항만 즉 인천항에서 처리되는 화물은 양곡을 비롯한 12개 품목이며, 각각의 화물은 5단계의 규모별로 나누어 선박의 도착간격 및 재항시간 분포 등을 1995년 인천항의 실제 자료를 토대로 추정하였다. 선박의 도착간격은 지수 분포로 나타났으며, 서비스시간은 삼각분포(Triangular Distribution)로 근사되었다. 화물량 예측치가 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2020년으로 되어 있고, 이에 따른 신항만 입지 및 규모가 결정됨에 따라 각 연도별로 신항만을 개발할 경우와 개발하지 않은 경우의 각각에 대한 연간 화물별 선박대기 시간 및 재항시간 등을 추정하였다.

A check list which includes the items that are to be considered in the process of the statistical data collection and analysis by non-scientific organizations is proposed. Based on the suggested check list, the output resulting from the statistical survey conducted by private organizations, banks, organs of expression and enterprises in Gwangju and Chonnam are examined about the validity of data collection and statistical analysis.

2018년 12월 20일부터 '제로페이' 시범 서비스를 시작했으며, 2019년 3월 이후 본격적으로 정식 서비스를 시작해 전국으로 확대한다는 방침이다. 이론적 배경으로부터 도출된 가설을 검정하기 위해서 제로페이 사용자를 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 채택하여 설문 조사를 진행할 예정이다. 실증분석에서는 제시된 가설들의 영향 관계를 분석하고 이전 측정항목의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하기 위해 신뢰성 분석 및 타당성 분석을 실시한다. 또한 각 변수들 사이의 판별타당성과 변수간의 방향의 정도를 확인하기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시하고, 경로모형과 가설을 검정한다. 본 연구를 통해 사용자들의 제로페이의 수용에 대한 결정요인을 보다 명확하게 이해할 수 있을 것이며, 관련 연구자나 실무자들은 물론 제로페이 서비스 기업들이 활용할 수 있는 마케팅 전략방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study investigated the environmental and economical assessment for sewage sludge treatment options including biogasification, incineration, carbonization, drying, and solidification. Additionally it is also investigated the economical feasibility of the current guidelines (Digestion efficiency for organic waste = 45 %, Moisture content of sludge = 95 and 93 %) and it aimed to suggest the scientific informations for a policy-making. For the economical feasibility the 30 plants with anaerobic digestion treatment and the 17 plants without anaerobic digestion treatment were investigated. The result of the comparison of sewage sludge treatment options showed that anaerobic digestion+incineration was the most economically feasible considering incineration and drying. For smaller treatment capacity, solidification was the most economically feasible considering carbonization and solidification and anaerobic digestion+carbonization was the most economically feasible considering carbonization and solidification.

Recently, domestically and abroad, programming education has become more important and this increase has been recognized. And it needs a certain criteria for a selection of programming tools because there are various educational programming tools coming out. Thus, we tried to develop a criteria on the selection of educational programming language for a novice programmer and K12 students and verify its validity. So we established 4 areas and 28 items for selection criteria on educational programming language. Additionally, we carried out delphi survey and analyze for validity verification on selection criteria established. As result of carrying out of these processes, we developed 4 areas of selection criteria. Finally we have chosen 19 selection criteria and excluded 9 criteria items which are not sufficient with validity criteria through delphi survey.

This study aimed to identify the factors of failure in cases where there was feasibility but was not successful in commercializing technology. For the study, 92 feasibility reports for new technologies were collected, and among these 4 studies that showed definite failure in commercialization of technology were analyzed in depth. Further analysis was based the factors pointed out by previous frameworks such as 1) discussion on success or failure in commercialization of technology, 2) that of venture company, and 3) valuation of technology studies. Previous studies pointed out success and failure factors as lack of funding, uncontrollable accidents, managing ability, inability for mass production and so forth, which had little difference to the pre-feasible evaluation of four cases. However, real reason was the lack of understanding technologies such as composition of technologies, production technologies required by stages, and lack of understanding of floor technologies. The misunderstandings were occurred regardless of CEO's experience and expertise. We did not touch the evaluation model of pre-feasibility studies, although we dealt with the failure of the pre-studies. The reason we do not generalize the results of this study is the fact that we dealt with only small cases.

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the evaluation criteria for gifted curriculum in visual arts. For this purpose, a draft of evaluation criteria for gifted curriculum in arts were first developed through literature review and opinions of experts in educational assessment, gifted education, visual art education. Then, the Delphi method was employed to validate the evaluation criteria. Delphi survey was carried out twice with 30 panelists consisting of experts in educational assessment, experts in gifted education, experts in arts(gifted) education and administrators in gifted education. Delphi survey was analyzed using the mean, content validity ratio, and the degree of consensus. Results were as followed. First, 58 evaluation criteria for gifted curriculum in arts were developed through literature review and expert opinions. The evaluation criteria included 12 context evaluation criteria, 25 input evaluation criteria, 12 process evaluation criteria, and 9 product evaluation criteria. Second, through the first and second Delphi survey, 2 evaluation criteria were not validated and finally were removed. The final evaluation criteria included 12 context evaluation criteria, 25 input evaluation criteria, 10 process evaluation criteria, and 9 product evaluation criteria. The evaluation criteria developed by this study can be used as a standard to establish the institution assessment system at the national level and evaluate institutions and programs.
