This study reports on the development of a metadata schema and an information retrieval system for the Food Education Digital Library project initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and Korea Food Education Network. The metadata schema developed using MODS describes various types of food & nutrition education materials and helps users discover and identify appropriate materials. The implemented information retrieval system supports various search options such as keyword and directory search as well as search for holdings of the library and linked materials.

정보통신기술의 급속한 발전으로 인해 인터넷은 사회 전분야를 변화시키고 있으며 다양하고 폭넓은 이용 행태에 따라 지금 이 순간에도 엄청난 데이터를 생산해 내고 있다. 대부분의 인터넷 데이터는 제한적인 활용 이외 단순 생성과 소멸을 반복해 왔으나 최근 들어 빅데이터(Big Data)라는 핵심 키워드의 부상으로 인터넷 데이터에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 과거에도 데이터 마이닝(Data Mining), 비즈니스 인텔리전스(Business Intelligence), 라이프 로그(Life Log) 등을 통해 데이터 기반의 부가가치를 창출하려는 노력은 시도되어 왔다. 그렇다면 왜 다시 빅데이터라는 이름으로 재부상 하고 있는 것일까? 이는 정보통신기술의 진화와 맞물려 새롭게 부상하고 있는 인터넷 글로벌 기업들이 지속적으로 생성되는 다양한 데이터들을 확보하고 그 속에서 숨겨진 가치를 찾고 인사이트(Insight)를 도출하려는 시도를 통해 데이터 보유와 활용이 새로운 경쟁력이 될 수 있음을 입증하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 시도들은 빅데이터를 다양한 분야에서 중요한 이슈로 자리매김하게 하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 과연 우리는 빅데이터 시대를 어떻게 리드하고 무엇에 집중하여야 할 것인가? 본 연구는 현재 뜨거운 감자로 부상한 빅데이터를 정의하고 빅데이터 시장분석, 사례분석, 정책분석을 통해 시사점을 도출하여 향후 다가올 빅데이터 시대의 국가경쟁력 확보를 위한 빅데이터 이니셔티브(Initiative)의 필요성과 중점 방향 등을 제언하고자 한다.

현재의 웹 검색은 단순히 키워드 매칭만을 수행하기 때문에 검색 결과가 사용자가 원하는 정보와는 의미적으로 상이한 결과들을 많이 포함하고 있다. 사용자가 원하는 정보와 의미적으로 정확히 일치하는 정보들을 추출하기 위해서는 웹 자원에 대한 정확한 의미 부여와 함께, 이를 파악하고 선택적으로 획득, 통합, 가공할 수 있는 온톨로지와 같은 시맨틱 웹 환경요소들이 필요하다. 웹 기술 표준화 단체인 W3C에서는 이와 같은 웹 자원에 대한 의미표현 기술로 OWL(Web Ontology Language)이라는 웹 온톨로지 표현 언어를 발표하였으나 아직 이를 효과적으로 저작, 편집할 수 있는 도구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 OWL을 기반으로 하여 온톨로지의 생성 및 편집을 효과적으로 제공할 수 있는 통합된 저작도구를 설계 및 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors in selecting the elective ICT utilization lecture and to find positive and negative elements of the lecture through conducting topic modeling analysis of text mining of the narrative lecture evaluation. In order to do so, from pre-processing of data, keyword frequency analysis to wordcloud visualization and topic modeling analysis have been conducted from 'reasons of selecting the lecture,' 'improvements to be made on the lecture,' and 'what I liked about the lecture' categories regarding the ICT utilization lecture which was opened in the second semester of 2019 at M University. The analysis results show that students mostly registered for the ICT utilization lecture at M University to obtain a certificate and the fact being certified and taking the lecture can be done simultaneously is a positive element of taking the lecture. On the other hand, negative element included inconvenience of the classroom setting environment.

Media Contents Recommendation Web Service (service name 'mobodra') is a web service that analyzes media types and genre tastes for each user and recommends content accordingly. Users select some of the works randomly provided on the web when signing up for membership and analyze their tastes based on this. Based on this analysis, preferred content for each user is recommended. In this paper, we implement a content recommendation algorithm through item-based collaborative filtering. When the user's activity data or preference is re-examined, the above process is executed again to update the user's taste.

본 논문에서는 대규모 언어모델의 검색 기반 답변 생성능력을 평가하는 새로운 한국어 벤치마크, KFREB(Korean Fictional Retrieval Evaluation Benchmark)를 제안한다. KFREB는 모델이 사전학습 되지 않은 허구의 정보를 바탕으로 검색 기반 답변 생성 능력을 평가함으로써, 기존의 대규모 언어모델이 사전학습에서 보았던 사실을 반영하여 생성하는 답변이 실제 검색 기반 답변 시스템에서의 능력을 제대로 평가할 수 없다는 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 제안된 KFREB는 검색기반 대규모 언어모델의 실제 서비스 케이스를 고려하여 장문 문서, 두 개의 정답을 포함한 골드 문서, 한 개의 골드 문서와 유사 방해 문서 키워드 유무, 그리고 문서 간 상호 참조를 요구하는 상호참조 멀티홉 리즈닝 경우 등에 대한 평가 케이스를 제공하며, 이를 통해 대규모 언어모델의 적절한 선택과 실제 서비스 활용에 대한 인사이트를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Social media environment has had a significant effect on 'power shift' over the world. Such change was due to the choice of smart people. Accordingly, the Smart Citizens Party PR strategies of $S^6M^2AR^3T^4$ should be formulated in accordance with times. Now, politicians or parties can gain a Specific, Simplicity, Sharing and Strong Synergy effect through Social Network Service (SNS). In addition, in order to embody Mighty, Measurable, and Achievable policies, policy-makers should formulate policies based on a Realistic basis, which can gain people's Reliability in every field Relevant to people's way of a happy life by giving them Time of equal opportunity and making them share the same vision and Target with Target segmentation for all sorts of people, Together. In this sense, twelve kinds of alternative words in The Smart Citizens Party PH strategies are suggested. The study suggests desirable direction of development and alternatives in regard to the trends of The Smart Citizens Party PR strategies. Alternatives that are given in this research paper will receive the people's choice because they are a dynamic force to execute 'mighty and powerful Korea'.

The purpose of this study is to predict future of wage-peak system by using text mining, futures wheel and polarity voting (+, -) techniques after reviewing a variety of documents. For this study, we collected articles, news articles, SNS(Twitter, Blog), research report documents. Above all, we extracted keywords for main subject words by utilizing text mining techniques. Next, we drew a final conclusion about future of wage-peak system by using futures wheel and polarity voting techniques. The result showed that future of wage peak system is positive. Two of five main topics were negatively predicted (favor/oppose of wage-peak system, solving task of wage-peak system), however, three of five main topics were positively predicted (background of wage-peak system, purpose/reason of wage-peak system, alternative wage-peak system). Therefore, because three of the five main topics were positively predicted, the future for wage-peak system is positive.

When people are shopping at a large shopping mall, they usually become to go around many stores for looking for better products and comparing them. In this paper, we design and implement a purchasing activity support system based on an Ambient Service Model that provides relevant stores information on map interface hierarchically through user contexts based search, to support such user's purchasing activities with the help of relevant information. In this system, users can search for relevant stores information through the system by Ambient Query which is created by their location and stores information with a mobile device. Then, users obtain relevant stores information provided in the form of hierarchy of keywords as a highly condensed summary and easily figure out the locations of the stores on a map interface. Moreover, users search additional other kinds of relevant stores information over the hierarchy of keywords. Eventually, users can obtain relevant stores information intuitively and conveniently without complex search processes. We implemented this system by integrating the subordinate technologies such as RFID, map-based, location-based and ontology technology. We also performed experiments on a well-known shopping region (Ilsan Lapesta shopping mall, Goyang-city Gyeonggi-do, Korea). Finally, we also confirmed that users' shopping activities were significantly improved by utility the present system.

The aim of this study was to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that applied herbal medicine to treat viral hepatitis B and C in order to determine the therapeutic efficacy of herbal medicine. EMBASE, Pubmed, NDSL, KMBASE, KISS, KISTI, Koreamed, Koreantk, and Oasis databases were searched to identify RCTs. The selected studies were assessed by the Cochrane group's risk of bias tool. A total of 15 RCTs were selected, and the hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA reduction was significantly higher in patients treated with herbal medicine combined with Western medicine than in patients treated with herbal medicine. Herbal medicine combined with Western medicine was also superior to Western medicine alone in achieving hepatitis B e-antigen (HBeAg) and alanine aminotransferase [ALT] reduction. Only herbal medicine alone was not superior to Western medicine treatments in achieving HBV DNA, HBeAg, and ALT reduction.
