정부는 규제를 통해 삶을 보호하고 보장해 주는 정부의 역할을 기대하는 국민의식을 반영하여 쾌적하고 안전한 생활에 불가피한 규제의 신설과 강화를 중점분야로 표명함으로써, 규제를 완화하는 것만이 능사가 아님을 명확히 하고 있다. 이에 따라, 이제는 규제가 국민의 건강과 생명을 보호하고 쾌적하고 안전한 삶을 보장하는 '공공서비스'로서 국민과 더 가까워질 것으로 기대된다.

This paper suggests a healthcare home service system based on the distributed object group framework that can not only provide healthcare application services using the information obtained from the physical healthcare sensors and devices, and but also monitor and control these services remotely. The distributed object group framework supports the object group service, the interaction service between object groups and the real-time service in order to execute the healthcare application. Here object group means the unit of logical grouped objects or healthcare sensors and devices for a service. Our suggested system consists of 3 layers. The first layer presents the physical sensors and devices for healthcare, as a physical layer. The second layer lays the distributed object group framework, and the third layer, the upper's one, implements healthcare applications based on lower layers. With healthcare applications providing for this system, we implemented the location tracking service, the health information service and the titrating environment service. Also the integrated executing results of these services can be monitored and controlled via remote desktop systems or PDAs.

Recently, a few studies on context information have been focused to collect phenomena data like a temperature and a humidity in indoor environments. The importance of the former is increasingly recognized with changing environments and increase of heat stress in building. In this paper we present an indoor comfort index framework based on GIS for supporting context information instead of phenomena data in environments. We also present method for supporting comfort index and context information based on GIS in outdoor environments.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of learning space Servicescape on the user satisfaction level and continuance intention and to identify moderating effect of the learning activity. The six Servicescape factors are selected after literature review and in-depth interviews; cleanliness, comfort, convenience, aesthetics, accessibility, and flexibility. The online survey is given to the university students at four-year private universities in Seoul metropolitan area. The result shows that among the learning space Servicescape factors, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and accessibility have a significant impact on the user's satisfaction and the user's satisfaction response determines the continuance intention to the learning space. It is also found that the factors of cleanliness and comfort have a negative moderating effect on user satisfaction. This study implies that the result provides methods to develop the space arrangement for university libraries that provide the better-support to students' learning experience.

The present study applies the servicescape concept in the domain of Natural Parks to examine the impact of a natural park's servicescape on visitors' perceived value, overall satisfaction, and behavior intention. The study's findings suggest that the components of Natural Parks' servicescape can be evaluated based on three factors; including facilities, convenience, and comfort, accessibility to the park, and facilities inside the park, such as parking lots, bathrooms, and resting areas, in addition to other facilities. The results also revealed that if visitors had a favorable impression of the park facilities, they would have a favorable impression on the value of the intangible experiences, and general satisfaction and behavior intentions would be positive. Particularly, visitors perceive time in the course of a visit to be valuable, which in turn influences the comfort servicescape factor, which suggests the importance of continuous effort from Natural Park management to ensure a clean and pleasant environment. The present study is the first time the concept of servicescape has been applied in the domain of Natural Parks. Follow-up studies are required to improve the reliability and generalization of the research results.

In this paper, we propose an efficient indoor environment management system which provides the environment management service in ubiquitous computing environment. It is designed to gather data from the user's environment and keep it pleasant with respect to indoor air quality regulation. In order to offer such service Ubiquitous Computing Environment used distributed framework based on the active model for its development and support, while supporting service integration and also we used service oriented architecture. In order to verify the performance of the environment management system, components showed operation while environment management service showed the result through GUI screen.

휴대용 단말기를 활용하는 위치 기반 서비스는 기존의 단순한 위치 정보 제공 및 분석에서 보다 개인화되고 지능화되고 있다. 이러한 모바일 추천 서비스는 이동 객체의 위치 정보 뿐만 아니라 객체의 주변 환경 정보도 고려하여 보다 쾌적한 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 위해, 시간에 따라 변화하는 이동 객체의 위치추적은 물론, 온도, 습도, 미세먼지, 등의 다양한 센서 데이터도 상황에 맞게 해석하고 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 다양한 센서 종류와 함께 수많은 센서 데이터를 해석하여, 전체적인 상황을 판단하기 위해서는 센서 데이터를 적절히 표현하는 데이터 모델의 활용이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 모바일 추천 서비스에서 환경 정보를 제공하기 위하여 활용한 경사 그리드 기반의 센서데이터 추상화 모델과 그 처리 방법을 기술한다. 추상화 모델은 경사 방향을 활용하여 간단하게 해당 지역의 데이터 경향을 나타낸다. 그리고 색인과 연산자를 활용한 처리방법을 통해 환경 정보를 제공하는 과정을 설명한다.
