  • By the progress of Information Technology, spatial data have been recognizes as one of essential infrastructure. Now for the near future needs of urban simulation, management, u-City construction, etc. MOCT(Ministry Of Construction & Transportation) have been driving to construct the 3D Geo-spatial Data as one of National Spatial Data Information on a base of 2D GIS(Geographic Information System). In this study we tried to analysis the demands and the optimum implementation method of 3D Geo-spatial Data in local governments. As the result of study, the plan to utilize 3D Geo-spatial Data and to carry out its utilization, and the advanced vision of 3D GIS in for the public affairs of Local Governments and private business scope were proposed.

  • This study was to explore the relationships between convention mobile applications, and convention participants' satisfaction and loyalty. Recently mobile applications by using smart-phone have been utilized to provide relevant information and contents, Similarly, convention industry utilize mobile application to provide convention program, speakers, and other information and contents, However, only few research has been conducted to investigate convention mobile application characteristics and benefits. This study provides the results of convention mobile application characteristics and its impacts on participants' satisfaction and loyalty. Among convention mobile application characteristics, conveniency and information are important factors to enhance convention participants' satisfaction and loyalty. More discussion and implication is provided in the conclusion section.

  • Offline English Zone refers to a physical environment in which the learners can check the results while they practice speaking and listening in English, and look up the vocabulary and information on their own. However, offline English zone is inevitably dependent on limited and artificial environment and its operation is greatly limited in having to provide an environment in which the students can spontaneously experience role play in an artificial space set in a small-scale English village consisting of shopping, restaurant, and hospital zones. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of the environmental restrictions in educational methodology utilizing offline English zone programs. Moreover, based on the ubiquitous concept. It is to provide a strategy for utilizing online English zone programs which utilize multimedia tools, wireless internet, and SNS.

  • This study is about a marketability analysis and commercialization methodology analysis system using big data, and a marketability analysis and commercialization methodology analysis system that can analyze the marketability of the product based on a content channel capable of viral marketing. The marketability analysis and commercialization methodology analysis system using big data according to this study analyzes the marketability of the products to be analyzed by analyzing the marketing content provided on the content channel, so it has the advantage of determining more accurate viral marketing effects on the products to be analyzed.

  • This study analyzed educational applications in smartphones with some criteria seeking to apply online learning characteristics to smartphones. For the analysis, 85 educational applications were selected and they were classified by types of educational contents, interactions, and the combination of the educational contents and interactions. As a result, drill-and-practice and tool types of contents ranked high, and there found to be few simulation and problem solving types. In regard to interaction types, almost all of the applications had interactions only between contents and learners, which meant little active communications when using applications. Therefore, enhanced interactions and communications among learners using the social network service platform were required in order to use educational applications in a more effective way.

  • Due to the proliferation of smart devices, worldwide market growth of e-book content steep, but the domestic market shows relatively low growth rate and small size. In this study, a distribution modeling of the e-book business as a way to solve the problem of the domestic market of disabled was carried out to analyze the Amazon.com and Apple's e-book content distribution structure of the active leader in the U.S. market. And we tried to suggest a solution by investigation and analysis of the college students's receptive attitude on the e-book content as the main target to enable the markets based on the interest for publication. In adoption attitude survey, mainly low-readability and lack of content problem were reasons not to accommodate. There is a need to improve the quantity and quality of content through with technological advances and market participation together. For more participation, we expect to take advantage of the results of this study to establish or improve the systematic distribution structure.

  • The digital content industry is growing rapidly with the popularity of online content and mobile devices. This study estimates the technical efficiency of the online digital content industry, and identifies factors that could be causing inefficiency. Unlike most previous studies, which adopted input-oriented or output-oriented DEA model, this study employs non-oriented DEA model in order to deal with both input surpluses and output shortfalls. The input variables for the empirical analysis are number of companies and number of workers. The total sales is used as the output variables. The empirical results show that the technical efficiency of the online digital content industry is relatively low mainly due to the scale efficiency rather than the pure technical efficiency. This implies that industry-specific policies should be implemented in order to improve technical efficiency as well as to strengthen technological innovation capability. Therefore, it is expected that the results obtained in this study can be used as a good reference for helping the online digital content industry enhance their competitiveness.

  • In this paper, the results of previous studies and surveys conducted in this study were compared and analyzed to find out how the actual condition of distance learning being conducted due to COVID-19 is changing. As a result, it was found that the'content-oriented class' is being used the most in the current online class, and teachers are spending a lot of time preparing for class. In addition, it was found that' providing appropriate contents as learning materials' is the first item to be supported for online classes. Therefore, in order to improve online classes in the future, it is needed that learning materials that can be used to create class content should be provided to teachers sufficiently. Also, IT equipment and network expansion and the training of teachers for distance learning should be provided.

  • In this study, the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the content components of remote graduate students was conducted. To this end, an online survey of 221 remote graduate students at J University obtained the following results. First, the importance of content components by area was in the order of learning content, interaction, teaching-learning strategy, and evaluation, and the degree of execution was in the order of teaching-learning strategy, interaction, evaluation, and learning content. Second, it was found that there were significant differences between importance and performance in the four areas of content components: learning content, teaching-learning strategy, interaction, and evaluation. The importance-execution analysis (IPA) was conducted in two dimensions: region-specific and item-specific, and the results are as follows. The learning content was found to be the maintenance area, the teaching-learning strategy and interaction were the key improvement areas, and the evaluation area was the overinvestment area. The results of this study can be used as basic data to diagnose the present of remote graduate school content and to gauge what needs to be improved in the future based on it.

  • Convergence technology stimulating participation sharing openness to the public of web 2.0 such as Open-API, Mash-Up, Syndication gives diversity to education field. The convergence in education field means the revolution toward education 2.0 and new education reflecting web 2.0 stream is called 'education 2.0'. Education environment can be the space of social network intimately linked between learners, educators and educational organization. Network technology developed in ontology language makes it possible to educate semantically which understands privatized education service and connection. Especially, filtering system by the reputation system of Amazon and the collective intelligence of Wikipedia are the best samples. Education area can adopt actively because learners as educational main body can broaden their role of participation and communicate bilaterally in the equal position. In this paper, new network architecture in contents linkage is introduced and researched for utilization and analysis of the architecture for web 2.0 technology and educational contents are to be converged. Education 2.0 service utilizing convergence technology and network architecture for realizing education 2.0 is introduced and analyzed so that the research could be a preceding research to the education 2.0 platform foundation.
