This study demonstrated the relationship between members' perception of meaning of work and turnover intention and analyzed the moderating effect of work-family promotion efforts. To this end, data were obtained through a survey of 143 SME workers in Busan, and the results were used for analysis. As a result of the study, first, it was possible to confirm a negative (-) relationship with turnover intention when members in the organization positively perceived the meaning and value of their work. In addition, it was confirmed that efforts to promote work-family within the organization showed a moderating effect in this process. Based on these results, the following implications were derived. First, SMEs operate somewhat insufficient treatment and welfare systems compared to large companies, so they should pay more attention to the design and operation of various personnel systems so that they can recognize the organization's growth potential and technical advantage and meaning of work. In particular, in the case of rapidly growing SMEs, institutional support for work-family promotion may be insufficient, and the importance of introducing and operating a system to further revitalize it was suggested.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing sleep quality of nursing students, focusing on depression, smartphone usage before sleep, and academic score. Among nursing students in the 3rd and 4th grades of two universities, 196 subjects were randomly selected. Data were collected from April to July 2021 using tool of sleep quality(PSQI-K), depression(Korean BDI-II), and smartphone usage before sleep, and the effect on sleep quality was analyzed through Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. As a result of the study, two factors, depression and smartphone usage before sleep, had 39.0% explanatory power for the sleep quality of nursing students, and were statistically significant. That is, the higher the depression level and the more frequent smartphone usage before sleep, the worse the sleep quality level. However, academic score was not a significant variable. In conclusion, in order to improve the sleep quality of nursing students, it is necessary to reduce the pattern of sleep disorders related to depression and to correct the lifestyle by reducing smartphone usage before sleep.

The research results can be summarized in two ways. First, it was confirmed that the provision of public care services for elementary school children had a statistically significant effect on the reduction of children's participation in private education. Second, it was confirmed that the provision of the services had a statistically significant effect on the reduction of children's private education expenses regardless of the mother's economic activity status. Based on this, this study drew the following policy and practical suggestions. First, it is necessary to expand the provision of the services in order to reduce the burden of childrearing of 'working mothers' raising elementary school children. Second, it is necessary to improve quality of the services. To do this, policy-wise, integrated management of services and improvement of treatment of service providers must be made. In the field, it is necessary to improve quality of the services by providing worker education and supervision.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between learning motivation, learning strategies and Korean proficiency. Therefore, this study conducted a learning motivation and learning strategies survey on 101 learners of Korean language from Korean and Chinese universities who obtained a middle and high-level on the Test of Proficiency in Korean. A frequency analysis and correlation analysis was conducted on these students using the SPSS 28.0 program. As a result of the study, it was found that the motivation for learning Korean in Chinese learners was high in the order of integrated motivation and instrumental motivation. The frequency of using metacognitive strategies was the highest. There was no difference in learning motivation corresponding to Korean language proficiency, but there was a correlation in the use of social strategies for learners in levels 3, 4 and 5. Based on these research results, I proposed a teaching and learning method for Chinese learners. Further research should be conducted by comparing the learning motives and learning strategies of learners in the beginner-level group and learners in the middle and high-level group.

In the 21st general election held in April 15, 2020, the importance of social media as an election campaigning tool became more prominent when engaged with Corona 19. Therefore, in this study, various studies were conducted to establish SNS strategy as an election campaign tool. This study analyzed the contents of SNS (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) activities as an election campaign tool to analyze messages on social media messages of candidates Lee Nak-yeon and candidate Hwang Kyo-an of Jongno-gu, Seoul during the 2020 21st National Assembly election. Data collection mainly analyzed posts from each candidate's official account, and the research method used text analysis using the R program. Word cloud, comparative analysis, q-graph analysis, LDA, and STM analysis were used during text analysis. In addition, the analysis result was confirmed to be statistically significant through correlation analysis. As a result of research, candidate Lee Nak-yeon's election includes corona, people, problems, crisis, suffering, and wisdom, which indicates that the crisis caused by corona must be overcome through any means possible. On the other hand, candidate Hwang Kyo-an's election includes Moon Jae-in, the regime, save, the fatherland, the judge, and the economy. And from the perspective of political publicity, candidate Lee Nak-yeon made a lot of acclaims, while candidate Hwang Kyo-an made a lot of attacks, and both themes emphasized the policy rather than the image.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiences of teachers who participated in the development of online science class videos in the context of covid-19, their perception of online science class, and the characteristics of the online science class content developed by teachers. A survey and interviews were conducted with ten elementary school teachers who made online science class videos themselves. Also the characteristics of the online science class were investigated by analyzing the online science class video produced by the participants. As a result, participants in the study recognized the lack of production time, difficulty in filming and editing, concerns over misconceptions, the problem of solving copyrights for existing materials, and the burden of external disclosure. Although it was a teacher who had experience producing online science class video contents, no research participants actively answered the merits of online science class. On the other hand, the study participants cited that the shortcomings of online science classes were that students had fewer opportunities for inquiry and lack of communication or interaction. In particular, these shortcomings were thought to have a great influence on the quality of online science classes, especially in making inquiry classes difficult. Some teachers took a negative view that online science classes could not completely replace face-to-face classes. However, if multiple teachers are presented with supplementary teaching activities that complement the content-based online teaching method, the method of combining online science classes and face-to-face classes is not. Through the analysis of the contents of the online science class, the introduction and arrangement steps of the online science class were similar to the process of the face-to-face science class, but the inquiry step and the conceptual explanation step showed a big difference from the face-to-face science class.

The utilization and integration of different reading technologies has increased exponentially in recent years with no limits in the foreseeable future. This is no surprise, as the versatility of new technology devices makes information accessible at any minute of any day anywhere in the world. The possible reading uses for such devices are immeasurable, and have already seen widespread usage by readers all over the country. While these statements are more or less obvious, more research must be conducted to discover which means are the most effective and why. This study aims to provide a basic framework for analyzing the organization and quality of mobile application devices for reading comprehension purposes. The study also hopes to highlight and/or clarify more effective reading means with differing technologies.

Virtual reality contents can contribute to students' experience in teaching and learning activities, and teachers and students are increasingly interested in using virtual reality in educational settings. For this purpose, We have developed a curriculum designed to teach pre-service teachers Cospaces at the College of Education and analyzed the influence of learners on learning motivation. For the evaluation of this study, a pre- and post-questionnaire was conducted and analyzed. As a result, attention and confidence of learning motivation differ according to gender, and new technology and achievement affect learning motivation.

인간의 생각, 혹은 행동이나 경험을 통한 지식을 포함해서 데이터나 정보는 예술과 문화 영역에 새로운 관점을 일으키는 시각적 표현과 미디어 사이의 소통을 위한 수단이 되고 있다. 정보 와 데이터를 시각화 하는 방법은 예술의 형태를 통하여 다양하게 전개되어 왔다. 최근 예술에서 뉴미디어와 상호작용 기술의 적용은 다양한 데이터나 정보 수집을 통해 미적 표현의 가능성을 확장하거나, 관객이 작품에 능동적이고 직접적으로 참여할 수 있는 몰입 시청각 환경을 제공하며, 또한 직관적인 정보 시각화를 사용하여 상호작용적인 입체적 가상환경의 시공간 개념을 확장한다. 그러므로 관객은 수동적 수용자라기보다는 작품의 환경을 변화시키는 능동적 역할을 할 수 있다. 예술 및 디자인 영역에서 예술가의 뉴미디어 활용은 정보를 정적인 시각화 방법에서 디지털 기반 이미지 처리와 사용자 생성 시각화 방법으로 더욱 상호작용적이고 역동적인 표현으로 변형하고 있다. 미디어아트에서 시각화의 목적은 관객이나 사용자가 예술 작품에 존재하는 정보나 데이터 기반 콘텐츠를 더 쉽고 빠르게 이해하고 상호반응하도록 돕는 것이다. 본 연구는 미디어아트에서 정보나 데이터 시각화를 사용하여 작품과 관객 사이의 상호작용적 소통을 유발하는 다양한 시각적 표현 방법을 알아보기 위하여, 최근 미디어아트 사례들을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 분석 내용은 관객이 참여할 수 있는 시청각 설치 환경을 구성하는 다양한 상호작용 디자인 방법들을 작품에 적용함으로써 데이터나 정보를 시각화하는 방법, 예술 작품의 구성 요소로서 미적 표현들 생성에 관한 해석, 그리고 미디어아트를 완성하기 위한 실질적인 요인으로서 미디어아트와 관객 간의 상호작용적인 소통이 이루어지는 방법들을 포함한다. 이러한 분석들은 새로운 상호작용 시각 표현의 가능성을 제공하며, 관객이 최근 미디어아트를 미적 예술형식으로 이해하도록 도울 것이다.

With the development of fourth industrial revolution-related technology and increased demands for non-face-to-face services, VR games attract attention. This study collected VR game review data from an online game platform STEAM and analyzed chronical trends using text mining and word cloud analysis. According to the results, experience and perceived cost were major trends from 2016 to 2017, increased demands for FPS and rhythm games were from 2018 to 2019, and story and immersion were from 2020 to 2021. It aims to contribute to expanding the base of VR games by identifying the keywords VR users take interest in by period.
