  • 무선 인터넷에서는 원격지 이동, 근무자의 근무지원, 무선 상거래로 그 초점이 맞추어지면서 당연히 현재 무선인터넷의 보안도 트랜잭션(transaction) 보안을 시발점으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 무선인터넷에서 가장 화두가 되고 있는 WPKI(Wireless Public Key Infrastructure)를 이용한 단대단(End-to-End) 시스템과 MVPN(Mobile Virtual Private Network)을 분석하고, 현재 국내에서 무선인터넷 서비스를 하고 있는 이동통신 사업자의 네트워크 환경을 분석하여, 우선적으로 이동통신망을 이용한 무선 인터넷에서의 보안 시스템에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 그리고 이동전화사업자와 단말기 업체들에 이어 종합 포털(portal)들도 호환성이 강점인 자바 기반의 ‘J2ME(Jave 2 Micro Edition)’을 사용하여 무선인터넷 플랫폼 최적화 움직임이 가속화되고 있는 추세에 맞추어, 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 서비스 방식 중 콘텐츠 프로그램의 서버 보관 등 타사 플랫폼과는 차별화된 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 이용자들에게 한층 더 향상된 무선인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 하는 J2ME 서비스를 기초로 한 단대단간의 보안 역할을 하는 중계보안시스템에 대해 논의하고자 하며, 향후 그 모듈의 일환으로 무선 암호 메시지 전송의 구현을 통하여 이를 현실화하고자 한다.

  • CAS (Conditional Access System) is a content protection solution that restricts access to the system according to user's standing and only authorized users can access the content in a pay-TV system. DCAS (Downloadable Conditional Access System) can download CAS client which is a software implemented via network. In recent years, research and development has been carried out on DCAS to solve the problems of compatibility among heterogeneous devices and internetworking with other services. In this paper, we propose key generation and management scheme for efficient interoperability among different DCASs based on PBC (Pairing Based Cryptography).

Hierarchical Service Binding and Resource Allocation Design for Context-based IoT Service in MEC Networks (상황인지 기반 IoT-MEC 서비스를 위한 계층적 서비스 바인딩 및 자원관리 구조 설계)

  • In this paper, we presents a new service binding and resource management model for context based services in mobile edge computing (MEC) networks. The proposed control is composed of two layers: MEC service bindng control layer (MCL) and user context control layer (UCL). The MCL manages service binding construction, resource allocation, and service policy construction from a system point of view; and the UCL manages real-time service adaptation using meta-objects. Through simulations, we confirmed that the proposed control offers enhanced throughput and content transfer time when it is compared to the legacy computing and control models. The proposed control model can be employed as a key component for the context based various internet-of-things (IoT) services in MEC environments.

  • The usage increase of digital contents required solution for protection technology and interoperability of system. MPEG proposed MPEG-21 Multimedia Frameworks. MPEG-21 IPMP is standard that provides the means to enable digital item and rights information to be persistently managed and protected across networks and devices. In this paper, MPEG-21 IPMP based system to protect digital contents designed by four structures of license server, production server, consumption server, tool sewer. License sewer create rights information document using the XML-based REL about multimedia contents of users. Production server makes a digital item by packaging multimedia resource and metadata, which is combined by REL information and IPMP information of multimedia resource. Consumption server takes care of the functions of players that use digital item, and tool server was implement to transmit for missing tool that night occur in all procedures.

  • Recently the more convenient services are provided to people in the city in line with the change of city paradigm and the recent development of ubiquitous. For example, Information on bus arrivals an effective advertisement the combination of high technology and departures through smart-phones. However, in respect of the mobile advertisement, because of difficulties such as the means of transferring the mass storage data or the burden of communication charges. there need means to improve such difficulties. This study has been conducted aiming to overcome such difficulties. This study suggests the strategic differentiation plan through the analysis of the media characteristics such as real time service information when in traveling, U-Bus business model in the category of mobile advertisement, etc. and also the concrete system establishment plan from the operation center via network to the delivery of the advertisement through vehicle terminals. In respect that this study suggests the implications as a practical business model through the fusion of high technology and diverse media. It has great significance.

  • As structures' long term performances and users' safety have been highlighted, a new maintenance technique using IT has drawn attention around the globe. Therefore, throughout the paper, by analyzing bridge's static and dynamic data using wireless measuring sensor, a "real time smart bridge monitoring system" has developed. Smart bridge monitoring system is consists of three main parts a sensor that can measure major members' movement, a wireless system that informs the data from the sensor, and the database system that analysis the data. In order to test the performance of the system, five different were placed on the Olympic Bridge, Seoul. The power system of the sensors was replaced by self-sustain solar energy system. In order to validate data from the real time smart bridge monitoring system, the data was collected for a week from both wireless system and the wired system and the two data were compared to see the relevance.

  • Caching popular videos in the storage of base stations is an efficient method to reduce the transmission latency. This paper proposes an incentive proactive cache mechanism in the wireless network to motivate the content providers (CPs) to participate in the caching procedure. The system consists of one/many Infrastructure Provider (InP) and many CPs. The InP aims to define the price it charges the CPs to maximize its revenue while the CPs compete to determine the number of files they cache at the InP's base stations (BSs). We conceive this system within the framework of Stackelberg game where InP is considered as the leader and CPs are the followers. By using backward induction, we show closed form of the amount of cache space that each CP renting on each base station and then solve the optimization problem to calculate the price that InP leases each CP. This is different from the existing works in that we consider the non-uniform pricing scheme. The numerical results show that InP's profit in the proposed scheme is higher than in the uniform pricing.

  • In this paper, we designed the open service platform based on integrated type of individual customized service and intelligent information technology with individual's complex attributes and requests. First, the data collection phase is proceed quickly and accurately to repeat extraction, transformation and loading. The generated data from extraction-transformation-loading process module is stored in the distributed data system. The data analysis phase is generated a variety of patterns that used the analysis algorithm in the field. The data processing phase is used distributed parallel processing to improve performance. The data providing should operate independently on device-specific management platform. It provides a type of the Open API.

  • Recently, the distribution and using of the digital multimedia contents are easy by developing the internet application program and related technology. However, the digital signal is easily duplicated and the duplicates have the same quality compare with original digital signal. To solve this problem, there is the multimedia fingerprint which is studied for the protection of copyright. Fingerprinting scheme is a technique which supports copyright protection to track redistributers of electronic information using cryptographic techniques. Only regular user can know the inserted fingerprint data in fingerprinting schemes differ from a symmetric/asymmetric scheme and the scheme guarantee an anonymous before re-contributed data. In this paper, we present a new scheme which is the detection of colluded multimedia fingerprint by neural network. This proposed scheme is consists of the anti-collusion code generation and the neural network for the error correction.

An Efficient Multicasting Algorithm and Its Performance Evaluation in Multistage Interconnection Networks (다단계 상호연결망에서 효율적인 멀티캐스팅 알고리즘과 성능 평가)

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient multicasting algorithm in multistage interconnection networks (MIN's) employing the region encoding scheme. The proposed algorithm uses the recursive scheme to recycle a multicast message at most two times through MIN, in order to send it to its desired destinations. It is composed of two recycling phases which are the copying phase and the routing phase of the multicast message. In the first phase, a source sends the message to a region that contains the largest number of destination regions, and destinations in these regions receive and store the message in this phase. The remaining destinations can finally receive the message in the second phase. This method of the algorithm can improve its performance by reducing the delay of message and the volume of traffic. Moreover, we evaluate the performance of our algorithm in terms of the average number of recycling and the number of internal links used per destination, comparing with the previously proposed algorithm.
