A Role-Performer Bipartite Matrix Generation Algorithm for Human Resource Affiliations (인적 자원 소속성 분석을 위한 역할-수행자 이분 행렬 생성 알고리즘)

  • In this paper we propose an algorithm for generating role-performer bipartite matrix for analyzing BPM-based human resource affiliations. Firstly, the proposed algorithm conducts the extraction of role-performer affiliation relationships from ICN(Infromation Contorl Net) based business process models. Then, the role-performer bipartite matrix is constructed in the final step of the algorithm. Conclusively, the bipartite matrix generated through the proposed algorithm ought to be used as the fundamental data structure for discovering the role-performer affiliation networking knowledge, and by using a variety of social network analysis techniques it enables us to acquire valuable analysis results about BPM-based human resource affiliations.

  • The Service Oriented Architecture has been adopted to be able to handle various types of user requirement flexibly. This concept supports to identify service units, organize that units and integrate them to make a software system. In this paper, we introduce SOA to improve legacy system for reducing duplicated functions and relax the difficulties of maintenance. We try to analyze function flow of warehouse management system and reorganize it to reduce duplicated implementation. Also the system architecture is tried to improve considering connection with other ERP systems.

  • 서비스화(servitization)와 공유경제 패러다임이 확산되면서 서비스 산업에서도 IT기술을 융합시킨 다양한 형태의 새로운 비즈니스가 성공적으로 정착되고 있다. 특히 대중교통 서비스 산업에서 우버(Uber) 택시는 IT기술과 공유경제 개념을 절묘하게 접목시킨 새로운 차원의 성공적인 공유택시 비즈니스 모델로 자리매김하였고, IT기술을 적용한 교통예약 소프트웨어는 공유택시의 차별적 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 공유택시 예약 프로그램은 택시이용자에게 신속하고 편리함을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 에너지 절약, 교통체증으로 인한 스트레스 완화 등의 많은 사회적 혜택과 이익을 제공하고 있기 때문에, 여러 분야에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 중국에서는 보다 진보된 공유택시 예약 프로그램이 공유택시에 접목되면서 공유택시 이용객이 급히 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 공유택시 차별화에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 소프트웨어 시장의 경쟁도 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나, 이용객을 대상으로 강력범죄 발생빈도 증가와 이로 인한 부정적인 여론의 급속한 확산은 공유택시 산업발전에 심각한 방해요인이 되고 있지만, 근본적인 해결방법에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유택시 예약 프로그램에 이용객의 안전을 위한 컨텐츠 개발과 적용을 통해 공유택시 이용객의 불안해소와 공유택시 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 중국현지의 공유택시 이용객을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행할 계획이며, 고객여정맵(CJM)과 Kano 분석을 통해 결과와 시사점을 도출할 계획이다.

Characteristics of Fashion Contents of Domestic Male Fashion YouTubers (국내 남성 패션 유튜버 및 패션 콘텐츠 특성 연구)

  • This study analyzed characteristics of domestic male fashion YouTubers and fashion contents in accordance with the need to analyze various content demands and testes of male consumers in the fashion industry. Using literature research and fashion expert evaluation, characteristic factors of fashion YouTubers were derived and the popular content of fashion YouTubers was classified by subject to analyze contents according to characteristics of YouTubers. Based on literature research, ten representative male fashion YouTubers were evaluated by fashion experts. Characteristics of male fashion contents in Korea were derived from attractiveness-friendliness, friendliness, professionalism-friendliness, and expertise. Contents of male fashion YouTubers were mainly composed of styling contents that could feed back daily looks, fashion-related information contents, and Vlogs. They mainly dealt with daily fashion coordination evaluation made by YouTubers. Based on the proportion of fashion information easily accessed by ordinary men through single fashion item's recommendations, shopping know-how or styling tip was mainly dealt with. This study was significant in that it analyzed characteristics and contents of male fashion YouTubers according to the need to analyze various content demands and tastes of male consumers who have recently emerged as an important consumer group in the fashion industry.

  • Linking between a virtual space and a physical space, ubiquitous computing is expected to create new business value. So far, however, there is no broadly accepted methodology to develop the services based on ubiquitous computing technology. Hence, this study aims to seek a systematic methodology for developing new services based on the concept of business model and to apply this in the areas of waste management practices. In addition, based on the evaluation of u-business services in waste management domain, killer services were selected, and then linked with the latest ubiquitous computing technologies. The results of this study are to be applicable to an environment friendly ubiquitous service model of u-City.

  • With the widespread adoption of blockchain in the field of business, the importance of confidentiality of critical information has been emerging. Although blockchain models solve the security problem regarding integrity threat by sharing transactions and making them public, it is vulnerable in terms of confidentiality. Therefore, a security mechanism to provide confidentiality of critical information and private information of a firm is necessary to utilize block chain in the process of work. In order to solve the problem, we suggest Private blockchain based cryptographic protocol application model using Smart contract commitment scheme of the Ethereum. It can contribute to activation of blockchain services by enabling non-trusted participants to perform businesses through application of smart contract enhanced in terms of confidentiality and integrity to private blockchain.

Reconstruction of Standard Electronic Tax Invoices in XBRL (XBRL을 사용한 표준 전자세금계산서의 재구성)

  • Standard electronic tax invoice is a document standard for electronically exchanging tax invoices, which have been used in the form of paper for proofing business transactions. This standard focuses on the aspect of exchanging electronic documents between businesses and between businesses and NTS(National Tax Service), so it is limited in expressing semantics and contexts of financial information explicitly and economically for reusing them after their exchanges. Above all, it is needed to consider that they can be employed to various applications of businesses including financial reporting and auditing because they contain basic financial information about taxes and that they are reported to NTS. In this perspective, this paper compares and analyzes how to compose standard electronic tax invoice documents in XBRL with concrete examples, focused on the expressability and applicability, and discusses the possibility of XBRL-based standard electronic tax invoices.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a cost effective usability test model for business web site development. In this study, we present a usability test model that combines Concurrent Think Aloud, performance measurement, coaching method, and remote test method. Testing target was the consortium website of electronic information joint licensing. Test participants were actual users selected by their task roles and proficiency in different levels. We improved the system by reflecting the results of user test analysis and re-tested usability test again. The result showed that usability of all participants was improved in the aspect of the time required and the complexity of mouse trajectory. It is expected that the usability test model presented in this study can be used to cost-effectively evaluate and analyze business web sites. We suggest that research various usability test model considering the characteristics of websites.

Comparison of News Frames between National Newspapers and Local Newspapers about Selecting a Site of National Project (국책사업입지선정 관련 중앙·지역신문 간 기사프레임 비교)

  • This study is an analysis of how national newspapers and local newspapers frame news contents over selecting of the site of International science-business belt. The results of analysis are as follows. First, in national newspapers, 'incompetent government frame' to criticize inconsistent policies and 'relapse prevention frame' were most commonly found. Second, newspapers in the region chosen as the site of an International Science-business belt and newspapers in the region not chosen showed a severe contrast in news frames. Most of news frames in the region chosen as the site of an International science-business belt were 'development frame' and 'performance frame'. On the other hand, newspapers in the region not chosen produced 'incompetent government frame' and 'protest frame' more than others. Finally, local newspapers in the area not related with the site of an International Science-business belt did not even deal with such an articles. These results show that to win large-scale national projects such as PIMFI facilities, local governments have been too much competitive and connected to a conflict.

The Characteristics of Sports Marketing Activities Conducted by Full-Service Advertising Agencies in Korea (한국 종합광고회사의 스포츠마케팅 특징)

  • This study aims to understand the characteristics of sports marketing businesses of the 10 largest advertising agencies which lead the advertising market in Korea. To do that, the present author has investigated into the traits of the advertising market in Korea and how the characteristics are connected to sports businesses of the advertising agencies, with a focus on the current condition of sport marketing businesses of the agencies. The sports marketing business of the 10 largest advertising agencies in Korea was described by the fact that they did not create profits through sports business but just conducted their sports marketing activities mainly related to the sponsorship and event planning for communicating their parent companies. Such the characteristics of the advertising agencies is attributed to their nature that they are in-house agencies of large companies. The agencies engage in a variety of sports promotion sectors aligned with the intended business directions of their sponsors, however they are encountering considerable challenges in the aspect of sports business focused on property.
