  • 이 연구에서는 심리적 탈진이 직무만족 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 회귀분석에서는 심리적 탈진과 직무만족 및 의직의도 사이에 유의미한 관계가 나타났으며, 상관관계 분석에서는 심리적 탈진과 직무만족은 부적인 상관관계가 나타났고, 심리적 탈진과 이직의도는 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다.

  • 이 연구는 경찰공무원의 직무교육이 직무만족, 직무성과에 미치는 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2012년 경찰교육원 교육과정 중 경비관련 직무 5개 과정에 입교한 전국 경찰관을 모집단으로 선정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 268명의 사례를 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중 회귀분석, 경로분석 등이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경찰관의 직무교육이 직무만족에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 경찰관의 직무교육이 직무성과에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 경찰관의 직무만족이 직무성과에 영향을 미친다.

A Study on the Portal Site POI Contents Characteristics On Customer Favorability and Visit Intention: Focusing on the restaurants

  • In this paper, we propose ways how portal site POI(Point-of-Interest) contents by analyzing the effect of portal site POI contents attributes on favorability, satisfaction, and visit intention, and to propose a strategic marketing plan using portal site POI contents in restaurants. In this study, a survey was conducted on 300 people who had experience using portal site POI contents. Through prior research, the portal site POI contents attributes were classified into accuracy, authority, aesthetics, and currency. To verify the research hypothesis, single regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to confirm the relationship between variables. To summarize the core research results, first, the portal site POI contents attribute showed a positive relationship with favorability. Second, it was found that the portal site POI contents attribute had a positive relationship with satisfaction. Third, it was found that favorability had an effect on satisfaction. Fourth, it was found that favorability had an effect on the visit intention. Fifth, satisfaction was found to have an effect on the visit intention. Based on the analysis results, in order to induce customer visits in restaurants, it is necessary to make good use of portal site POI contents to increase user favorability and to allow users to visit stores.

  • 정보기술의 발전은 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 학습자와 전문가의 상호작용을 이루어주는 온라인 기반 교육서비스인 이러닝을 대학도서관에서 이용자에게 온라인 서비스로 제공하기 시작했다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관에서 제공하는 이러닝 콘텐츠의 현황을 설립유형, 지역별, 규모별로 구분하여 비교 분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 오늘날 대학도서관에서 중점적으로 제공하는 이러닝 콘텐츠를 파악하여 향후 이용자의 대학도서관 이러닝 콘텐츠 선호도와 만족도 등의 연구에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Announcers' Job Satisfaction and Jon Continuity Intention (아나운서의 직업 만족도와 직업 지속의도)

  • The object of this study is to determine and prioritize the factors that affect job satisfaction and job continuity intention of an important media content provider group - TV/radio announcers. In this study, the determinant factors are classified as "internal" factors (i.e. career motivation and identity as a member of an organization) and "external" factors such as reputation and prestige. A survey was conducted among active announcers in Korea, and 106 responded. The data was processed by multiple regression analysis. The result showed that organizational identity affected the job satisfaction and job continuity intention most, and perceived external prestige affected least. In conclusion, announcer's job satisfaction and job continuity intention have more meaningful relationship with internal factors than with external factors.

  • In this paper, we surveyed students of M university in DaeJeon to analyze the satisfaction and fidelity to class. Based on survey data from 1,045 participants, we verified descriptive differences in satisfaction and perceived fidelity to class among the major, non-major and online classes. Also, we verified statistical differences in satisfaction and fidelity to class according to sex, academic year grade, attending college.

The Convergence Study of Stress Coping and Satisfaction with Clinical Practice to the Grade of Nursing Student's (간호대학생의 학년별 임상실습 스트레스 대처와 실습 만족도에 관한 융합 연구)

  • 본 연구는 학년별 임상실습 스트레스 대처와 실습 만족도를 규명하는 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 K도 J시에 소재한 임상실습 경험이 있는 간호대학생 3학년은 141명, 4학년 142명 총 283명이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 WIN 프로그램을 사용하였고, 대상자의 스트레스 대처 중 소극적인 대처 유형은 총 96점에서 3학년 63.75(${\pm}6.57$)점으로 4학년 62.21(${\pm}6.45$)점 보다 높게 나타났으며, 학년간 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다(t= 1.75, p=.045). 대상자의 실습 만족도는 학년간 차이는 실습시간에 대한 만족도가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다(t=2.87, p=.003). 대상자의 스트레스 대처와 실습만족도와의 관계에서는 적극적 대처 유형과 실습내용 만족도(r=.151, p<.05), 소극적 대처 유형과 실습시간 만족도(r=.138, p<.035)는 양의 상관관계를 나타났다. 종합해보면 추후 실습 스트레스에 대한 대처방법으로 임상 실습 전 긍정적이고 목표지향적인 형태를 유지할 수 있는 자극적이고 효율적인 교과과정과 비교과과정에서의 융합 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

  • This study aims to redefine Vlog, ASMR, and Muk-bang contents as 'Need Fulfillment Video Contents,' which are emerging as major genres among the video contents. And this study explores the relationships between consumers' motives, viewing satisfaction, and consumers' characteristics such as demographic characteristics, big five personality traits, and individualism-collectivism tendencies in terms of uses and gratifications theory. Statistical analysis techniques such as factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze 441 samples. As a result, age, income level, and collectivism were found to influence consumers' choice of Need Fulfillment Video Content genre. It was also found that the motivation of using Need Fulfillment Video Contents consisted of five factors: self-assessment and improvement, sensory stimulation and relaxation, entertainment, escapism and passing time, and following trends. Also, each usage motive influenced the viewing satisfaction in various ways. Based on the results of the analyses, the study concludes with discussion of the academic significance and practical implications for Need Fulfillment Video Contents industry development.

A Study on the Effect of the Characteristics of Branded Contents on Consumers: Focused on User Satisfaction, Sharing Intention, and Intention for Continuous Use (브랜디드 콘텐츠 특성이 수용자 효과에 미치는 영향: 이용만족, 공유의도, 지속적 이용의도를 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of the characteristics of branded contents on consumers. To attain the purpose of the study, we carried out a survey with 286 male and female undergraduates and collected data for analysis. The findings demonstrated the followings: First, the satisfaction of using branded contents is positively affected by entertaining, empathy, creativity, and indirectness. Second, the intention to share branded contents and the intention for continuous use of them are positively affected by entertaining only. In conclusion, this study confirmed that only informativeness, which is one of 5 characteristics of branded contents, does not have any effect on the consumer. This result provides useful empirical data for developing high-quality contents that meet user's needs and convenience, helping understand user's behavior toward branded contents and also serves as the basic data on which related researches can expand.

Development of Instructional Strategies and Contents by Cyber Education Types - Focused on Cyber Education for Employees of Health and Welfare (사이버교육 유형별 교수설계 전략 및 콘텐츠 개발 - 보건복지 종사자를 위한 사이버교육을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify appropriate content types according to the cyber education contents needed for employees of health and welfare and to develop contents based on specific instructional design strategies for each type. We divided the four types of content into instructor-led type contents, storytelling type contents, practice type contents, and case presentation type contents based on previous research and existing health and welfare cyber education contents. For each content type, a macro design strategies and a micro design strategies were derived, and contents were developed in accordance with the design strategies. Data were collected from 150 employees of health and welfare to analyze learning satisfaction. The average of learning satisfaction was 4.42. The results of this study will provide theoretical background and practical implications for the design and development of cyber education contents in health and welfare areas.
