The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the neurocognitive function test (CN Test), computer experience, and satisfaction in the elderly. We recruited 52 healthy elderly persons (25 males and 27 females) for this study. The subjects did the CN Test (accuracy, response time) and evaluated their computer experience and satisfaction with the CN Test. We used the independent t test and Pearson correlations for statistical analysis. The elderly without computer experience were older than the elderly with computer experience (p < .05) and education level was lower (p < .05). The elderly with computer experience were higher the satisfaction than the elderly without computer experience, the CN Test was more accurate, and response time was faster (p < .05). In the correlation analysis, the higher the age and the lower the education level, the lower the accuracy of the CN Test and the faster the response time (p < .05). Satisfaction was negatively correlated with age, and was statistically correlated with education level (p < .05). The satisfaction level with the CN Test by the elderly has a moderate relationship with the level of education and computer experience.

This study analyze the factors that can improve the satisfaction level of college students stable adaptation to college life and education service. It was analyzed whether students' personal characteristics, college life-related characteristics, and changes in college life Adaptation increase the satisfaction of college education service. As a result of analyzing CAT(college adatiation test) differences of 1st survey and 2nd survey in the results of the total 368 students, the graduates of the academic high school showed high academic integration and social integration and the social integration was high in the types of regular admission. As a result of multiple regression analysis with the increase in college education service satisfaction as a dependent variable, the lower the language score, the more positive changes in academic integrity, career identity, college satisfaction, relationship with professors, economic stability, and study keeping stability. Based on these results, various student support programs were proposed to increase the college education service satisfaction of college students.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between depression, drinking and social relationship satisfaction. The study also examines the moderating effect of social relationship satisfaction between depression and drinking. For these purposes, 217 single seniors with chronic diseases, excluding missing values, were finally analyzed from the 13th Korea Welfare Panel Study(KWPS). Correlation analysis, moderating analysis performed using SPSS(21.0 version). The findings of the study were as follows. First, it was identified that family relationship satisfaction among social relationship satisfaction significantly moderating the relationship between depression and drinking. Second, it was no identified that satisfaction with satisfaction with social acquaintance among social relationship satisfaction significantly moderating the relationship between depression and drinking. Based on the study results, this research suggested the practice and policy implications to increase family relationship satisfaction, especially to the single seniors with chronic diseases as well as to decrease their drinking.

The purpose of this study was to examine the participation satisfaction of elderly participants in the job creation project for the elderly, their living satisfaction, life satisfaction and the influence of their participation satisfaction in the project on their living satisfaction and life satisfaction. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the senior citizens who participated in the job creation project for the elderly expressed a relatively high satisfaction with the project, but the level of their living satisfaction and life satisfaction was not that high. The elderly people who participated in the educational programs of the project were more satisfied with their own participation, living and life. Second, the senior participants who were more gratified with their own participation were more satisfied with their living and life. Third, the living satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly participants were under the largest influence of their educational satisfaction, which was part of participation satisfaction. The findings of the study suggest that more educational programs should be offered to step up the expansion of the job creation project for the elderly. In order to boost the living satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly, more intensive education should be provided on the job content of the job creation project for the elderly, and the development and implementation of appropriate educational programs are required as well.

This Study has the influence on the viewing determinative factors of pro-soccer sporting events base on viewing satisfaction. To attain the goal of the study described above paragraphs, some viewers of '06 season pro-soccer games held in Daejeon province was set as a collected group. Then, using the stratified cluster random sampling method, finally drew out and analyzed 388 people. The material collection device was the brochure named . To analyze materials, the regression analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are here below. The pro-soccer sporting events viewing determinative factors influence on viewing satisfaction.

In the era of digital media era, the importance of media education has been emphasized by both scholars and audience right related organizations. However, little research has been conducted about the factors may have influence on the intention to participate media education program. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the effect of motivation on both satisfaction and intention of it. For this purpose, this study surveyed the participants from education program offered by two local media center. The results showed that the activity-oriented motivation had effect on both the satisfaction and intention to continuous participation. The results of the current study can be applied to development of the plan for encouraging the continuous learning of media.

In this paper, we proposed a model to evaluate confidence and satisfaction of health information web-sites visited by general health consumers. In order to propose the evaluation model, lots of foreign and domestic researches are investigated and analyzed. Based on these analyses, confidence and satisfaction standards for the model are proposed. A process for evaluation and a method for calculation of evaluation value by the standards are proposed, too. The proposed model can be utilized as a tool for analyzing conventional health information web-sites and can be utilized as check lists for developments in case of health information web-sites under construction.

The goal of this paper is to examine the effects of a CDSS(Clinical Decision Support System) for drug prescription on organizational performance in medical institutions using POC(Point Of Care) systems. For achieving this goal, evaluation factors for influencing performance of information system were identified by using the performance evaluation model for CDSS. In the results, there was significant causality between each evaluation domain except system quality domain. In addition, the system quality of CDSS for optimal drug prescription has no influence on user satisfaction. But information quality has positive influence on user satisfaction which has also a positive influence on organizational performance.

The purpose of this study is to prove that job embeddedness perceived by airline employees has influence on their job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention. First, this study shows that the three factors of the job embeddedness have a positive relation with the job satisfaction, organizational commitment. Second, the fit factor of job embeddedness has a negative relation with the turnover intention, but the link factor and sacrifice factor of job embeddedness are not significant. Third, the job satisfaction and organizational commitment are significant to turnover intention. The result implies that the executives of airline corporation should try to encourage organizational culture allowing employees to maximize job embeddedness.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of visitors' motivation for attending festivals on their participation flow and satisfaction. Empirical researches have been done in order to accomplish the purpose. The results are as follows: First, the more a festival provides its visitors with escape from daily life and its uniqueness, the more their participation flow increases. Second, the attractiveness of the events of a festival and the promotion of intimacy among family members and visitors also lead to the increase of participation flow. Third, intrinsic motivation has more influence over the participation satisfaction of a festival than extrinsic one. Fourth, the degree of participation satisfaction is in direct proportion to that of participation flow. Such results could provide useful strategic findings for persons in charge of planning and arranging festivals.
