Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of education and counselling-based cardiac rehabilitation program on cardiovascular risk, health behavior and quality of life in elderly with coronary artery disease. Methods: A quasi-experimental study used a non-equivalent control group pre-post test design. A five week education and counselling-based cardiac rehabilitation program for the elderly with coronary artery disease was developed and offered to the experimental group. Participants were drawn from hospital in Busan. Twenty two were selected for the experimental group while 22 were assigned to a control group. Cardiovascular risk, health behavior and quality of life were measured. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in the cardiovascular risk(U=118.5, p=.002), health behaviors(t=5.200, p=<.001) and quality of life(t=2.431, p=.001) between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: Education and counselling-based cardiac rehabilitation program can be not only an effective nursing intervention for old patients having coronary artery disease, but also the very basis of further research on aged people who have the same symptom.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of work stress on work stress, work-family promotion, and quality of life according to the work-family balance of 194 dental hygienists with preschool children in K area. On average, the work-family balance was 3.36, and in case of low child support (3.43), family help was as high as 3.54, job stress averaged 2.82, with a low household income (2.94), high child support (3.19), and family help was bad (3.66). The average home-work facilitation was 3.47, with more than 10 years of experience (3.55). The average quality of life was 3.19 and the family help was good (3.55). Regression analysis of general characteristics, job stress, work-family promotion, and quality-of-life effects on work-family balance showed low child support (p = .037), low job stress (p = .002), There was a high level of work-family promotion (p = .000) and a high quality of life (p = .000). In order to improve the work-family balance, work-family promotion and to improve the quality of life by seeking ways to reduce the family's help and job stress for the satisfactory job and family life of working married dental hygienists.

This study analyzed the effect of self-determination of the intellectually disabled on the quality of life, focusing on the effect of controlling family functions, with the intellectually disabled as the subject of the study. In order to achieve this goal, it was designated as an intellectual disabled person at the early age of 18 to 25 who were diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, and it was selected as a disabled person living in the community, and it selected major welfare institutions that were most frequently used by people with intellectual disabilities in the early age of 20 years, considering the difficulties of conducting the survey. The research results are as follows. First, "self-determination, psychological capacity, and self-realization" of the intellectually disabled were found to affect the quality of life (physical well-being, physical well-being, social well-being, productive activities and development, psychological and emotional well-being). Second, differences in "self-determination (self-reliance, psychological capacity, self-realization)" did not occur in accordance with the "population statistical. Third, differences occurred in the "quality of life (physical well-being, physical well-being, social well-being, productive activities and development, psychological and emotional well-being" of the intellectually disabled. Fourth, the relationship between "self-determination" and "quality of life" of the intellectually disabled resulted in the adjustment effect of family functions. This study is meaningful in that it demonstrated the service practice that should be provided to people with early adult intellectual disabilities in the field of practice by verifying the relationship between self-determination, family function and quality of life viewed from the perspective of the parties.

Smart Learning has been introduced in the educational field recently and it has been used in various ways to improve the quality of education. This research is focused on smart learning contents development for settlement in the educational field. It has carried forward studying in smart learning contents development using storyline, which is a kind of application authoring tool. We analyzed previous studies related to smart learning and presented the characteristics of storyline and the process of content development. Furthermore, we developed the content of digit sorting in Information Life for 6th grade elementary students and applied it to the field to evaluate the educational effectiveness. Through experimental results, the mean difference between traditional activities instruction and instruction using smart learning content was not significant. Nevertheless it has been found the immediate feedback and repeating of activities using smart learning has had positive impacts for understanding, satisfaction and learning interest.

User web service is increasing by development of internet technology. Quantity of encrypted data that transmitted through the network are increasing by development of encipherment technology. We have many problems; it is caused by technical development and service increase of user requests. It is like that, we have reliability of contents and illegality copy problem of internet contents in web application system. It is contents protection skills in web that encipherment technology, authentication and digital signature. We need message encoding and secret key for solve vulnerability of encipherment in web application system. In this paper, we propose a distributed secure system that can data confidentiality and user authentication. It prevent performance degradation from bottle neck in encipherment server, and improve service quality.

Superdistribution service of DRM system is an essential part for revitalization of digital contents distribution. However, it limits superdistribution range to superdistribution between consumers. Recently, as the demands of the consumer increase, the consumers want to use the contents in their multiple devices, In this paper, we propose a license management method supporting superdistribution between devices owned by a consumer, The proposed method creates domain key for device authentication by using identification informations of devices owned by a consumer and stores it in license, If devices are changed, domain key and license are updated, Through this method, contents distribution between devices can be achieved securely and efficiently, Also, this license management method can apply to superdistribution between consumers.

디지털 방송 기술의 비약적인 발전은 그 수요와 공급을 늘려가며 디지털 컨버전스 시대의 매력적인 산업으로 디지털 방송을 급부상시키고 있다. 이러한 발전 추세를 반영하듯 국내 아날로그 방송 서비스는 2012년을 기점으로 종료해야 하는 운명을 맞아 그 가속화는 더욱 빨라질 것으로 예상된다. 한편, 디지털 방송의 한 분야인 지상파 이동 멀티미디어 방송(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting, DMB) 역시 시류에 발맞추어 디지털 방송과 모바일 환경의 결합이라는 추가적인 이점을 안고, 몇 가지 서비스를 선보이고 있다. 하지만 이와 같은 이점에도 불구하고, DMB 서비스는 교육 혹은 광고 분야 등의 뚜렷한 수요의 증가를 가져오는 콘텐츠에 대한 제작과 배포가 쉽지 않고, 그 방법과 기준이 혼재하는 어려움으로 인하여 DMB가 지닌 무한한 가능성에 비해 크게 이슈화가 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 점에 착안하여, 지난 연구들에서 얻은 경험을 밑거름 삼아 기본적인 콘텐츠의 제작 및 배포는 물론 DMB 서비스에서 특화될 수 있는 콘텐츠를 더욱 쉴게 생성할 수 있으며, 기술적으로는 3차원 객체를 지원하는 부분을 보강하며, 편리한 인터페이스 등을 포함하는 저작 도구를 개발한다. 이를 위해 기존 연구들에서 다루어온 MPEG-4 Part 11 : BIFS(Binary Format for Scenes)를 기반으로 국내외에서 연구된 기존의 저작도구들을 비교하며, 새로운 아이디어들을 접목시켜 향후 DMB 서비스에서 효율적으로 쓰여 질 수 있는 저작도구를 개발한다.

Conventional one-way cramming education at schools has the disadvantage of poor student interest in learning, immersion, and learning efficiency as well as a limitation in realizing collective intelligence and collaborative learning. Therefore, an educational content service platform using a near-field communication(NFC) technology is required as a tool for encouraging the voluntary learning participation of students and increasing learning effectiveness through self-directed studying. This study focuses on the development of an educational content production system that creates high-quality education contents suitable for smart schools. In these schools, students and teachers generally communicate through an electronic blackboard using Bluetooth, which is an NFC technology. Further, the lecture notes of individual students are reproduced and collected as big data, which will facilitate the sharing of these notes.

영화 산업의 디지털화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 필름 없는 영화를 가능케 하는 디지털 시네마는 제작비용 절감.고화질 구현, 신규 비지니스 모델 창출 등 영화 시장의 새로운 장을 열 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 이미 전세계 주요 국가들은 디지털 시네마의 주도권을 잡기위한 본격저인 경쟁에 돌입한 상태.국내에서도 2004년 디지털 시네마 포럼을 결성하여 첫걸음을 내디뎠다. 정부도 2010년까지 전체 스크린의 50% 디지털 전환을 목표로 사업 추진에 들어갔다.
