PC 사용의 증가로 많은 아이템들이 디지털화 되어 사용되고 있다. 복제되어도 그 질이 떨어지지 않는다는 특성을 디지털 콘텐츠는 불법적으로 복제되어 사용 유포되고 있다. 이로 인해 많은 콘텐츠 제공자들은 지적 재산권의 피해를 보고 있어서 DRM 기술이 연구, 개발되고 있다. DRM 기술은 콘텐츠를 암호화하여 허가된 사용자들에게만 사용권을 주는 기술인데 이 기술을 적용하기 위해서 암호화 키의 분배가 필수적이다. 기존의 DRM 시스템은 PKI를 적용하여 키 분배를 하고 있는데 PKI를 적용하면 키 분배를 위해서 복잡한 사전 작업이 필요하고 처리시간도 만만치 않다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 폰을 이용한 복호화 키 분배 시스템을 설계한다.

본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 특정 지역 내에 공청방송시스템과 인터넷 망이 설치되어 있다는 가정 하에서 콘텐츠 송출 시스템과 콘텐츠 분배기 및 TV 제어기로 구성된다. 이 시스템의 목적은 재난경보방송을 위한 긴급방송 콘텐츠를 송출하여 이를 TV를 통해 건물 내에 있는 사람들이 강제적으로 시청하게 함으로써 재난정보를 알리는 것이다. 그 지역 내의 일반적인 인프라와 경제적인 측면을 고려하여 콘텐츠 송출시스템과 콘텐츠 분배기는 LAN에 연결되며 콘텐츠 분배기와 TV 제어기는 RF로 연결되도록 구성하였으며, TV 제어기는 IR로 TV를 제어한다. 제안하는 시스템은 재난경보방송 외에도 안내정보 등을 공유하려는 목적으로도 다양하게 활용될 수 있다.

This study is intended to provide more secure contents authentication and user authentication by applying public key algorithm and hardware binding to the DRM system. The proposed system is capable of protecting distributed contents and copyrights as well as resetting any interoperability issues among those involved in transparent and secure contents distribution. The proposed algorithm also affords transparency in the DRM distribution system and protection from unauthorized distribution.

최근 각 이동통신사업별로 기존의 CDMA 방식을 이용하여 IMT-2000의 서비스에 해당되는 대용량 데이터서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 각 사업자 별로 할당된 현재의 주파수대역으로는 영상서비스를 기본으로 하는 대용량 데이터서비스를 제공하기 어려운 상황이며, 새로운 주파수대역의 추가 분배가 필요한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 ITU-R에서 제시하고 있는 권고안을 기초로 국내 이동통신서비스 확대에 요구되는 추가 스펙트럼 요구량을 산출하였으며, 디지털 이동통신서비스를 위해 필요한 스펙트럼 효율의 정량화 및 추가 소요 주파수 대역을 계산하는 방법을 정량화 하였다.

내러티브의 복잡도는 수용자의 이해와 흥미에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기 때문에 창작과정에서 체계적으로 관리되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 내러티브 구성에 있어서의 지식 분배 작업에 초점을 맞추어 정보 엔트로피 개념을 활용한 복잡도 평가 방법을 개발하였다. 수용자의 지식상태 변화 과정에서 발생하는 정보량을 엔트로피로 계산하여 복잡도 척도로 활용하였다. 실제 영화 내러티브를 대상으로 사례 연구를 수행하였고, 본 방법이 내러티브의 구조적 특성과 전개과정에서의 변화를 효과적으로 반영함을 확인하였다.

스마트폰 기술이 발달함에 따라 사용자는 언제, 어디서나 원하는 정보를 서비스 받고 있다. 그러나 스마트폰 사용자가 많아지면서 서버에서 제공하는 서비스 속도가 떨어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 사용자가 빅데이터 서비스를 요청할 경우 서비스 속성 및 특징에 따라 해당 서비스를 제공하는 분배 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 서비스 목적, 데이터 속성, 시간과 접속 횟수 등의 정보를 이용하여 서비스를 분할하여 서비스 제공을 자제하도록 함으로써 사용자의 서비스 질을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 또한, 스마트폰 사용자가 서비스를 제공받고 있는 경우 서비스 정보를 서버에 보관하여 추후 사용자가 스마트폰으로 서비스를 요청할 경우 서버에 저장된 정보를 이용하여 사용자에게 제공하려는 서비스의 질과 정확성을 향상시킨다.

In this paper, we propose a system for an emergency alert broadcasting service that broadcast residents prompt alarms immediately after the disaster occurs in the private sector. The proposed system consists of a contents streamer, n contents distributor, and m television controller under the assumption that the public broadcasting system and the local area network have been already installed. Also, the goal of the system is to forcibly broadcast disaster information to the residents by streaming contents for alerts on their TV. The proposed system in this paper can be utilized in sharing of emergency information in the area as quickly as possible and various information of the area.

Even though the protective facility is well made with the development of medicine, the spatial dose within the radiation section could increase the exposure of the workers. The spatial dose is always present in distribution room within the Department of Nuclear Medicine, so the spatial dose of the interior distribution room is measured and analyzed for the prediction of the exposure dose. The spatial dose rate was $6.78{\pm}0.083{\mu}Sv/h$ in the $^{18}F$ distribution room of department of Nuclear Medicine, $9.248{\pm}0.013{\mu}Sv/h$ in $^{99m}Tc$, and $^{131}I$ distribution room. In addition, in case of $^{18}F$ distribution room, the yearly external exposure dose was $42.5{\mu}Sv$ when the nurse does IV in 1m in distance. It also showed that the spatial dose rate on the direction of right oblique showed higher than others by the standard of distribution window of distribution room. Therefore, the staying time of the workers should be short during distributing radiopharmaceuticals in the distribution room and the design of the distribution protection is necessary to reduce the exposure in the direction of right oblique of the protection. The utmost endeavors are required to reduce the worker's individual exposure dose while doing IV.
