Numerical Analysis of MDF for Aluminum Plate Cutting (MDF를 이용한 알루미늄 평판 절개 해석)

  • In this paper, the possibility of using an MDF (Mild-detonating Fuse) as a linear separation device is studied. An MDF is a small diameter metal (lead) tube filled with explosives (RDX). Aluminum plate cutting experiments are carried out with different values of target plate thickness and explosives per unit length. Based on the experimental results, a numerical analysis method including the failure criteria is established. The mechanism and characteristics of using MDFs for aluminum plate cutting are identified; the possibility of using the current system as a linear separation device is verified. By utilizing a developed numerical method, the separation reliability for diverse structures and MDFs can be predicted in advance and the number of experiments required for development can be minimized.

  • About the orthogonal Hadamard matrix announced by Hadamard in France in 1893, Professor Moon Ho Lee newly defined it as Center Weight Hadamard in 1989 and announced it, and discovered the Jacket matrix in 1998. The Jacket matrix is a generalization of the Hadamard matrix. In this paper, we propose a method of obtaining the Symmetric Jacket matrix, analyzing important properties and patterns, and obtaining the Jacket matrix's determinant and Eigenvalue, and proved it using Eigen decomposition. These calculations are useful for signal processing and orthogonal code design. To analyze the matrix system, compare it with DFT, DCT, Hadamard, and Jacket matrix. In the symmetric matrix of Galois Field, the element-wise inverse relationship of the Jacket matrix was mathematically proved and the orthogonal property AB=I relationship was derived.

The Accuracy of Tuberculosis Notification Reports at a Private General Hospital after Enforcement of New Korean Tuberculosis Surveillance System (새로운 국가결핵감시체계 시행 후 한 민간종합병원에서 작성된 결핵정보관리보고서의 정확도 조사)

  • Background : The committee of tuberculosis(TB) survey planning for the year 2000 decided to construct the Korean Tuberculosis Surveillance System (KTBS), based on a doctor's routine reporting method. The successful keys of the KTBS rely on the precision of the recorded TB notification forms. The purpose of this study was to determine that the accuracy of the TB notification form written at a private general hospital given to the corresponding health center and to improve the comprehensiveness of these reporting systems. Materials and Methods : 291 adult TB patients who had been diagnosed from August 2000 to January 2001, were enrolled in this study. The lists of TB notification forms were compared with the medical records and the various laboratory results; case characteristics, history of previous treatment, examinations for diagnosis, site of the TB by the international classification of the disease, and treatment. Results : In the list of examinations for a diagnosis in 222 pulmonary TB patients, the concordance rate of the 'sputum smear exam' was 76% but that of the 'sputum culture exam' was only 23%. Among the 198 cases of the sputum culture exam labeled 'not examined', 43(21.7%) cases proved to be true 'not examined', 70 cases(35.4%) were proven to be 'culture positive', and 85(43.0%) cases were proven to be 'culture negative'. In the list of examinations for a diagnosis in 69 extrapulmonary TB patients, the concordance rate of the 'smear exam other than sputum' was 54%. In the list of treatments, the overall concordance rate of the 'type of registration' in the TB notification form was 85%. Among the 246 'new' cases on the TB notification form, 217(88%) cases were true 'new' cases and 13 were proven to be 'relapse', 2 were proven to be 'treatment after failure', one was proven to be 'treatment after default', 12 were proven to be 'transferred-in' and one was proven to be 'chronic'. Among the 204 HREZ prescribed regimen, 172(84.3%) patients were taking the HREZ regimen, and the others were prescribed other drug regimens. Conclusion : Correct recording of the TB notification form at the private sectors is necessary for supporting the effective TB surveillance system in Korea.

  • Voxel head phantom for overcoming the limitation of mathematical phantom in depleting anatomical details was constructed and example dose calculation for BNCT was performed. The repeated structure algorithm of the general purpose Monte Carlo code, MCNP4B was applied for yokel Monte Carlo calculation. Simple binary yokel phantom and combinatorial geometry phantom composed of two materials were constructed for validating the voxel Monte Carlo calculation system. The tomographic images of VHP man provided by NLM(National Library of Medicine) were segmented and indexed to construct yokel head phantom. Comparison of doses for broad parallel gamma and neutron beams in AP and PA directions showed decrease of brain dose due to the attenuation of neutron in eye balls in case of yokel head phantom. The spherical tumor volume with diameter, 5cm was defined in the center of brain for BNCT dose calculation in which accurate 3 dimensional dose calculation is essential. As a result of BNCT dose calculation for downward neutron beam of 10keV and 40keV, the tumor dose is about doubled when boron concentration ratio between the tumor to the normal tissue is $30{\mu}g/g$ to $3{\mu}g/g$. This study established the voxel Monte Carlo calculation system and suggested the feasibility of precise dose calculation in therapeutic radiology.

  • The goal of product line engineering is to support the systematic development of a set of similar software systems by understanding and controlling their common and distinguishing characteristics. The product line engineering is a process that develops reusable core assets and develops a set of software-intensive systems from a common set of core assets in a prescribed way. Currently, many software development technologies are accomplished in context of product line. However, much of the product line engineering research have focused on the reuse of work products relating to the software's architecture, detail design, and code. The product lines fulfill the promise of tailor-made systems built specifically for the needs of particular customers or customer groups. In particular, commonality and variability play central roles in the all product line development processes. These must be treated already during the requirement analysis phase. Requirements in product line engineering are basis of software development just like as traditional system development engineering, and basis of deciding other core assets' property - commonalities and variabilities. However, it is difficult to elicit, analyze and manage correct requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to develop systematic methods which can develop and manage requirement as core asset, which can be stable in anticipative change and can be well adapted to unpredictable change. In this paper, we suggest a method of managing requirements as core asset in product line. Through this method, the reuse of domain requirements can be enhanced. As a result, the cost and time of software development can be reduced and the productivity can be increased.

  • This study is to provide the implementation plan for standard code to efficiently manage curriculum information in disaster and safety education programs across domestic and foreign institutions, and to encourage active information sharing. Projects regarding disaster safety education have been progressed and developed since the opening of NDMI on March 2006. Efficient management and systematic operation for the existing disaster safety education contents are also required. It is essential for both domestic and foreign disaster management organizations to share and utilize their educational contents each other prior to the effect of the Framework Act on the Management of Disaster and Safety starting from February 7th, 2014. As disaster gets more complex and diverse in its types and sizes, the share of information on advanced disaster and safety education system between each countries is becoming more necessary than they ever did before. Therefore, the standard code of disaster safety education curriculum is resulted based on the flexibility that accommodates the change of education environment and extended applications in both domestic and foreign education institutions. The effective application of standard code will be a possible way to improve the disaster safety education system and help to set its correct definition.

  • In order to recognize intelligent threats quickly and detect and respond to them actively, major public bodies and private institutions operate and administer an Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), which plays a very important role in finding and detecting attacks. However, most IDS alerts have a problem that they generate false positives. In addition, in order to detect unknown malicious codes and recognize and respond to their threats in advance, APT response solutions or actions based systems are introduced and operated. These execute malicious codes directly using virtual technology and detect abnormal activities in virtual environments or unknown attacks with other methods. However, these, too, have weaknesses such as the avoidance of the virtual environments, the problem of performance about total inspection of traffic and errors in policy. Accordingly, for the effective detection of intrusion, it is very important to enhance security monitoring, consequentially. This study discusses a plan for the reduction of false positives as a plan for the enhancement of security monitoring. As a result of an experiment based on the empirical data of G, rules were drawn in three types and 11 kinds. As a result of a test following these rules, it was verified that the overall detection rate decreased by 30% to 50%, and the performance was improved by over 30%.

원자로내 용융물 재배치시 용기 하부의 온도 거동

  • 중대사고시 노심의 손상에 의한 노심용융물이 원자로 용기 하부 반구로 재배치될 때 고온의 노심용융물에 의한 열적 부하로 원자로 용기의 파손을 일으키게 된다. 원자로 용기하부 반구 내에서의 노심용융물의 열적 거동 및 하부 반구에 대한 열적 부하에 대한 분석은 용융물의 성분 및 재배치 과정의 복잡성 등으로 인한 실험적 모사의 한계성 및 현상 분석의 난이함에도 불구하고 기존 원자로의 중대사고에 대한 안전 여유도의 제고와 이에 따른 노내외 사고 관리 전략의 수립을 위하여 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 본 연구에서는 노심용융물 냉각연구(SONATA-IV)의 예비 실험으로 노심용융물의 상사물로 $Al_2$O$_3$/Fe Thermite 용융물을 이용하여 실제 원자로 용기 하부 반구를 1/8 로 선형 축소한 반구형 실험 용기로 주입하는 실험을 수행하였다. 아울러 원자로 용기 하부 반구로 재배치된 노심용융물에 의한 열적, 기계적 부하에 대한 분석을 수행하기 개발된 유한 요소 프로그램인 CALF (Computer Analysis for Lower Head Failure ) 코드를 이용한 하부 반구의 열적 거동에 대한 해석 결과를 정리하였다. 용융물 주입 실험 결과 용융물 주입과 동시에 하부 반구에 직경 5cm 크기의 하부 반구 파손이 발생하였다. 이는 고온 용융물에 의한 제트류(Jet Impingement)의 효과로 생각된다 동일한 조건에서 CALF 코드로 하부 반구의 열적 거동을 분석하였는데, 실험과는 달리 하부 반구의 파손이 발생하지 않았다 이같은 해석 결과는 용융물의 제트류 효과가 존재하지 않는다면 고온의 용융물이 하부 반구 내로 재배치되더라도 하부 반구의 파손이 발생하지 않는다는 것을 보여준다.>$_3$ 흡착제 제조시 TiO$_2$ 함량에 따른 Co$^{2+}$ 흡착량과 25$0^{\circ}C$의 고온에서 ZrO$_2$$Al_2$O$_3$의 표면에 생성된 코발트 화합물을 XPS와 EPMA로 부터 확인하였다.인을 명시적으로 설명할 수 있다. 둘째, 오류의 시발점을 정확히 포착하여 동기가 분명한 수정대책을 강구할 수 있다. 셋째, 음운 과 정의 분석 모델은 새로운 언어 학습시에 관련된 언어 상호간의 구조적 마찰을 설명해 줄 수 있다. 넷째, 불규칙적이며 종잡기 힘들고 단편적인 것으로만 보이던 중간언어도 일정한 체계 속에서 변화한다는 사실을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 종전의 오류 분석에서는 지나치게 모국어의 영향만 강조하고 다른 요인들에 대해서는 다분히 추상적인 언급으로 끝났지만 이 분석을 통 해서 배경어, 목표어, 특히 중간규칙의 역할이 괄목할 만한 것임을 가시적으로 관찰할 수 있 다. 이와 같은 오류분석 방법은 학습자의 모국어 및 관련 외국어의 음운규칙만 알면 어느 학습대상 외국어에라도 적용할 수 있는 보편성을 지니는 것으로 사료된다.없다. 그렇다면 겹의문사를 [-wh]의리를 지 닌 의문사의 병렬로 분석할 수 없다. 예를 들어 누구누구를 [주구-이-ν가] [누구누구-이- ν가]로부터 생성되었다고 볼 수 없다. 그러므로 [-wh] 겹의문사는 복수 의미를 지닐 수 없 다. 그러면 단수 의미는 어떻게 생성되는가\ulcorner 본 논문에서는 표면적 형태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(minim

A Comparative Study on Total Payment of Mental and Behavioral Disorders Patients Admitted through the Emergency Room: Focusing on Main & Sub Sick (응급실 경유 정신 및 행동장애 입원환자들의 총진료비 비교 : 주상병과 부상병 환자 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of total payment for mental and behavioral disorders patients admitted through the emergency room. Study data was selected from the Korean National Health Insurance sample data in 2009. This data was consisted of 753 inpatients who are 331 inpatients with only main sick(F31-F39) and 422 inpatients with main sick codes(F31-F39) and sub sick(F00-F99) admitted through the emergency room. SPSS v.18 was used for the statistical analysis such as descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. In multiple regression analysis, significant variables affecting total payment of main sick patients were gender(p<.01), treatment result(p<.001), path of the emergency room(p<.001), and length of stay(p<.001). Also, main sick patients with sub sick were gender(p<.01), age(p<.001), treatment result(p<.001), path of the emergency room(p<.001), and length of stay(p<.001). These findings implied that it is necessary to build short, middle, and longterm program and system for high risk mental and behavioral disorders groups.

Debelppment of C++ Compiler and Programming Environment (C++컴파일러 및 프로그래밍 환경 개발)

  • In this paper,we proposed and developed a compiler and interactive programming enviroments for C++ wich is mostly worth of nitice among the object -oriented languages.To develope the compiler for C++ we took front=end/back-end model using EM virtual machine.In develpoing Front-End,we formailized C++ gram-mar with the context semsitive tokens which must be manipulated by dexical scanner and designed a AST class li-brary which is the hierarchy of AST node class and well defined interface among them,In develpoing Bacik-End,we proposed model for three major components :code oprtimizer,code generator and run-time enviroments.We emphasized the retargatable back-end which can be systrmatically reconfigured to genrate code for a variety of distinct target computers.We also developed terr pattern matching algorithm and implemented target code gen-erator which produce SPARC code.We also proposed the theroy and model for construction interative pro-gramming enviroments. To represent language features we adopt AST as internal reprsentation and propose uncremental analysis algorithm and viseal digrams.We also studied unparsing scheme, visual diagram,graphical user interface to generate interactive environments automatically Results of our resarch will be very useful for developing a complier and programming environments, and also can be used in compilers for parallel and distributed enviroments.
