0 동북아지역 경제의 급속한 성장과 남북경제교류 활성화로 수송 부문의 발달이 중요성을 더해 가고 있슴 0 그러나 지금까지 남북철도 연결에 관한 논의는 통일 후의 방안 만 고려되었을 뿐, 통일 전 남북철도 연결을 목표로 하는 구체 적 전략이 부재하였고, 특히 해운과의 경쟁력 비교시 철도시스 템에 대한 이해부족이 지적됨 0 남북 및 대륙연결 최적 철도망을 구축하기 위해서는 다음과 같 은 접근 방안이 효과적임 - 남북 철도연결은 순수 경제적 관점에서, 민간기업이 주체가 되어, 중국철도 등을 중개자로 하여 사업을 추진 - 단계적이며 실용적 접근전략에 따라, 1단계로는 경의선 만을 연결하고, 여객취급을 배제하며, 컨테이너 수송만으로 시작하다가, 광물자원 수송 등 확대 - 초기에는 남북간 수송보다는 한국과 중국 . 러시아 간의 컨테 이너 통과수송 취급에 중점 (북한의 수송수입 강조) - 경의선을 따라 남북 군사분계선 근처에 각측의 경계역을 만들 고, 상대촉 파견관의 검색 및 언수에 따라 열차가 휴전선을 통과하여, 반대펀 경계역에 이르면 기관차 및 승무원을 교체 하며, 화차는 일정 기간 이내 되돌려주는 방식 채택으로 남북 철도 시스댐 차이에 따른 기술적 문제 해소 0 대륙철도의 이용은 동북아 권역내 수송에 중점을 두되, E ESCAP의 활동에 따라 TCR,TSR을 이 용한 유럽 및 중동으로 의 수송도 추진하며, 남북 철도연결 추진과 병행하여 열차페리의 도입에 의한 철도- 해운 복합수송 방식의 활성화를 적극 검토활 것이 필요함

This paper is intended as performance verification of efficient container door Open/Closed detection mechanism for Container Security Device(ConTracer) to container cargo transportation. Container door Open/Closed detection mechanism using Reed sensor is important to satisfies the US Department of homeland security customs and border protections requirements to many types of container door. Also, Verify that the container door is configured correctly and that you can check the illegal opening. In this article, Performance valuation of this Contacer on reed sensor has been verified through field test for each other 30 containers. Once the improvement has been made, we are suggest that propose skills will meet the highest standards for container security safety.

With a view to the commercialization of the Korean automatic variable-gauge bogie in the Eurasia railway system, the aim of this research was to perform an economic analysis concerning the possible introduction and operation of this bogie at the present time. For this purpose, we compared the possible types of freight connection service for container transportation, transshipment and the gauge-adjustable system, estimating the total life-cycle cost (LCC) incurred by each system, depending on type and quantity, over the whole process of acquisition, operation, maintenance and disposal. Based on this, we presented a case-by case analysis. Furthermore, in estimating economic feasibility, we analyzed the cost-benefit ratio taking into account not only the objective LCC, but also the reduced time required for the gauge-change and customer convenience. After estimating the LCC and analyzing the cost-benefit ratio of the respective systems, we demonstrated the economic superiority of view of the gauge adjustable system.

한국파렛트컨테이너협회가 추최하고 산업통상자원부, 국가기술표준원, 물류신문사가 후원하는 제11회 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상 시상식이 11월 14일 중소기업중앙회 그랜드홀에서 열렸다. 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상은 우리나라 산업물류의 혁신을 위하여, 일관수송용 국가표준파렛트인 T-11형과 T12형 파렛트 및 이와 정합성을 갖는 표준 컨테이너의 생산 및 사용 등 보급확산을 통하여, 물류비를 절감하고 국가경쟁력을 향상시켜 가는, 가장 모범이 되는 우수한 기업과 이에 공헌한 개인을 발굴 시상함으로써, 우리나라의 모든 기업들이 유닛로드시스템을 구축하여 물류표준화를 통한 산업물류 효율화를 앞당기는데 기여하기 위해 매년 시상하고 있는 제도이다. 나아가 아시아의 표준 파렛트에 의한 유닛로드시스템의 구축으로 막힘없는 물류의 목표를 달성해 나가는데 보다 더 효과적인 계기가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다. 제11회 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상 시상식에서 산업통상자원부장관 표창으로는 (주)골드라인, (주)장연, 롯데로지스틱스(주), (주)이랜드리테일, 강병광 상무이사(주식회사 대상)가 수상의 영예를 안았으며, 국가기술표준원장 표창에는 재영솔루텍(주), 세양테크, 한국청정음료(주), (주)삼흥농업회사법인, 배종훈 부문장((주)아워홈) 등이 수상했다. 이 외에도 (주)한국프라텍, (주)비버, (주)대길팩, 영농조합법인 서귀포한라 등이 한국파렛트컨테이너협회장 표창을 받았다. 본 고에서는 수상 업체 및 수상자들의 공적사항을 살펴보도록 한다.

In this paper, A Design of 2.45GHz and GPS antenna Integrated Board using Container security Device(ConTracer) for container cargo transportation is proposed and experimentally evaluate. Integrated antenna board include 2.4GHz chip and Ceramic GPS antenna is also consider the impact of RF interference based on simulation for applied to steel container. After a careful comparison and analysis a part of the container door for its best performance, We conduct tests to characterize. The proposed integrated antenna board is suitable for container cargo transportation application in steel container field.

Road transportation accounts for the largest share of cargo transport in Korea. Inland transportation is not only the beginning and completion point of container transportation, but it is also very complex and has many workers. The main job of container drivers, who play a key role in inland logistics, is to transport containers from ports and terminals to destinations. However, in addition to the main role, various container management obligations, such as cleaning containers and managing damaged containers during the transportation process, are implicitly transferred to container drivers. However, little research has been conducted on this issue. This study identified the working environment of container drivers and empirically analyzed the current status of container management responsibilities by drivers. Furthermore, it analyzed whether there was a difference in the degree of container management requirements by shipping company, terminal, and shipper. Differences in requirements for region(Busan, Kwangyang, Pohang) were analyzed, and improvement measures for the problem of transferring container management were also presented.

Current status on consumption and packaging of sweet persimmons in USA was surveyed by visiting the market, and three sea shipments were conducted as model export trial from Korean to USA with measurement in ship container temperature and fruit quality. Strategy to promote the export of Korean persimmons was derived. There have been gradual decrease in the price of persimmons due to their increases production, but there seems potential growth in consumption of the fruits from Asian, Hispanic and American people. Compared to the fruits from other countries, Korean persimmons are desired to have higher soluble solid content with stronger red color, but too large sizes are not favored in American market. There has often been temperature fluctuation in shipment container during the sea transport to USA, resulting in surface blackening, skin black spotting and flesh softening. Plastic bag packages with inappropriate unitizing crimping were found to sometimes build up unproper modified atmosphere (high $O_2$ and low $CO_2$) giving high rate of physiological injury.

파렛트는 물류의 기본이다. 아시아 파렛트 표준화를 실현하여 아시아 통합물류시스템을 구축하면 아시아 물류선진화를 통하여 역내 물류효율화는 물론 무역발전에 크게 기여할 것이다. (사)한국파렛트컨테이너협회는 지난 2002년부터 본 사업에 착수하여 2006년에 APSF(Asia Pallet System Federation) 창립 운영과 AULS(Asia Unit Load School) 교육활동으로 아시아 전역에 많은 물류전문인력을 양성하여 왔으며 앞으로도 계속 이어나가 아시아 일관수송용 표준파렛트를 통한 아시아통합물류시스템을 성공적으로 구축할 것이다.
