The purpose of this study is aimed at policy proposal to increase the management consulting application intend, investigating the factor that influence the application intend in terms of consultant side, consulting diagnosed small and medium sized enterprises side by means of consulting satisfaction and consulting deliverables. The results of this study showed that consultant capacity and consulting performance have positive impacts on the consulting deliverables and satisfaction, but the collaboration of diagnosed SMEs have no significant effect on consulting deliverables. In addition, verifying the mediating effect of consulting deliverables and consulting satisfaction for the consulting application intend, consultant capacity and consulting performance was mediated fully by the consulting deliverables and satisfaction. The collaboration of diagnosed SMEs was not mediated by the consulting deliverables, but particialy mediated by the consulting satisfaction.

ISP(Information Strategy Planning 이하 ISP) 기반의 프로젝트는 실행예산과 일정계획을 구체적으로 산출된다. 그러나 EA(Enterprise Architecture 이하 EA) 에서는 아직까지 이 부문에 대해 명확한 요구와 산출물을 고객에게 제공하지 못하고 있다. 현재 EA 사업의 특성은 IT 와 경영전략이 연계된 모습이 아니라 예산과 객관적인 외부 컨설팅이라는 발주자(부서)의 예산사용 당위성 증명을 위한 측면의 EA접근이 많다. 그러나 EA는 IT와 관련된 길잡이(표준/가이드)의 역할을 주요 관점으로 한다. 발주자와의 요구와는 이견(gap)이 생기게 된다. EA 프로젝트에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 ISP 프로젝트의 절차를 EA 산출물과 결합해서 프로젝트를 수행한다. 본 논문은 실제 프로젝트를 통해 EA 바탕에서 ISP의 실행예산과 일정계획이 적용된 사례이다.

Many GIS systems are not to be trusted becuase many GIS project managers often fail to notice importance of GIS data Construction. With this reason, it is a lively discussion on GIS administration system's adaption. This study aims to investigate the influence of the components of the startup ecosystem on the business performance of startups, focusing on the mediating effect of the location environment. By presenting the insight that the popularization of start-ups can be an alternative for job creation thanks to the government's start-up support policy considering the location environment, it is possible to construct an optimal configuration scenario between the components of the start-up ecosystem and the location environment. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute to the improvement of corporate management performance. To achieve this goal, we performed a survey and the subjects were domestic start-up company employees with less than 7 years of experience. The results show that the components of the start-up ecosystem had a significant effect on the business performance of start-up companies and the location environment and on the management performance of start-up companies according to the mediation of the location environment.

Recently, two international standard organizations, ISO and OGC, have done the work of standardization for GIS. Current standardization work for providing interoperability among GIS DB focuses on the design of open interfaces. But, this work has not considered procedures and methods for designing GIS DB. Eventually, GIS DB has its own model. When we share the data by open interface among heterogeneous GIS DB, differences between models result in the loss of information. Our aim in this paper is to revise the design guidelines for geographic information databases in order to make consistent spatial data models, logical structures, and semantic structure of populated geographical databases. In details, we propose standard guidelines which convert ISO abstract schema into relation model, object-relation model, object-centered model, and geometry-centered model. Furthermore, we provide sample models for applying these guidelines in commercial GIS S/Ws. Building GIS DB based on design guidelines proposed in the paper has the following advantages: the interoperability among databases, the standardization of schema definitions, and the catalogue of GIS databases through.
