인문학 전공자를 위한 창업보육센터 설립 및 운영에 관한 정책연구 (A Study on Business Incubating Center for Arts and Humanities Majors)

  • 지식산업사회의 주요 자원인 인문학의 생산성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 인문학창업보육센터의 설립과 운영에 관한 모델을 개발하였다. 인문학창업보육센터는 인문학 관련 전공자가 창업에 성공할 수 있도록 창업에 적합한 교육과 정보를 제공하고 졸업 후에도 지속적으로 경영 컨설팅을 제공하는 기관이다. 본 연구는 인문학분야에서 창업 가능한 사 업이 무엇인지 고찰하고 이 분야의 사업을 추진하고자 하는 예비창업자에게 제공해야하는 입주공간과 사무기기 등 하드웨어적 측면과 경영기법과 자금유치, 시장개척 등 소프트웨어적 지원을 체계적으로 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 중소기업청 차원에서의 인문학분야 창업보육센터 설립의 필요성을 적시하였고, 문화관광부에서 추진하는 문화산업창업보육센터 내에 인문학 창업보육실을 운영해야 하는 정책적 필요성을 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 정책제안의 결과로 인문학 분야 관련 정부연구기관이나 민간 단체 및 전문기관이 인문학창업보육센터를 설립·운영하여 인문학분야의 고용창출과, 인문학의 학문적 발전, 그리고 지역의 경제 활성화를 도모하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다.

ICT 분야 국가연구개발사업에 대한 성과분석 개선을 위한 정책제언 (A Proposal of New Policies for Improving the Performance Analysis on Government R&D Expenditure in ICT Industry)

  • 본 연구는 ICT 분야 국가연구개발사업 후 이루어지는 성과분석의 개선을 위한 정책적 대안들을 논의하고 있다. 이를 위해 성과지표 설계, 성과분석 방법론, 성과분석 결과의 공개 및 비교, 추적조사의 확대, ICT 분야 성과분석의 통합관리 이슈 등을 중심으로 현황 및 문제점을 진단하였다. 이 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위해 본 연구에서는 성과지표 개선을 위한 컨설팅 활용, 사전에 설정된 성과지표의 유지, 효과성 측정을 위한 질적 성과지표의 도입, 사업 특성에 맞는 새로운 연구방법론의 적용, 성과의 비교 평가 강화 및 이를 위한 성과지수 도입, 주요 연구개발사업에 대한 추적조사 의무화, ICT 분야 성과분석을 위한 독립된 임시 조직의 활용 등을 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 정책 대안이 반영될 경우 향후 ICT 분야 국가연구개발사업 성과분석의 효율성 및 효과성이 증진될 것이며 나아가 사업의 개선 뿐 아니라 산업 경쟁력 강화에도 일조할 것으로 기대된다.

컨설팅 기업 조직원의 성격 특성이 셀프리더쉽과 자기효능감을 통해 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (On the Effect of Character Traits of Employees of Consulting Firms on Job Satisfaction Through Self-leadership and Self-efficacy)

  • The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of character traits of employees of consulting firm on job satisfaction through self-leadership and self-efficacy. The proposed model is based on big5 model of Coasta and McCrae(1992). To validate the proposed model, structural equation model is analyzed with the valid 140 questionnaires collected from Seoul and nearby cities by using Smart PLS 3.0. The results are as follows. First, extraversion has a positive effect on self-leadership, not on self-efficacy. Second, agreeableness has a positive effect on self-leadership, not on self-efficacy. Third, conscientiousness has a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Fourth, emotional stability does not have a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Fifth, openness to experience has a positive effect on both self-leadership and self-efficacy. Sixth, self-leadership has a positive effect on self-efficacy. Seventh, self-leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Last, self-efficacy has a positive effect on job satisfaction. This research proves that, while the character of employees generally forms the meaningful relationship with self-leadership and self-efficacy, in some entries of Big 5 character elements it has still produced the different results with the previous researches, which betrays that the relationship between one's character and self-leadership and self-efficacy can differ according to the characteristic of jobs. It requires further study to prove how each of Big 5 elements differently effects on self-leadership and self-efficacy according to diverse characteristic of jobs.

  • CRM의 장점은 원하는 고객에 대해서 마케팅 노력을 기울일 수 있고 그 결과로 마케팅 비용을 줄이고 효율을 높일 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 마케팅 전략 수립에 대한 방법의 변화와 그 수행방법의 변화가 CRM에 있기 때문에 여기에 따른 절차와 문화, 조직구조까지 변화 시킬 수 있다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 CRM교육이 필요하며, 그 중요성을 인식하고 실행하여야 한다. 그리고 경영환경에 적합한 마케팅 전략 수립이 필수적이다. CRM의 정확한 이해와 적합한 수행이 있어야만 병원경영의 목표달성에 도움이 된다. 그러나 CRM자체의 문제가 없는 것도 아니다. 무엇보다 전문 인력이 부족하면 시스템 구축과 마케팅이나 컨설팅 인력을 확보하여 프로젝트의 부실화를 방지하여야 한다. 다음은 실업자들의 업무패턴을 파악하고 사용자의 편의를 고려한 적용이 있어야 한다. 고가의 비용을 투입하여 CRM을 실행하였다 해도 사용자 교육의 미비가 생기면 효율이 감소될 것이다. 역시 CRM의 적용에 있어서 호환이 되지 않으면 통합비용으로 별도의 비용이 지출해야 하므로 비용의 증가를 감수하여야 한다. 환자의 의료의 질에 대한 만족은 환자의 주관적 개념으로 동일한 의료서비스에 대하여 환자들은 저마다 다르게 의료의 질을 평가하게 된다. 대부분의 환자들은 자신의 욕구와 의료의 질에 대한 기대를 가지고 병원을 방문하여 의료의 질을 평가하게 된다. 대부분의 환자들은 자신의 욕구와 의료의 질에 대한 기대를 가지고 병원을 방문하여, 그것을 의료제공자가 충족시키는 정도가 환자의 만족도를 결정하게 된다. 의료의 질은 의료서비스에 대한 만족과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 의료의 질과 만족은 강하게 연관이 있으면서도 양자는 분명히 다르다. 의료의 질에 대한 평가와 만족도는 매우 일치도가 높다고 볼 수 있다. 이것은 의료의 질적 수준이 높으면 환자만족도도 높다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원의 환자관리를 위한 CRM 마케팅의 전기를 실증적으로 역설하고 이의 도입을 통한 효과와 문제점, 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고, 모범적인 CRM운영 사례를 제시함과 동시에 효과적인 의료의 질 경영을 구현하고 이것이 환자의 의료서비스 만족도를 높이는 결과인 것을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.

정부지원 중소기업 컨설팅 사업의 재무적 성과분석 : 기업성장지원센터 사업 기준 (Financial Performance Analysis of Government-Supporting Consulting Business to Small and Medium Enterprises : Focused on Corporate Growth Supporting Center in KICOX)

  • As the competitiveness of SMEs (small and medium enterprises) is getting more and more improved and globalized, the government provides various consulting services to secure the competitiveness of small and medium firms and support stable growth. However, the assessment of the result from the government's support is generally focused on non-financial factors, such as customer satisfaction and analysis of improvement effect. This paper is in regards to the statistical analysis of how much the government's support in the form of providing consulting services contributes to financial outcomes in terms of profitability and growth. ROA (return on asset) and ROS (return on sales), which are investment profitability and sales profitability respectively, are chosen as an indicator of profitability. For analysis of growth, sales revenue and total asset growth are used. The samples are 44 corporations which are supported by government, and 150 corporations which are selected for comparison, with corporate growth support center program by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy chosen as the consulting model. After gathering the yearly balance sheets and income statements of the samples from CRETOP, Korea Enterprise Data, the analysis is conducted in the way of identifying the statistical significance of financial difference in the same period between corporates taking consulting services and corporates which have not, and the difference of financial outcomes from the corporates taking consulting services before and after consulting services. As a result, in terms of business growth, it is turned out to have positive difference both in growth ratio and profitability compared to the compared corporations at the significant level. Therefore, it is obvious that the consulting program which government provides to SMEs have direct influence practically to the corporates' management performance.

토픽 모델링을 활용한 컨설팅 연구동향 분석 (Analysis of Consulting Research Trends Using Topic Modeling)

  • 'Consulting', which is the main research topic of the knowledge service industry, is a field of study that is essential for the growth and development of companies and proliferation to specialized fields. However, it is difficult to grasp the current status of international research related to consulting, mainly on which topics are being studied, and what are the latest research topics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of academic research related to 'consulting' by applying quantitative analysis such as topic modeling and statistic analysis. In this study, we collected statistical data related to consulting in the Scopus DB of Elsevier, which is a representative academic database, and conducted a quantitative analysis on 15,888 documents. We scientifically analyzed the research trends related to consulting based on the bibliographic data of academic research published all over the world. Specifically, the trends of the number of articles published in the major countries including Korea, the author key word trend, and the research topic trend were compared by country and year. This study is significant in that it presents the result of quantitative analysis based on bibliographic data in the academic DB in order to scientifically analyze the trend of academic research related to consulting. Especially, it is meaningful that the traditional frequency-based quantitative bibliographic analysis method and the text mining (topic modeling) technique are used together and analyzed. The results of this study can be used as a tool to guide the direction of research in consulting field. It is expected that it will help to predict the promising field, changes and trends of consulting industry related research through the trend analysis.

스마트 관광에서의 항공·호텔 온라인 리뷰 이용자의 감정반응 요인이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Air·Hotel Online Review Media Users' Emotional Response Factors on Intention to Continue Use in Smart Tourism)

  • Recently, the tourism industry faced a crisis due to COVID-19. Smart tourism that combines information and communication technology (ICT) is rapidly growing to overcome the crisis in the tourism industry. In order to revitalize the tourism industry after COVID-19, such as non-face-to-face and non-contact, smart tourism incorporating information and communication technology (ICT) is actively encouraged and promoted. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify how perceived pleasure, perceived awakening, and perceived domination, which are three important variables of emotional response theory, affect the intention to continue use through perceived usefulness, expectation, and satisfaction. The survey was conducted for two weeks from November 1 to 15, 2020. A total of 175 surveys were collected during the period and used for analysis. As a result of the study, first, perceived pleasure did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, expectation, satisfaction, and intention to continue use. Second, perceived awakening had a significant effect on expectations, but did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continued use intention. Third, perceived domination had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, expectation, and continued use intention. However, it did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fourth, perceived usefulness did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fifth, expectations had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Sixth, satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Through this, companies and developers that provide online review content for aviation and hotels should know what part of the content is actually focused on and provide it to customers. In addition, content should be provided in consideration of the emotional aspects that aviation and hotel online review users feel while watching videos.

ICT 중소기업의 성장단계별 인적자원 채용 및 연구개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Human Resource Recruitment and R&D by the Growth Stage of ICT SMEs)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the trouble of recruitment and research and development of ICT SMEs. Recently, many ICT SMEs have emerged for selling products and services using the technology of the 4th industrial revolution. However, SMEs have relatively deficient resources compared to large companies, the difficulty of maintenance or growth of human resources and intangible resources. This research methodology organized the four stages of the analysis process. The first analysis is the association rules for human resource recruitment. The second analysis is the difficulty of hiring jobs and experienced workers by each stage of company growth. The third analysis is a regression analysis of the trouble of R&D activity. The last analysis is an analysis of association rules on the difficulties of management activities by company growth. As the research result, the first analysis has shown a difference in favored human resources by the ICT industry. The second analysis also showed factor differences in job recruitment difficulties for each stage of corporate growth. In the third analysis, the operation of research institutes in ICT SMEs is influenced by industry type, corporate certification, corporate growth stage, self-technology development, joint technology development, technology transfer, and commercialization. As the last analysis, ICT SMEs showed factor differences in difficulties in management activities by stage of corporate growth. This study contributed empirically emphasizing the troubling phenomenon of human resources and R&D necessary for the growth of ICT SMEs. As a theoretical implication, this research contributed to the research-area expansion of management information using big-data technologies. In particular, this research practically suggests the differentiated direction of recruitment and R&D by ICT SMEs based on industry and each stage of company growth through the association rules of big data.

주문생산 방식의 생산계획 수립을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델 설계 : 판유리 제조 공정을 중심으로 (Simulation Modeling for Production Scheduling under Make-To-Order Production Environment : Focusing on the Flat Glass Production Environment)

  • The manufacturing companies under Make-To-Order (MTO) production environment face highly variable requirements of the customers. It makes them difficult to establish preemptive production strategy through inventory management and demand forecasting. Therefore, the ability to establish an optimal production schedule that incorporates the various requirements of the customers is emphasized as the key success factor. In this study, we suggest a process of designing the simulation model for establishing production schedule and apply this model to the case of a flat glass processing company. The flat glass manufacturing industry is under MTO production environment. Academic research of flat glass industry is focused on minimizing the waste in the cutting process. In addition, in the practical view, the flat glass manufacturing companies tend to establish the production schedule based on the intuition of production manager and it results in failure of meeting the due date. Based on these findings, the case study aims to present the process of drawing up a production schedule through simulation modeling. The actual data of Korean flat glass processing company were used to make a monthly production schedule. To do this, five scenarios based on dispatching rules are considered and each scenario is evaluated by three key performance indicators for delivery compliance. We used B2MML (Business To Manufacturing Markup Language) schema for integrating manufacturing systems and simulations are carried out by using SIMIO simulation software. The results provide the basis for determining a suitable production schedule from the production manager's perspective.

  • As information technology advances, the penetration of smart devices connected to the Internet, such as smart phone and tablet PC, has rapidly expanded, and as sensor prices have fallen the Internet of Things has begun to be introduced in the industry. Today's industry is rapidly changing and evolving, requiring companies to respond to the new paradigm of business. In this situation, companies need to actively manage and maintain customer relationships in order to acquire loyal customers who bring them a high return. The purpose of this study is to suggest a method to manage customer relationship using real time IoT data including IoT product usage data, customer characteristics and transaction data. This study proposes a method of segmenting customers through RFM analysis and transition index analysis. In addition, a real-time monitoring through control charts is used to identify abnormalities in product use and suggest ways of differentiating marketing for each group. In the study, 44 samples were classified as 9 churn customers, 10 potential customers, and 25 active customers. This study suggested ways to induce active customers by providing after-sales benefit for product reuse to a group of churn customers and to promote the advantages or necessity of using the product by setting the goal of increasing the frequency of use to a group of potential customers. Finally, since the active customer group is a loyal customer, this study proposed an one-on-one marketing to improve product satisfaction.
