  • 전동기와 부하시스템은 직결, 혹은 커플링을 통하여 연결이 된다. 이때의 동력을 전달하는 커플링, 기어, 벨트 등의 특성에 따라 전달되는 토크의 특성이 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 동력 축과 부하 축을 기구적으로 분리가 가능한 영구자석 커플링을 적용한 구동 전동기-부하시스템에 축계 시스템 해석을 위하여 유한요소 해석을 통하여 비틀림 각도 변화에 따른 전달 토크를 얻고, 이를 활용하여 기구 해석 모델에 적용해 보고, 전동기-부하 시스템의 토크 변동 가능성에 대해 알아본다.

Coupling Effects in Rainfall-induced Slope Stability Considering Hydro-mechanical Model (강우침투에 의한 비탈면 안정해의 수리-역학적 모델을 이용한 커플링 효과)

  • In this study, rainfall-induced slope stability and coupling effect are investigated using hydro-mechanical finite element model. This model is developed by formulating constitutive and coupled balance equations and is verified by comparing the numerical results with field matric suction. The homogeneous soil layer (soil column) and soil slope are modeled by this model, and the results of variation in matric suction, mean effective stress, porosity, displacement, factor of safety are compared with those of staggered analysis. It is found that the vertical and horizontal displacement from coupling analysis considering change in porosity is larger than that of staggered analysis. The displacement and matric suction from coupling analysis by rainfall infiltration can affect slope instability, which shows a progressive failure behavior. The lowest factor of safety is observed under short-term rainfall. This results confirm the fact that coupling analysis is needed to design soil slope under severe rain condition.

  • 본 논문은 3상 인버터에 사용되는 전류제어기 모델링을 복소벡터를 이용하여 해석한다. 동기좌표계에서 다중 입 출력 구조로 구성되어 있는 제어기 모델링을 복소 벡터 표기를 이용하여 단일 입 출력 구조로 나타낼 수 있어 제어기 설계 및 해석이 간편하다는 장점이 있다. 동기좌표계에서 RL부하는 커플링 성분이 존재한다. 동기주파수 50Hz, 200Hz일 경우 일반적인 PI 전류제어기 특성을 확인했으며, 동기 주파수가 200Hz이며 커플링 성분인 L값이 ${\pm}30%$인 조건에서 디커플링 및 복소 벡터 전류제어기의 특성을 비교했다. 디커플링 제어기의 특성은 오버슈트가 발생하고 긴 정착시간이 걸리지만 복소 벡터 전류 제어기는 커플링 성분의 오차에 관계없이 안정적으로 제어 수행이 가능하다. 시스템의 파라미터의 불확실성에 대해 복소 벡터 전류제어기가 강인한 특성을 가진다.

Silicon Substrate Coupling Modeling and Analysis including RF Package Inductance (RF 패키지 인덕턴스가 실리콘 기판 커플링에 미치는 영향 모델링 및 해석)

  • Including RF Package inductance, substrate coupling through conductive silicon(Si)-substrate is modeled and quantitatively characterized. 2-port substrate coupling model is extended for the characterization of multi-port substrate coupling between digital circuit block and analog/RF circuit block. Furthermore, scalable parameter extraction model is developed. Multi-port substrate coupling can be investigated by linearly superposing a frequency-dependent 2-port substrate coupling model using scalable parameters. In addition, Substrate coupling including RF package inductance effect is quantitatively investigated. It is shown that package effect increases substrate coupling and shifts a characteristic frequencies(i.e., poles) to the higher frequency range. The proposed methodology can be efficiently used to the mixed-signal circuit performance verification.

  • The fatigue happening during the road riding of the vehicle and for the moment the aircraft lands on the runway is closely related to the life cycle of the landing gear, the airframe, the vehicle's suspension, etc. The multiple loads acting on the wheel are longitudinal, lateral, vertical, and braking forces. To study the dynamic characteristics and fatigue stiffness of the vehicle, the dynamic fatigue simulator generally has been used to represent the real road vibration in the lab. It can save time and cost. In hardware, the critical factor in the hydraulic fatigue simulator structure is to decouple each axis and to endure several load vibration. In this paper, the inverse kinematic analysis method derives the magnitude of movement of the hydraulic servo actuator by the coupling after rendering the maximum movement displacement in the axial direction at the center of the dummy wheel. The result of the analysis is that the coupling between the axes is weak to reproduce the real road vibrations precisely.

  • In this paper, equivalent circuit model and novel model parameter extraction method of a silicon(Si) substrate are presented. Substrate coupling through Si-substrate is quantitatively investigated by analyzing equivalent circuit with operating frequency and characteristic frequencies (i.e., pole and zero frequency) of a system. For the experimental verification of the equivalent circuit and parameter extraction method, test patterns are designed and fabricated in standard CMOS technology with various isolation distances, substrate resistivity, and guard-ring structures. Then, these are measured in l00MHz-20GHz frequency range by using vector network analyzer. It is shown that the equivalent-circuit-based HSPICE simulation results using extracted parameters have excellent agreement with the experimental results. Thus, the proposed equivalent circuit and parameter extraction methodology can be usefully employed in mixed-signal circuit design and verification of a circuit performance.

  • Development of a curvic-coupling was presented in this paper. The research covers design, structural analysis, hot-temperature-torsion-test, curvic-coupling applied proto-type turbine disk manufacturing, and assembly test of a curvic-coupling rotor system for the turbopump application. Curvic-coupling was designed based on the Gleason-standard-tooth shape. The load capability of the designed curvic coupling was validated by the structural analysis and hot-temperature-torsion-test. A proto-type turbine disk which had adopted designed curvic-coupling was manufactured, assembled and tested to reveal that shaft-disk assembly run-outs in axial and radial directions were much smaller than the design requirements. The development will be finalized after spin test of shaft-disk assembly in near future.

Free Vibration of Primary-Secondary Structures with Multiple Connections (다중 지지된 주-부 구조물의 자유 진동)

  • The frequency window method has been extended to include strong coupling and multiple connections between the primary structure and the secondary structures. The rational polynomial expansion of the eigenvalue problem and the analytical methods for its solution are novel and distinguish this work from other eigenvalue analysis methods. The key results are the identification of parameters which quantify the resonance and coupling characteristics; the derivation of analytical closed-form expressions describing the fundamental modal properties in the frequency windows; and the development of an iterative procedure which yields accurate convergent results for strongly-coupled primary-secondary structures.

  • 연소불안정은 로켓엔진 연소실 내에서의 연소와 유동특성들이 커플링되어 발생한다. 이와 같은 커플링을 통하여 연소로부터 맥동에너지가 공급되며, 되먹임과정 및 소산에 의한 맥동에너지양의 변화에 따라 맥동은 증폭, 유지되거나 소멸된다. 액체추진제 로켓엔진에서 고주파 연소불안정을 특징짓는 이와 같은 맥동발생 매카니즘의 해석은 용이하지 않으며 적절한 모델링을 필요로 한다. 연소불안정의 해석은 연소실 설계에서 고려되어야 할 안정성 여유를 한정하며, 설계된 사양 및 작동조건에서의 안정성 여부를 확인하는 수단으로 사용된다. 연소불안정 해석방법들은 전통적인 음향 n, $\tau$로 대표되는 frequency-domain 방법을 비롯하여, Fourier time expansion, time-domain 방법 등으로 구분되며, 연소실의 단순 및 적극설계과정에 사용된다[1].
