This study examines the effect of information systems through communication and process competency to increase customer relationship competency. This study focuses on the effect of information systems which help internal customers for their work to satisfy the external customers. Based on the data collected by KRIVET and the Ministry of employment and labor, information systems, communication, process competency, and customer relationship competency are examined. The result showed that information system has an influence on communication and process competency, significantly. Process competency affect customer relationship competency positively while communication does not. However, communication has a positive influence on process competency.

내장형시스템의 복잡도의 증가, 하드웨어-소프트웨어 통합설계방법의 대두 등으로 인하여 시스템수준의 명세, 설계방법론에 관한 관심이 더욱 고조 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시스템기술언어로 ITU-T에 의해 표준으로 권고되어 널리 사용되고 있는 SDL (Specification and Description Language)로부터 실시간 운영체제에서 수행 C코드를 자동으로 생성하는 방법론을 제시한다. C코드는 SDL 프로세스의 내부 행위 (behavior)를 묘사하는 운영체제 비의존적인 코드와 다중프로세스수행, 프로세스간 커뮤니케이션과 같은 운영체제 의존적인 부분으로 다중프로세스수행, 프로세스간 커뮤니케이션과 같은 운영체제 의존적인 부분으로 나뉘어지며, 운영체제 서비tm함수를 이용하여 생성된 C코드가 운영체제와 더욱 밀접하게 통합되어 수행된다.

One of the characteristics in the modem society is the overflow of the communication. The invention of various merchandise and the development of information and comunication changed the society of verbal characterization into that of visible environments. To establish the effective communication in these changes, the package has to understand, specify, and deliver the needs of the consumers by the thorough analysis of the marketing plans and the marketing strategies. In this thesis we considered the conception of the marketing and the change of the marketing environments, studied the close relationship between the marketing and the package and, furthermore, introduced the package process as one of the effective communication methods. The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the marketing strategies. to develope the theoretical processes of the package design as a communication method which can cope with the change of the marketing environments caused by that of the consumer's favorites.

This study is to comparate on impact factors and moderator of incentives of knowledge transfer between Nonprofit and Profit organization. In nonprofit organization, the results founded that individual information capability, quality of knowledge, and quality of construct were statistically significant in knowledge acquisition, informal communication and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge sharing, and individual information capability, informal communication, quality of knowledge and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge use. Also interactive effect of knowledge sharing and Psychological Physical incentive was statistically significant knowledge use. In profit organization, the results founded that individual information capability, informal communication, quality of knowledge, and quality of construct were statistically significant in knowledge acquisition, quality of knowledge and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge sharing, and individual information capability, informal communication, and formal communication were statistically significant knowledge use. Also interactive effect of knowledge acquisition and Psychological Physical incentive was statistically significant knowledge use.

Earthwork is to level or excavate the ground to provide a space for installing structures. A large number of construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, and dump trucks are put into the earthwork operation. The equipment operators need to constantly communicate with each other during the operation. In the earthwork operation, therefore, the process should be analyzed on the equipment operation to improve the effectiveness of communication. The objective of this study is to understand the earthwork process, and improve the effectiveness of data interface by adopting the smart glass technology. In the study, the general process of earthwork is modeled using a process diagram. The data that is generated during the process is modeled using a class diagram. A database is developed to store and reuse the data. The smart glass technology is adopted to develop a data interface during the earthwork operation. The result of the prototype showed that the technology can improve the data interface during excavation overcoming the shortcomings of hand or sound signals.

In this article, we try to study the relationship among quality management activities, employee trust, and employee satisfaction in small venture companies in Korea. Based on the previous studies, we build a couple of hypotheses about communication, process management, business policies, innovative changes, employee trust and employee satisfaction. From our empirical study, we find that communication and innovative changes have an positive effect on employee trust. Also, employee satisfaction is positively influenced by employee trust. Our study provides the following implications for organization management. First, for employee satisfaction, in an organization, it is very important to build employee trust among higher managements, firms, business processes, evaluations, and employees. Second, in order to build employee trust, besides establishing clear management policy and managing business processes, our study shows that improving communications among employees and customers and having continuos innovative changes such as improving current business processes, problem solving, establishing standards and maintaining high productions are important.

This study aims at improving the limitations of current construction processes. Previous solutions to improve construction processes have been focused on the improvement of local processes. This paper proposes a method to improve global effectiveness of construction processes through ascertainment of communication among the process participants. This paper provides two case studies: Deck plate installation processes and Duct installation processes. The case study illustrates a way to improve global effectiveness by incorporating downstream participants such as specialty contractors in upstream construction processes such as design and planning.
