최근 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 활성화 되면서 각 쇼핑몰의 카테고리 분류 체계에 대한 사용자의 접근 편이성이 중요한 요소로 부각되었다. 따라서, 카테고리 분류체계에 대한 사용성 평가를 통하여 각 카테고리의 타당성 검증 및 개선에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 D 쇼핑몰의 각 카테고리 항목을 대상으로 카드 소팅 기법을 실시하여 새로운 카테고리 분류체계를 제안하였다. 뿐만 아니라 기존의 카테고리와 새로 제안된 카테고리의 사용성 평가를 실시하여 비교 및 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 기존 온라인 쇼핑몰의 카테고리의 분류 체계를 재정립하며, 사용자 중심의 인포메이션 아키텍처를 설계하는데 활용 가능할 것이다.

기계학습의 분류(classification) 기술을 실제 문제에 적용하기 위해서는 카테고리(category)를 부여한 학습예제를 상당수 준비하여야 한다. 예제에 카테고리를 부여(labeling)하는 작업에는 무시할 수 없는 시간과 인력을 필요로 한다. 능동적 학습(active learning)은 동일한 수의 학습예제로 최대한의 성능을 달성하기 위하여 카테고리를 부여할 학습예제를 선별하는 전략이다. 능동적 학습은 현재까지 파악된 정보에 기반하여 분류기(classifier)를 생성하고, 생성된 분류기를 활용하여 카테고리를 부여받았을 때 가장 이득이 큰 예제들을 선정하여 사용자에게 문의하는 과정을 반복하여 수행한다. 만일 능동적 학습의 첫 학습단계에서 학습에 보다 유용한 예제들을 최초학습예제집합으로 선정한다면 같은 수의 학습예제로 더 나은 성능을 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 유사한 예제들은 동일한 카테고리에 속할 가능성이 높다는 일반적인 가정에 기반하여 예제들을 군집화(clustering)한 후, 생성된 각 군집을 대표할 수 있는 예제로 최초학습예제집합으로 구성하는 방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안을 문서분류 문제를 대상으로 실험해 본 결과 최초학습예제들을 임의로 선정하는 방식보다 정확도가 높은 분류기를 생성할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Under normal operating condition, the conductor of overhead transmission line could be always hold it's clearance within the safety margin that is specified in the line design guide of power company. Hence it may be very important to measure/or monitor the dip of the conductor, when building a new line, re-tensioning for an aged conductor, or monitoring dynamic line rating to maximize power capability. In this paper, we suggest a new method to estimate the dip and tension by catenary angle of the conductor. Since most conductors in overhead transmission lines show typical catenary curves, it can be uniquely determined the catenary curve for the conductor from the catenary angle at tower. Based on the catenary curve, the dip or horizontal tension can be easily estimated. Through some simulation and simple experimental results, it is verified that the suggested method can be effectively applied to measure/or monitor conductor dips and tensions in the overhead transmission lines.

For bibliotherapy, users should understand their own life situation, select and access the book (self-help book). User access to book through situation catalog (or list) in reading list, but user is difficult to define and simplify in one word after understanding their own situation. Catalog of bibliotherapy reading list classifies books using one situation category or maximum of two categories other than the age-specific classification. In this study, the author approached and analyzes based on the result of the research on the relationship between bibliotherapy and reading list, in order that access more efficiently to book what user wants. Bibliotherapy reading-list by using mapping and crosswalk between categories, and analyzes category of reading lists through comprehensive review.

In this paper, we present a novel system to categorize web image search results using emotional concepts and to browse the results more conveniently and easily. The proposed system can categorize search results into 8 emotional categories based on emotion vector, which obtained by color and pattern features. Here, we use Kobayashi’s emotional categories: {romantic, natural, casual, elegant, chic, classic, dandy and modern}. With search results for a given query, the proposed system can provide categorized images for each emotional category. With 1,000 Yahoo! search images, we compared the proposed method with Yahoo! image search engine in respect of satisfaction, efficiency, convenience and relevance with a user study. Our experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Division of fractions can be categorized as measurement division, partitive or sharing division, the inverse of multiplication, and the inverse of Cartesian product. Division algorithm for fractions has been interpreted with manipulative aids or models mainly in the contexts of measurement division and partitive division. On the contrary, there are few interpretations for the context of the inverse of a Cartesian product. In this paper the significance and the limits of existing interpretations of division of fractions in the context of the inverse of a Cartesian product were discussed. And some new easier interpretations of division algorithm in the context of a Cartesian product are developed. The problem to determine the length of a rectangle where the area and the width of it are known can be solved by various approaches: making the width of a rectangle be equal to one, making the width of a rectangle be equal to some natural number, making the area of a rectangle be equal to 1. These approaches may help students to understand the meaning of division of fractions and the meaning of the inverse of the divisor. These approaches make the inverse of a Cartesian product have many merits as an introductory context of division algorithm for fractions.

According to many smart devices are development, SNS(Social Network Service) users are getting higher that is possible for real-time communicating, information sharing without limitations in distance and space. Nowadays, SNS users that based on communication and relationships, are getting uses SNS for information sharing. In this paper, we used the SNS posts for users to extract the category and information provider, how to following of recommend method. Particularly, this paper focuses on classifying the words in the text of the posts and measures the frequency using Inception-v3 model, which is one of the machine learning technique -CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) we classified image word. By classifying the category of a word in a text and image, that based on DMOZ to build the information provider DB. Comparing user categories classified in categories and posts from information provider DB. If the category is matched by measuring the degree of similarity to the information providers is classified in the category, we suggest that how to recommend method of the most similar information providers account.

본 논문은 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 효율적인 상품 추천 시스템의 구조를 제안한다. 본 상품 추천 시스템은 상품 추천의 2 가지 방법인 지식기반 상품 추천 방법과 collaborative filtering을 혼합하였으며 먼저 고객에게 질문을 던져서 고객의 요구 조건을 수집한 다음, 요구 조건과 상품 데이터베이스에 저장된 상품정보와 일치도를 계산하여 추천 후보 상품 리스트를 생성한다. 이 추천 상품 리스트에 속하는 상품에 대해서는 다시 collaborative filtering 방법이 적용된다. 즉, 비슷한 취향을 가지는 고객들이 높이 평가하는 제품들을 최종적으로 고객들에게 추천하게 된다. 이 방법은 기존의 방법들이 모두 특정한 상품 카테고리에 대해서만 효과적인데 데하여 제안된 방법은 모든 상품 카테고리에 적용할 수 있으며 collaborative filtering 방법을 후보 추천 상품에 대해서만 적용시킴으로써 이 방법의 단점인 많은 계산량을 줄일 수 있다. 제안된 시스템은 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans)를 사용하여 컴포넌트로 구현되었으며 이동통신기기 카테고리에 대하여 시험 구현되었다.

The characteristics of wave propagation along a catenary in rail electrification system depend on the boundary impedance, characteristic impedance of catenary, and the contact force of pantograph moving along the catenary. In this study, the wave propagation along catenary is studied with arbitrary boundary conditions and characteristic impedance of catenary. The reflection and transmission of waves through the boundaries of catenary and the propagation of waves along the catenary are found to be dependent on the wave length.
