As a port city, Qingdao had been developed through the 4 stages during the first half of the 20th century. First stage is German Occupation period. In this period, the old downtown of Qingdao was formed and the existing architectural characteristics of Qingdao had been established. Second stage is the First Japanese Occupation period. Japanese transformed Qingdao into Japanese city and expanded city area to north and east. Third stage is Northern Warlords and the National Government period. In this period, Qingdao had been developed as an international city of world trade and vacation. Forth stage is the Second Japanese Occupation period. Japanese tried to change Qingdao as a military base for the invasion of the northern China.

The modern urban planning of Qingdao began in the early 20th century by the German colonization. At that time, the Germans adopted the modern urban planning philosophy and standards for building high-level cities in Qingdao's planning. Therefore, in the turmoil that followed the period of Japanese occupation and the Republic of China, although urban planners constantly changed, they always planned according to the initial plans of the city. Therefore, this paper conducted a time division on the urban planning of the Qingdao colonial period through an analysis of various literary materials by combining the historical backgrounds of different periods. This can be the basis for an analysis of current urban planning in Qingdao. This paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction for description purposes and scope. In Chapter 2, the Urban Planning of Qingdao in the Chinese Colonial Period is confirmed and explained. Chapter 3 concludes the characteristics of the planning.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects on brand loyalty based on consumer satisfaction and brand equity which brand recognition, brand image and perceived quality of Tsingtao Beer, the local representative brand of China. The study was surveyed Chinese consumers who had consumed Tsingtao beer in China for 14 days from October 21 to November 3, 2019. Regression analysis was performed to SPSS 25 responses. Three hypotheses have been established to verify the relationship of brand equity, consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty of Tsingtao beer. The analysis results showed that the brand equity of Tsingtao Beer were influenced by positive influence on consumer satisfaction. And brand equity has a positive influence on brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction as the medium effect has a positive influence on brand loyalty.

This study aims to identify the priority for the Gwangyang and Qingdao hinterlands which are in the same category of benchmarking crowed paths. This study has been mainly done with comparison. There is certain limitation to use competitive factors of existing research so, this study has had proper competitive factors deriving from factors analysis and studied hinterland priority of competing factors by AHP. Major results are as follows. First, the factor analysis resulted in 20 factor that were 0.6 or higher loading level of commonality and then these 20 factors were divided into groups: operating factors, service factors, cost factors, port infrastructure factors, and hinterland conditions factors with the rotated component matrix analysis. Second, according to the result of top competitive factors, the best factor was the hinterland condition(0.256). The other factors such as infrastructure, economy, accessibility, incentive, and port traffic in hinterland were highly ranked in terms of general importance using multiple weights. Third, the result of detailed properties importance about the final alternative, Gwangyang hinterland was considered more highly than Qingdao hinterland in the port information system, the support a variety of administrative services, the efficiency of the customs, and the tax benefits.

The aim of this study is to establish a detailed strategic countermeasure for Korean west coast ports(Pyeongtaek Dangjin Port, Incheon Port, and Gwangyang Port) to be developed into core ports in the Pan-Yellow Sea area as the results such as strategic partnership ports analysis through the container volume analysis in Korean ports are comprehensively taken into account between west coast ports and other major ports in the Pan-Yellow Sea area. This study utilized related data which import and export data by Office of Customs Administration and SPIDC by Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries for analyzing container volume between two ports. Strategic partnership ports were selected based on in-depth analysis on 5 standards such as container volume in 2012, increase rate of trading, occupancy rate, variance rate, and contribution of container volume. As a result of selection strategic partnership port in Pan-Yellow Sea area, Lianyungang, Tianjin, Yantai, Qingdao, Dalian port in Pyeongtaek Dangjin Port, Shidao, Weihai, Qingdao, Tianjin, Dalian port in Incheon, Qingdao, Yantai, Dalian, Lianyungang port in Gwangyang port. Also this study proposed implications of countermeasure to establish strategic partnership ports for each of west coast ports.

몇 년 전 국내 한 매체에 김성진 전 결핵연구원장의 중국에서의 활약상이 소개된 적이 있다. 아니 활약상 정도가 아니라 중국에서 김 전 원장은 유명인사다. 중국의 매체들은 "중국을 감동시킨 한국 의사", "한국에서 온 노먼 베쑨"이라 칭하며 그를 앞 다투어 소개했다. 2008년에는 "칭다오를 감동시킨 10대 인물"로 선정되기도 했다. 한때 결핵연구원장으로 우리나라 결핵퇴치사업에 큰 몫을 했던 분이 중국에서 그렇게 멋진 일을 하고 계셨다는 점이 자랑스럽고, 반가운 마음이랄까? 국내에 들어오시면 꼭 한 번 인터뷰를 요청 드리리라 생각했는데 드디어 그런 기회를 만들 수 있게 됐다. 2000년부터 2009년까지 중국에서의 10년, 그 생생한 이야기를 들어보았다.

Today's society is against the backdrop of rapid development and rapid change. As an important social entity, universities are inevitable to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation to meet changes in society. International exchange and cooperation will be one of the five new professions of universities following talent training, scientific research, community service, cultural transmission and innovation. The study explores various aspects of Qingdao University's international exchange and cooperation status, including organizational operations, international projects, international academic exchanges, and international cooperation schools, and presents problems and implications. To better achieve international exchange and cooperation of universities in the future, we would like to provide a useful reference. The focus is on enriching vocational theory of higher education and further supplementing related theoretical systems such as international exchange and cooperation and internationalization of higher education.
