  • 최근 정보화가 고도화됨에 따라 해킹, 웜 바이러스 등 사이버 침해사고 또한 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 사이버 침해사고를 예방하고 대응하기 위하여 보안관제의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며 이를 지원하기 위한 시스템이 등장하고 있다. 단순한 사이버 공격을 탐지하는 수준에서 벗어나 분석 및 대응 등 넓은 의미의 보안관제 활동을 수행하기 위한 시스템은 이기종 환경에서 대용량의 데이터를 처리하여 신속하고 정확한 탐지 결과를 보여줄 수 있어야 한다. 또한 다양한 보안관제 활동을 원활히 수행할 수 있는 기능을 제공하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구사항을 반영하여 대용량 보안이벤트 데이터를 동적으로 상관 분석하여 탐지 효율성과 신속성을 향상시킬 수 있는 보안관제시스템을 설계 제안한다.

  • Recently personal information security breaches by unauthorised access, mistakenly disclosure or stolen become more frequent and the scale of the economic loss of such incidents is growing. Assessing economic loss of personal information security breaches is needed for decision making of information security investment This paper presents a framework to analyze economic impact of personal information security breaches and develops formula for each element to empirically calculate the economic loss. We also compared annual economic loss of Korea with that of Japan to develop some implications.

  • Until now the study of computer forensics has been focused only system forensics which carried on keeping, processing and collecting the remained evidence on computer. Recently the trend of forensic study is proceeding about the network forensics which analyze the collected information in entire networks instead of analyzing the evidence on a victim computer. In particular network forensics is more important in Automated Computer Emergency Response System because the system deals with the intrusion evidence of entire networks. In this paper we defined the information of network forensics that have to be collected in Automated Computer Emergency Response System and verified the defined information by comparing with the collected information in experimental environments.

The cyber infringement most the information society brings about is serious concern middle one. The biggest thing is anonymous characteristic with cause of cyber crime. Also well cannot know becomes the cause where commits a crime that about cyber crime. Cyber crime the guilty conscience is thin. And the criminal who commits a cyber crime sense of insecurity is few. This paper which sees cyber infringement accident dividing came in public section, and analyzed presented a present condition and a confrontation plan.

  • This paper focuses on how the protection of information security incident is effective in via Information security awareness when conducting information security activities of enterprises. Research models have theorized that the information security activity and the information security awareness will reduce the incidence of information security. The general characteristics of analysis targets have been carried out in the frequency analysis, and the reliability of the measuring tool has been utilized to calculate the coefficient of Cronbach's information protection. Evidence has been demonstrated regarding the relationship between information security activities and information security awareness and information security incidents.

  • Smart Grid devices are the major components of the Smart Grid. They collect and process a variety informations relating power services and support intelligent power services by exchanging informations with other SG devices or systems. However, If a SG device is attacked, the device can provide attack route to attacker and attacker can attack other SG devices or systems using the route. It may cause problem in power services. So, when cyber incident is happened, we need to acquire and examine digital evidence of SG device quickly to secure availability of SG. In this paper, we designed remote evidence acquisition system to acquire digital evidences from SG devices to response quickly to incidents of SG devices. To achieve this, we analyzed operating environment of SG devices and thought remote digital evidence acquisition system of SG devices will be more effective than remote digital evidence acquisition system targeted general IT devices. So, we introduce design method for SG devices remote evidence acquisition system considered operating environment of SG devices.

  • With the construction of vast networks, Internet based services such as online games and Internet banking are steadily increasing. As dysfunctions of the trend, various threats from worms/viruses to hacking are proliferating and new types and variations of worms/viruses are emerging. In response to the problems, telecommunication carriers and the government we establishing systems to cope with infringement accidents and resultant damages. However, in case of nationwide emergencies like the 1.25 Accident, infringement may spread rapidly while analyzing what kind of infringement it is and that may result in enormous losses. Thus, the paper purposed to analyze the states of infringement accidents occurring at each network and coping methods and checklist, based on the results. and to propose strategies for controlling services in case of large scale infringement accidents.

  • Chinese hackers hack the e-commerce site by bypass South Korea IP to connect to the third country, finance damaging a violation incident that fake account. 7.7.DDoS attack was the case of a hacker attack that paralyzed the country's main site. In this paper, the analysis is about vulnerabilities that breaches by hackers and DDoS attacks. Hacker's attacks and attacks on the sign of correlation analysis is share the risk rating for in real time, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green. Create a blacklist of hackers and real-time attack will be studied security and air conditioning systems that attacks and defend. By studying generate forensic data and confirmed in court as evidence of accountability through IP traceback and detection about packet after Incident, contribute to the national incident response and development of forensic techniques.

  • Information security is an essential element not only to ensure the operation of the company and trust with customers but also to mitigate uncertain damage by preventing information data breach. Therefore, It is important to select appropriate information security countermeasures and determine the appropriate level of investment. This study presents a decision support model for the appropriate investment amount for each countermeasure as well as an optimal portfolio of information countermeasures within a limited budget. We analyze statistics on the types of information security breach by industry and derive an optimal portfolio of information security countermeasures by using genetic algorithms. The results of this study suggest guidelines for investing in information security countermeasures in various industries and help to support objective information security investment decisions.

  • As the development as the IT society accelerates, the frequency of terrorism from malignant codes and other cyber crimes is increasing. Malignant codes show various forms of attack according to the intentions of the attacker, and leaves behind digital evidences, not analog evidences when damages occur. Digital forensic, the procedure of collecting and analyzing digital evidence is one of the main factors that must be carried out when damages from malignant codes arise. However, there are the difficulties of not being able to preserve the integrity and authenticity in the procedure of coping witht infringements, which must be maintained in the digital forensic procedure. To complement such problems, this paper suggests the method of applying forensic by identifying the malignant code infringement incidents according to the type of damages.
