몇 년 전부터 아파트 분양 광고에서 빠지지 않고 등장하는 것 중 하나가 '친환경' 또는 '웰빙'이란 단어다. 단지 입지에서부터 시공, 마감재까지 어김없이 친환경이란 용어가 등장한다. 하지만 시공 과정에서 멋을 내는 장식 정도로만 쓰이는 것이 국내 친환경 주거 단지의 현실이다. 콘크리트 시공이 필요한 차도나 보도를 최소화하고 단지 내 쾌적성을 우선시하는 유럽의 대표적인 친환경 주거 단지를 찾아가보자

본 논문에서는 한국의 신도시를 비롯해서 일본과 유럽의 신도시를 사례로 선정하여 그 주거단지들에서 찾을 수 있는 친환경적인 요소를 중심으로 비교분석하였다. 친환경 주거단지란 지구환경을 보전하고자 하는 생각에서 시작되어 지구환경의 보전과 주변 환경과의 친화를 목적으로 거주자들이 자연환경과 어울려 쾌적하게 생활할 수 있도록 하는 단지환경을 말한다. 이 논문에서는 친환경 요소를 중심으로 사례들을 비교 분석하여 해외 사례의 친환경 단지로서의 시사점을 찾고 한국의 분당과 판교 신도시에 대한 문제점을 고찰하고자한다.

The statistical analyzing of environmental-friendly planning elements is getting important because it is getting concerned with the change of residential types and environmental friendly housing. However, in terms of the high-rise residential complex, paper about green building rating system and research about residential satisfaction to residents are lack. Therefore, this paper is analyzing of impotentness and satisfaction about housing subdivision, inside of building, facility, and maintenance. In addition, residential satisfaction(satisfaction, loyalty, preference) and impact relationship of environmental-friendly planning elements are analyzed by PLS structural equation. To sum up, first, improving of green building rating system in housing subdivision is impacted on loyalty if satisfaction was fulfilled. Second, increasing of environmental-friendly planning elements in inside of building is impacted on loyalty if both satisfaction and preference were fulfilled. Third, providing of green building rating system in facility and maintenance is analyzed as preference, but satisfaction hypotheses is not valued.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the climatic characteristic of South Korea and use it as a fundamental data for planning an environmental housing complex in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. The world after the Industrial Revolution has greatly developed economically but falied to notice the importance of the environment. It has been gradually damaged by the reckless exploitation for tens of years, and thus inflicted a loss on human. In this study, necessity and usability of the application of the climatic element for planning the environmental housing complex are to be presented. The data used in this study are given by the Met.

The paper affirms the weight proportion concept as an element, which could be empirically analyzed quantitatively through the developmental expansion of qualitative empirical analysis on taxonomy that is required for the construction Low-Carbon Green Cities and their eco-friendly elements, such as a pleasant residential environment The weight proportion concept is proposed as a new measure to identify eco-friendly elements and as an objective assessment indicators. To perform an empirical analysis, surveys were first given to the residents of Metropolitan Newtown (50 persons) and outside experts (50 persons) for the total of 100 persons. Second, the paper surveyed 74 sites of Eco-Environmental Certified Apartment Housing Complexes. Upon analysis of eco-friendly elements by their type and total weight, the largest weight proportion was expressed in the interior and eco-environmental elements, carbon-decrease types, and carbon-absorption types. The results of this paper confirm recent positive sentiments and preference toward a variety of future-oriented and sustainable eco-friendly elements like the eco-housing and new renewable energy, In addition, the paper affirmed the new housing trend towards constructing eco-friendly elements, such as carbon-decrease and carbon-absorption, that induce long-term investments, despite their need for higher investments.

The objective of this study is to define the plans of eco-friendly housing and the meaning of architectural imagination, and to classify diverse sources of the origins of architect's imagination to propose a desirable green housing plan. Generally, imagination which means the process of forming in the mind based on one's previous experience had been perceived negatively for a long time, however, today this perception has changed as new valuation that imagination is the only the motive of human being's behavior patterns comes out. Meanwhile, green design means planning the healthy life in the future by finding the way that people and environment can live together. In order to realize green design in our lives, some plans which concern environment, style, and alternative technology of housing. Especially, in interior design, not only by technology skills but also by green visual environment, eco-friendly houses exist. Therefore, this study examines several elements which gives green atmosphere into the house, and understands how architectural imagination comes out in eco-friendly housing design through verify some examples.

This study focused on the analysis of residential satisfaction and environment awareness depending on the environment-friendly level on the outdoor space of the housing complexes. The purpose of this study is to present basic materials of the environment-friendly outdoor space planning of housing complexes. The major findings of the study are as follows. First, the results of the comparative analysis of the satisfaction of the outdoor space of apartment complexes show that the complexes with the most application of environment-friendly elements had higher residential satisfaction. But there was no meaningful statistical difference between the complexes with the higher level of application of the environment-friendly elements and the complexes with medium level of application. Secondly, according to a comparative analysis, the overall residential satisfaction of the apartment complexes was the same as the residential satisfaction of the outdoor space. Thirdly, the results of the correlative analysis of residential satisfaction and environmental awareness showed that the satisfaction of the apartment complexes decreases as the awareness of the environment-friendly apartment complex increases. The results of this study can be used as basic materials for environment-friendly outdoor space planning of apartment complexes.
